I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure what happened to the other response that I sent back to you, so I am submitting this againAll I wanted was for the company (Costway) to take back the furniture and refund me my moneyThe original first call was made to Walmart day after receiving the items that were orderedThey told me that I needed to contact Costway because that is where it was shipped fromI tried many times to contact someone with no luckSo all conversations were made via temailI explained that the furniture was not in good condition, and the making of it was not good and I just wanted to return itI also explained that on their website, it says I could return it for a full refundThey offered me $ then $ to just keep the furnitureI expressed to them that I wanted my full refundThey also said I could return it at my cost, but then I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO REMIND THEM TO LOOK FOR THE RETURN!!!! Really??????? I also found out that they go by another nameOn the Revdex.com Website there are MANY complaints against this companyUnfortunately, I should have checked the Revdex.com before orderingI now am one of the unfortunate people trying to get a refundI finally after waiting and waiting, spoke to a gentleman who said that I would receive a phone call back within hours from a department who handles these problems and they would help meWELL........NOPE.......NOONE CALLED!!!The first call was made at the end of AprilIt is now JuneI spent $ and have NOTHING to show for itThe furniture unraveled and saggedIt actually was dangerous (falling through while sitting), so the garbage that I ordered, ended up in the garbageAs you will see from my attachments, I have tried and tried to return the itemsThey said they would send me a return label, but that was after the factYesterday, June 7th 2017, was the VERY FIRST phone call that I received from CostwayAnd that was only because they received a letter from the Revdex.comShe said she did not know about thisI truly believe that their website is very misleading and that they do not stand by what they say as far as the return policyAlso trying to speak directly to someone is not going to happenI would just like to be compensated for the furniture that I happily saved and paid forThey took my money and I have nothing to show for it, except a major headache and aggravation from all of thisI will never ever shop with them or Walmart againThank you

who bought the gift, *** ***.My apologies on the price discrepancyThe item is no longer listed on your websiteThe person who purchased the broken wagon bought multiple items, all just as poorly made, from your company, so he may have quoted the wrong price to meOr he might have included the shipping in the price.My request is the same; a full refund, so I can put the money toward a properly made wagon with wheels that stay on, and a paid return shipping label.Thank you,***
