I did receive the return label in the mail and I now have returned the cartridges. I have not received a refund yet. I will update when I do get one.

According to notes it looks like our warehouse received the return as of 4/27 and they didn't let us know. I apologize for the delay and will request our Accounting to immediately send a refund back to back to your Visa credit card (Visa [redacted]) within a day, it will take a couple of business days to reflect on your statement.

After doing my research I knew Comp and Save had the best prices, but that doesn't matter if the cartridges won't work! I'm a believer now. I have had not one bit of problems with them, and honestly can't tell the difference in quality between theirs and Cannon's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with Comp and Save! We have an older Lexmark printer and it has been so hard to find ink for it. A friend had recommend Comp and Save to us, so we tried it! I am so glad we did!
