you that we have received your complaint that was filed on March 3rd 2017 with the Revdex.com. An email has been sent out to you on March 9, 2017 at 9:53am PST informing you that your order # [redacted] was fully refunded the credit amount of $10.41 and your case is now marked as resolved. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for receipt of credit, depending on your financial institution.
In our records it displays that you had contacted a representative by email on February 27, 2017 at 9:13am PST. You had stated that you had not received your order. A representative was able to assist you in looking up your tracking link. It was determined that your order was in transit due to your order shipping method being standard mail “2-10 business” days. However, the order was still not received on the day that was determined by the carrier. You had then posted a social media complaint. A representative had reached out to you and assisted you by checking with the carrier. The carrier stated that a notice slip was left at your door for you to pick up the order at the post office since no one was available to receive the package. You had stated that nothing was left at your door and that you wanted a refund instead and will refuse the package if it arrived at your doorstep. A refund was in process for your order as it was being investigated. We were having issues reaching out to your local post office to place the request to return the package to the sender. As per our policy, your order would be fully refunded once the tracking number displayed the package as being shipped back to sender. Although we still have not received information from your local post office, your order was fully refunded.

purchased from you online was the Epson 48 inks. What was requested was store credit so we gave you store credit of $28.54 based on what you returned unopened per our return policy:

6 opened cartridges, 9 unopened cartridges. We gave you store credit for the 9 unopened cartridges. What I can try to do for you is request non-transferable/cash-able store credit be given for the other 6. However, if you're seeking a refund then we can give you a refund by check for $28.54.

Accepting the response on the basis that they will give us store credit for the whole 15 cartridges.
I only requested for a store credit for the purchase of other ink cartridges (HP photosmart). However they gave me store credit for the unopened cartridges only. Now they are ready to give me store credit for the opened and unopened cartridges. That is acceptable to me. How ever I should get their products at the prevailing discounted sale price with the benefit of coupons. In other words I should get products worth of my full payment towards the purchase of the returned cartridges. Comp and Save has been my choice for Epson replacement ink cartridges for several years, ever since a friend of mine who does professional printing recommended them to me. The quality of their product is just as good if not better than the original ink from the printer manufacturer. Customer service is fantastic. The one time that I received a defective cartridge they replaced it immediately - no questions asked. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and everyone has been very satisfied.

your complaint on May 28th, 2017 from the Revdex.com. As per the order notes in our system, you had first contacted us inquiring about the whereabouts of your package on 3/22/2017. You were advised to wait until the end of the projected delivery day for your package. The USPS tracking link had displayed that the package was already delivered but you stated that the package was not received. Hence you had contacted your financial institution and disputed the charges. A chargeback was issued on 3/29/2017. After the chargeback was granted, you had contacted us multiple times to confirm a refund. Last contact before a Revdex.com complaint was filed was on 5/27/2017. You had stated that the funds were retracted from your account. The Revdex.com complaint was filed on 5/27/2017. After reaching out to you, we had made a 3-way call to Bank of America to ask about the charges. The bank had confirmed that the chargeback credit had been rebutted by our company. The reason that your dispute was rebutted was due to proof of delivery. You had then stated that since you did not receive the package, you would either like a refund or the package reshipped. I reached out to USPS and UPS to verify delivery. I was informed that the package had been shipped to your location. They could not help with locating your package because it had been passed a certain amount of time. After speaking to my manager about the issue, I was advised to contact our financial institution and ask them to release the funds back to you. After contacting our financial institution, I was informed that it would take 24-48 hours for processing and implementing the release of the funds. Prior to creating this letter, I had spoken to you on the phone.  On the date of 5/31/2017 I had informed you of the resolution in which you had agreed to. Company is great. The ink is affordable and works just as well as the name brand ink.

Comp and Save has exceeded my expectations. They have great prices and special promotions. When I've had an issue with compatibility, they are quick to accommodate and assist with any issues.

I have bought one cartridge of black ink for my printer a couple months ago and I am completely amazed at how long the cartridge has lasted. Great prices on the cartridge and I definitely will continue to buy my ink cartridges from Comp and Save.

I have placed several orders through Comp And Save over the past number of years and have been completely satisfied with each order. The ease in ordering is great and shipping time is very timely. It has been a very good experience each time I have placed an order. Each order has been confirmed promptly and I've never worried about the order being correct or if I would recieve it.

I have been getting ink from Compandsave for the better part of a year now and I'm actually impressed by how little difference the quality of ink is between their and my Brother cartridges. Also, one thing which was really great was they actually called to make sure the ink cartridge was correct!
