I contacted Krazy Frog today in regards to cancelling my services. I paid for 5 services.
One application has been done and since then there has not been any decrease in wasps. They even left all the nest.
The wasps were the entire reason for the service. I was told that they would only refund me a portion. I paid $400.00 for the 5 services and they only want to refund me $100.00 Again one spray was done. I do not want another spray as the first one should have had an effect. I was not told that we would need multiple sprays to possibly clear out the bugs.
Consumer rights:
Right to Information—the consumer should be protected against dishonest or misleading advertising or labeling and has the right to be given the facts and information needed to make an informed choice.
Right to Redress— the right to be compensated for misrepresentation, shoddy goods or unsatisfactory services.

Your salesman gave us a guarantee that we would not see any bugs including wasp, spiders, and ants after the first application.
He then went on to say that if we were not satisfied for any reason that we would be refunded. Not that you would bill me $260.00 for cancelling!
Not once was it mentioned that we would need a respray after the initial service.
You have the consumer/customer sign on a tablet. There is no handout of the guideline before signing, just your salesman's guarantee/word.

This is misleading/misrepresented, along with dishonest.
The application had no effect, and if its part of your policy to spay twice to possibly clear out the bugs then that should have been said (we should have been informed).
You failed to inform us of this until I called into cancel.

They simply say that it should have been emailed to you the guidelines/contract.

In response to your issue we would first like to note we record all our calls and have you stating over the phone that the technician removed the wasp nests at your house. He missed a few and for this reason we do free reservices. The salesman told you and your fiancé this, and this was reiterated to you over the phone. We do not eliminate bugs from flying over your property as this would be unsafe for you and for the environment as I’m sure you understand - as a part of our service we remove wasp nests and apply product to keep them from trying to nest there again. In the case the technician misses a nest or you begin to have issues at any time we always reservice for free. Again this was explained to you by your salesman, over the phone and in the agreement, illustrations included.

Given the fact you paid for the full year you clearly understood the service involved five applications. A calendar illustrating the service timeline is gone over with each of our customers and sent to them via email upon sign up with our service. The agreement says in bold letters we do our second service 30-45 days after the initial service.

We hold communication with our customers of utmost importance and aim to resolve any issues that may arise and address any miscommunication that may have happened. We’re sorry you decided not to trust this process, but we hope that in the future you choose to be forthright with any other companies you choose to work with to avoid these kind of issues with them as well.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am so happy to hear you record conversations, a business such as yours would have a need for that. Since you have a recording you can also hear that I said he removed the two nest in the fence but left all the other!

Pallet furniture sectional has two, my gas fire pit has one, pallet table has one. This is where we spend our time outside. This was our main concern.

Again with a response of a contract that you don't get to see till you sign, and even then you would have to pull it up in an email. "Forthright" coming from you?! Unbelievable.

What I buy at the local store does a better job the first time than your product and cost pennies to the dollar. Do not tell me what the salesman said as you were not there. That would be hear say, and more than likely you haven't even spoken with the sales rep.

The salesman is all for the commission (we also discussed this) I believe he was going to make $30.00 off of the sale. He gave us his word that the product would work the first time, and if it didn't we would be given a refund! I call in and all I get is you signed a contract. After posting a complaint yesterday I read others, and there are far too many similarities to these complaints. Lesson learned we should have looked you up before even indulging in a conversation with a door to door salesman.

You should stand behind you products/services/words and if they are not satisfactory refund your customer. Its standard practice for any ethical business. Your concerns/service seem to be about ripping people off.

We're new to the Nampa area and Crazy Frog was recommended by our neighbor. I'm glad he did. Matt came to our house and did an excellent job explaining the process and what we should expect. He was friendly and very professional. We were in the middle of a project and he was able to work around us. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

James V came to our home on June 7, 2018 to deal with an ant problem that we were having. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do and then did it perfectly. He knew a great deal about pest control and I definitely felt confident having him do the work. Should be have a problem in the future, I will make sure that I request James to perform the treatment. He is an excellent technician.

