Good prices for a good product

Hello I am writing this review because I have had such a bad experience with Comp and Save I placed an order on 8/order #*** that was supposed to be received on 9/5/ I called on September when the package was still not received and waited on hold for over minutes I was told that something happened to the package in transit and that they would send out another package that day and I would receive a shipping confirmation that day when it shipped, that did not happen I called again on 9/and was told they did not know what happened but only the first package had been shipped I received another e mail on 9/saying they would send another package with a shipping confirmation That did not happen I called again on 9/and waited on hold again for over minutes, the times during the holding process since 9/that I was prompted for a call back I never received one I was told a package would be sent out that day I received an email on 9/saying sorry and that a package will go out tomorrow and I would receive a shipping confirmation That again did not happen I finally did receive a package from them on 9/22/ It only had of the cartridges that I ordered and paid for I sent the customer service another email about this and to date have not received any response to that email I also to date have not opened the foil packaging on the ink cartridges to see if they even work, to insure I can return them if they need me to receive the quantity that I ordered This has been my most disappointing purchases I have ever maid on the internet I find it very difficult to believe that this company is listed as a Revdex.com accredited business as well as a Google Trusted Store I would not recommend this company to anyone
