On 12/16/we received a Revdex.com complaint regarding our Hyundai store and customer*** ***There were concerns with the way she was treated by a salesman and mechanicalissues regarding her vehicleIn regards to the mechanical issues the customers vehicle was repaired atno cost to her
(please see attached RO * ***)On 1/14/the customer picked up her vehicle fromour service department, at that time the customer went for a test drive with our Service ManagerConnie *** at which time *** acknowledged that her vehicle concerns were repaired and shewas satisfied with the outcome of the repairs. In regards to the way she was treated by the staff those concerns were addressed with the staffand handled appropriately. It is to our understanding at this time the customer is satisfied with the outcome of thecomplaint.Thank you,Janessa ***
Our Hyundai GM was notified of this complaint and his response is as follows; “I cannot undo having the credit runThe sales person from *** *** who brought the customer in here did not tell us we could not shop around for a better rate until after we had run them through other banksWe
simply tried to find the best rate for themI do not know of a way to remove inquiries from a credit report due to privacy laws We have a copy of signed credit application that gives us permission to run credit. Per our Hyundai GM, he has offered to compensate them with "Life Time Oil Changes" and they have not accepted this offer. Please contact us with any further questions or concerns. when dueI had the vehicle inspected the end of September and was informed that I would need new tires, but other than that, my vehicle was running beautifullyLess than two weeks later, my vehicle began running extremely roughI knew I was in need of the new tires, so I brought my vehicle
over to *** *** *** *** ** ***, NY and asked the mechanic to also take a look at the vehicle after I described how rough it was runningI also asked that he not do any repairs as I lease and was sure it would be coveredThe mechanic at *** called me and informed me that the rear caliper system was completely locked up; I would need a new one, along with a new rear brake system and rotorI called Carbone Honda to let them know what I was toldThe salesperson I dealt with in was off that day so I was transferred to the service departmentWhen I mentioned the issues that *** informed me of, I was immediately laughed at and told "We won't cover that." Not once did they even offer to take a look at the CRV for their opinion but rather told me that the caliper system locking up was my faultI was told that if I did not have the caliper system serviced, it created the downfall of the entire vehicleMy husband and I were never informed of the need to have the caliper system serviced, and the mechanics at *** said that they had never heard of such a thing, let alone on a vehicle with 25,miles! On top of this, I did bring the vehicle back to Carbone Honda less than a year ago for a recall that was issues and got an oil change at the same time, were the calipers serviced then? *** put the new tires on and I told them to not proceed in fixing the other issues as I was still going to try and get some answers from Carbone Honda on what they would coverWe left the vehicle at *** and I contacted the salesperson I dealt with, Chris Ming, the very next day when he was back in the officeHe listened to my issues and told me that it was pretty much out of his hands but that someone from corporate would be contacting me to hopefully reconcile the issueNo one called and still hasn'tWe are truly sickened at the lack of respect and urgency on Carbone Honda's behalf to assist us and therefore we had no choice but to have *** go ahead and service the vehicleThis cost us an additional $800.00. The complaint was given to our Service Manager and his response is as follows. After reviewing his records our Service manager does not see where the customer under the name listed above came in for the complaint listed aboveHe also, stated that if the customer has the original calipers and we can see that they have failed, in a way that would be covered under warrantyThen Carbone Honda will cover all repairs that would be covered under warranty. Sincerely; Debra ***, Administrative Assistant