Out of the three technicians to come spray our house and yard, James did an amazing job! He was very friendly and sprayed everything we asked him too. He also was the only one to leave a note on everything that was done, which was extremely appreciated. Thanks for the amazing job James!

Was told I could have a contract duration of 6 months. It's been 8 months and I find the service and product unsatisfactory. I have called to cancel and am always told I have more "services" in my contract. I wish to cancel as agreed and have no more services or cancellation fees.

Reviewing Mr. account, he had called into cancel because it was "expensive" making no mention that the product wasn't working or he was unsatisfied with the service. When he signed up, he signed up for 24 months/9 services and because of the circumstances we tried to work with him and offered to reduce his agreement by 4 services. I have attached the signed agreement from Mr. had signed at the time of the sale. A copy was also emailed to him when it was signed.

Last year I wasn't very happy with Crazy Frog, but this year so far, the technician, Greg, was much better and did a great job! He was polite, mature, competent, and explained everything well. Thank you!

we were pleased. Crazy Frog did what they said they were going to do. They did with professionalisum and on time.

We are new to the Boise area and are new to the type of preventive services Crazy Frog provides. Crazy Frog was recommended by our neighbors, and upon checking further, it was apparent that Crazy Frog is a leader, in the industry. From the first call, to James, our technician, coming out to do our initial service visit, everyone, at Crazy Frog, has been courteous and thorough. James was on time, polite and patient in explaining what the service provides. He got right to work and efficiently checked our situation out, as the house had been vacant for some time prior to us moving in. He found a few wasp nests, that we were not aware of existing under our eaves, and quickly and effortlessly dispatched them. We look forward to a long association with Crazy Frog and having James be our technician for future visits.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Crazy Frogs technicians. I have been extremely satisfied with the service's. I'm not sure how long I have been with this company but my guess would be well over two years. The most recent technician to provide service's was James. He was on time, started to work even though I was out back and didn't hear the doorbell, clean cut, and very courteous! I have never had a bad experience with Crazy Frog Pest Control. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! The company is like a family. I was having problems and needed to have service sooner rather than later. I take care of my mom who's 85 with dementia. I'm on a limited budget. I didn't realize what day of the month it was and how was I going to get the service I so desperately needed. In speaking with the gal on the phone she offered to have the service done now and then bill me the first of the month. I have not been treated so genuinely and without hesitation in a long time! It literally made me cry that she cared about me and my situation. I will be forever grateful to her for that!

I wanted to submit my initial review of Crazy Frog. Salesman came to my house, was polite and professional. I signed up for service and the first service was performed as sold by the salesman, which is a rarity for most companies to actually follow through on promised service dates. I recieved a phone call and text message to confirm my appointment. The technician, Jeff, was polite, explianed the service he would be performing, asked if I had pets, and completed the service. Jeff finished and provided a final review of the services performed. He also closed both gates!. I've had the cable and power guys leave my gate open and my dogs got out. Based on my initial sales call and service, I'm very satisfied.

Have had nothing but good and honest service from Crazy Frog Pest Control. Today our tech James did an awesome job and even found 2 wasp nests and treated them before our children were exposed and possibly hurt by them. Thank you James for your awesome work today!!

I would like to share a positive review of Crazy Frog Pest Control. We have been a quarterly client for over 2 years now and have never had a concern with billing or communication. I noticed a few spiders on a dark portion of my back yard last week and requested a follow up courtesy visit to address. The tech showed up on time and reviewed what he could do today and completed the service promptly and professionally. If we have ever noticed a hornets nest between services, they have always come by within a week and addressed. We are very pleased with the quality of service and look forward to many more years of this great service. I just wish they included Lawn Chemical services.

It's nice to have a courtesy notice before their arrival and then arrive at the appropriate time. Job was completed to satisfaction and Mark appears genuine, sociable and thorough.
