Worked with Dean C for my loan, he is very professional and prompt on responses, the company is great and has very comparative interest rates and lender credit programThe whole process was great and will definitely recommend Dean and the CDM as a company

This experience was a pleasant surprise We have had several loans in the past and it has always been a long and stressful experience We had in the past had to send and resend information and more information was always being requested by previous lenders However, this time, we were informed what to provide, it was provided and we never had to resend information What a wonderful experience to have a loan flow so smoothly We hope to be able to do all future loans with Consumer Direct Mortgage First Bank

Apparently the real reviews show the same apathy towards customers....they really tend to drag their feet as this is my 4th Home loan, also the slowest responding company I have ever dealt with--to the point of still no response to an email I sent in days agoThe appraiser they have selected wants to show up two weeks after my paperwork submissions.....wrong phone numbers on docs....no response when I send them messages that they have errors....I have ceased dealing with this company because bad only tends to get worseLook at the other complaints-they show resolved but according to the individual filing the complaints, the company never did anything to help!

I found Consumer Direct Mortgage online, and decided to use them because their fees were the lowest- BAD MISTAKE!! It took over days to close my refi, they repeatedly told me that someone would contact me soon, but no one didOnce we finally got moving they were demanding that I get paperwork to them within hoursMy Closing Documents were wrong, which led to us having to either wait another days or send extra money to our Mortgage companyThis was after I already pointed out the fact that they had the wrong numbers days before and they said it would be fixed! I wish I had paid more and gone with a company that knows what they are doing, this has cost us so much time, frustration and now extra money tied up at our past mortgager because they did not follow through on their promise that was stated on the phone - "we will lock you in for days, but we will close well before that"

I would not recommend this lender as they did not honor the rate and never closed on my refinance They called the week before I was to close to say they needed more info but ran out of time to close and my rate would now be over higher from 3.25% to 4%

Seemless process, even with blemished credit

This company was fantastic! They delivered what they promised The process was expediant and everyone, to include the processors, underwriter, and loan closing notary knew their "stuff"Dealing with MrPwas a delight and I was kept informed of the progress

I applied for a home refinance for my personal property with them After I submitted all my paperwork and they reviewed they told me everything looked good and we should order a home appraisal Paid $for a home appraisal and a week later I was told after looking at my tax returns I do not qualify They had my tax returns a month prior and could have determined that before I was charged $for an appraisal I was not reimbursed back for my cost even after talking to them Bunch of Scam artists and would not recommend anyone use them

This is about the 6th mortgage I have financed and was absolutely the easiest Found them on-line cold called and worked with *** *** *** went through without a hitch and as scheduled *** answered not only any question I had clearly but also answered the phone himself every time I called, as did the assigned closer Now thats crazy good customer service these days!!!!!!!!! Rate qouted was and that where is stayed, awesome

I worked with Charles Pat ConsumerDirect Mortgage on a refinancing of my home loan from a 30-year loan with about years left to a much better rate for years My interactions were professional, and mostly done online via e-mail, although there were some phone conversations as well I was able to get the best rate I was able to find through ConsumerDirect Mortgage, and just closed less than a month ago on my new refinanced loan My wife and I are very happy with how it all went, and now we are looking at having our home paid off a lot sooner because of it at a much better interest rate!

I was looking desperately for a second opinion after my lender quoted me crazy numbers when I called them to explore any chances of refinancing my houseI went online and just by chance happened to see Consumer Direct MortgageI called and David Manswered the phone right awayI told him about my situation and he told me he could helpI gave him all of the info he needed and believe it or not he quoted me an interest rate that was 1% lower than what my original lender had quoted me
David promised me the numbers will never change as long as we worked within the timeframe he had proposed and true to his words everything was either the same or got even better before closingI highly recommend CDM, David and the other wonderful staff who worked tirelessly to make this refi effortless from the beginning through the submission all the required paperwork electronically to sending a notary at my convenience to the house for final closingThank you and I wish I knew of CDM from when I bought my house years ago

Closed a refinance loan with Consumer Direct to take advantage of the lower rates and the equity that had built up in our houseCharles and his team were great, knowledgeable, and very responsiveWhen working through this kind of transaction I make it a point to not let myself be the bottleneck; Charles and his team made me the slow person a couple of times! We ended up closing nearly a week earlyGood on them!
The web portal did leave a bit to be desiredIt was not much more than a glorified file-uploading portalI could read their communications, e-sign documentation, and upload files as requestedHowever, it did not show the files that are already uploaded or many details on the actual status of the loan process
The appraiser they contracted came across as disorganized when it came to scheduling the appraisal, but it worked out without too many problems
The rates were great, closing costs were very low, and the speed of service was excellentI would definitely recommend Consumer Direct

This was the easiest and smoothest refinance experience I had ever had

This is by far the worst bank to do business with. They are unprofessional and are a scam artist. It seems like a trend for them to charge $445 for an appraisal fee, but then later come up with an excuse to withdraw your loan and keep the money! Well I'm not having it, I've already called my credit company to dispute the charge. Readers beware of this company, I would not recommend to do business with them at all!!!

Best mortgage experience ever! I had an assigned point of contact. He communicated with me by email, walked me through the process step by step, explained every single charge, whether or not I could opt out, choose my own, etc.
If another person got involved from a different department, they did a "warm hand-off": he notified me by email of new player on the team, and then new person contacted me by email shortly thereafter.
Lowest fees I have ever seen in mortgage.

My refinance loan through Consumer Direct was the easiest loan I've ever done. I was skeptical of a online loan at first but would do another loan with them if the opportunity arises.
