The customer had not finished paying the original mattress off so that was why there was an additional balanceWe will pick up the customer mattress and box spring for a full refundAny debt the customer has with the card will be void after the merchandise is returned to our warehouse

We will give the customer credit for the living room set they have purchased to pick something different at our storeWhen the new merchandise is delivered the original set will be picked up for return to the warehouse

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had to drive out to one of their warehouses to pick up the purchased pieces of furniture, and then I had to go out of my way to... return the furniture back to the store. Furthermore, I wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the situation. The merchandise is improperly cared for an has an accumulation of damagesThese are both things that are listed as excluded from coverage on the protection plan the customer purchasedI have attached several pictures of the merchandise as well as a copy of the protection plan that the customer was provided with at the point of purchase

She said that the 'money was noted to be back in my account' and she placed a new request for a refund to be sent to my address via Certified Mail. My complaint # [redacted] below will not allow me to add any additional comments at this time The table was returned today and was damagedThe company left staples in the repaired leaf and placed all the leaves back in the table and closed itWhich in turn damaged another leafThe driver called the company and they had to take back the leaf that they damaged, since from the beginning I only wanted them to take the damaged leaf and they refused to do soSo I am requesting that the company is sent another message as they did not return my table in a satisfactory mannerIf I do not receive a response in a timely manner I will open a new complaint with your organization on Monday morning
