I am rejecting this response because:I believe it is Costco's obligation to insure that it's customers are appropriately covered by authorized insurance (as do other pharmacies). They simply stated that they are unwilling to resolve the issue with [redacted].   I cannot safely have prescfriptions made to Costco in the future.

will not help resolve the issue.  [redacted] has learned to game Revdex.com system and will report to you they have responded so the complaint will go away.  However their response is “there is nothing they can do”.  It is for this reason that I am asking for help from Costco since this is a card that Costco introduced to me and had me sign up for.  I trust that Costco will actually try and help and not ignore the situation like [redacted]bank does.  I would think that Costco could lean on [redacted] and have them work on resolving the situation.  The Bottom line is I have lost almost $10,000 due to fraud on this card and [redacted] will not help.  The details are in the first report I submitted in your system.

I am rejecting this response because: There is not the clear disclosure that regular price movies will incur a sucharge.  When you look at the ticket it clearly states that 3D, IMAX, RPX and 4DX movies will have a surcharge. I feel this is a very deceptive sales practice on Costco's part. They are giving their customers the illusion that they are getting discounted tickets, when in fact they have to pay more money at the box office. Both Regal Theatres and Costco should discontinue this sales practice or clearly state that all movies are subject to a surcharge as they have done with the previously mentioned group of movies.

I am rejecting this response because:I understand the policy.  But does that give the Costco employee right to be rude to a customer? I did not know that I wasn't allowed to use my fathers card. I figured it would be similar to Amazon, where an entire household at the same address can use the benefits. But regardless, I understand the policy, but your answer to my complaint makes it seem like the Costco employee have a right to be rude to their customers, if their face is not on the card? Again, my issue wasn't the policy. I understand that now, but my issue was the rudeness by the Costco employee.

A supervisor spoke with [redacted] about his experience with attempting to use the Optical service at warehouse #760. The supervisor let him know that we would reach out to warehouse #760 and file a warehouse complaint about the miscommunication and confusion. We informed him that someone...

from the location would be calling him back within the next 2-3 business days to discuss what happened. [redacted] is happy with the communication and the warehouse complaint.

We will absolutely give the member a refund and also research and address the issue of any expired product that was out on the sales floor with our staff and the vendor. I will be reaching out to the member by email since I was unable to get them on the phone and was not able to leave a voice...

I have contacted corporate and I am waiting for a response . When I explained the price I paid was not worth what I received being that I was not able to participate in 2 of the theme days and what the ship offered those days, Mike B[redacted] told me that it was my own opinion wanting to participate in activities and that he doesn't handle opinions . Therefore the amount I paid wasn't for the experience , wants to experience what was on the cruise is a personal opinion and Mike or Costco travel doesn't deal with opinions . Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]-[redacted]

Member issue:
·         Member purchased the phone but was not sure if he would get great service at his home.  Member was assured that if he did not he could return within 14 days and not be charged...

anything.
·         Member returned phone within the 14 days.
·         Member than received a bill for $187.00 from ATT.
·         Member contacted ATT and they stated they would take care of it.
·         ATT credited all but $80.00 and continued to send the member a bill for this amount.
 
WA Actions:
·         Reached out to ATT inquiring about the charges. This was for (2) lines of activation fees that ATT would not refund the member.
·         Spoke with the member and advised I would issue a check for the $80.00 to cover the activation fees that he was assured he would not be charged for.
 
Member is satisfied. No further action needed from WA Customer Service.

After doing some research under the provided names, membership numbers, and driver's license number we show in our computer system that [redacted] [redacted] owes Costco $943.86 from two outstanding checks written to Costco.[redacted]-[redacted] wrote check #1041 $673.58 on 12/23/02 to the Santa Rosa...

Costco. In addition there's a service fee of $15.00 that equals $688.58. We have an NSF cover sheet with communication with [redacted] on 1/20/03 that she sent a money order that should arrive 01/21 or 01/22/03. On 2/3/03 there's another entry we made that she stated, she's not sure why we didn't receive the money order and she will trace it. The check was sent to the D.A's office on 4/14/03.There's a second check written to warehouse #1003 Woodland with a different membership number but the same driver's license number for [redacted]. The check was written to Costco on 8/8/09 #5036 in the amount of $340.28 plus a $15.00 service fee. The check was sent to the D.A's office on 8/8/09.

Costco has been working diligently to satisfy this member.  Costco disputes Mr. [redacted]’s allegations.  However, in an effort to satisfy this member, Costco has agreed to provide him compensation for his complaints.  We hope to have the matter resolved shortly.

I am rejecting this response because: Let's make it simple regardless what's damaged, which yet to be found out by the dealer.Here is what's supposed to be. I go to costco once, pay for four tires and spend 2 hours on waiting. That's it.Here is what I have.1. I went to costco once, paid four tires and spent 3 hours. The tire couldn't come off. (It was the full tire with big gap on the side wall, after whatever costco was done, it left a ring of tire on the beam ).2. I rushed to dealer on a Saturday afternoon to have them take off the remaining tire.3. I rushed back to Costco, to have the tire installed. 4. I found out the TPMS not work. They asked me to go back and see what's wrong. 4. I need to schedule another appointment to fix the TPMS. How many hours? According to costco, all these extra hours I spent, extra miles I drove, extra trips to dealer is nothing. There is no impact on my schedule, my family schedule and my work schedule.