Just sending me a $give card is not enough for how badly I was treated as a customer. I am an Assistant Manager at a grocery store and I make sure that my customers needs are satisfied before they leave the store. No one at the Carbone Jeep/ Dodge store cared whether or not my needs were satisfied. The manager of the store did reach out to contact me however I was not going to return his phone call because he was one of the gentlemen that treated me badly and had no care for my concerns of my missing floor mats and the cleanliness of my vehicle. Another gentlemen did reach out to me and I did return his first call and left a message and got no response back until May 26th and I did leave another message on May 27th. I do work two jobs, days a week most times and I do my best to get back with everyone. If they are not available and I leave a message we end up playing phone tag. I work in a place of business where I can only answer my phone calls on breaks and lunches. I did have my vehicle serviced on or around May 11th they did fix the sway bars and heat shield however they never fixed the brakes which are still squealing. There is something wrong with these brakes and I would like this matter looked into further and taken care of with no cost being charged. Also I would like my floor mats that are still missing I should not have had to go to Walmart to purchase mats that were not included on the purchase of this vehicleAlso I would like a cleaning of the disgusting interior that was never cleaned in the first place along with an oil change. Once these matters are taken care of I fell we can resolve this issue. Sincerely *** ***
The complaint was sent the General Manger & Service Manager and their response is as follows. On 2/her vehicle was brought in due to not startingWe found the battery cables loose and the battery testing badHer husband/ boyfriend decided to buy a battery somewhere else and
install it in our parking lot. On 2/the vehicle was brought in for the check engine light being onIt was not on when it came in on 2/Most likely because of the battery issueThe check engine light was repaired under a warranty extension from Honda. On 2/the vehicle was again brought in due to not startingWe found that the battery that THEY INSTALLED on 2/was the wrong size so the battery cables could not correctly tightenAfter modifying the battery/ cable enough to get proper contact, we did a charging system test and found that the alternator was badThis did not show up at either previous visitI personally test drove the vehicle after the repairs on 2/for 3-miles with no issuesThe alternator was replaced under her Hondacare warrantyOur Used Car deptpaid to have us remove the aftermarket remote car starter from the vehicleThe aftermarket car starter may have have been contributing to the battery/ alternator issues. She has not called back with any issues since. The reason we did not give her a rental vehicle is that until we knew that the cause of her issue was covered by her Hondacare warranty we can not tell that a rental would be coveredFor instance: the fact that her battery cables were improperly connected twice would not be a covered repairThe check engine light repair was a warranty extension from Honda, also not a covered repair under her Hondacare contractThe only thing that was eventually a covered repair that would have entitled her to a rental vehicle was the alternatorBy the time that was diagnosed the vehicle had already been dropped off and the repair took less than an hourBy the time we would have gotten her here and filled out rental paperwork the repair was completedIt is our policy with every customer to diagnose the issue with the vehicle firstOnce coverage is verified, then and only then, do we put them into a rental vehicleWe feel at this time that the customer is satisfiedPlease let us know if we can be of further assistance. On 5/18/we received a Revdex.com complaint from *** *** that at the time of purchase on 12/11/the customer felt the tires were bad and wanted to get them replacedThe customer felt uncomfortable driving the car and that we were ignoring her problemUpon receipt of the Revdex.com complaint the
customer was contacted and the issues were discussedThe final agreed upon solution was that we would purchase and replace all tires for the customer at the cost of the sale departmentThe work was completed on 5/18/the same day that we received the complaint (** * ***. The customer is satisfied with this solutionThank you, Shane *** VP of Fixed Operations
Yes they did replace the oli pan...however, the underlying cause of recognizing problem was the inadequate completion they did on the undercoating...which I paid $+/- forThere were many areas under Jeep that were missedPlus on top of that they reported, on receipt for oli pan replacement, that "the customer requested a point inspection of vehichle".!?i NEVER REQUESTED ANY THING BESIDES Alan *** advisal that my oil pan would be replacedIf the really did get a point inspection of my vehichle, why then, did decide they not advise me that I had RED "DEX" anitfreeze in my cooling system? Everyone knows that Red "Dex" antifreeze can and does corrode the head gasket seal! In fact GM had to go bankrupt back in due to financial claims substantiating the runation of many engines based upon the corrosive nature of the red " Dex" antifreeze Carbone Auto group surely knows of the deliterious nature of the RED "DEX" anti freeze in my Jeep Liberty! They should have replaced coolant with acceptable green Prestone or equivalent, or at least advised me of bad coolant they allowed to exist on my Jeep I had just purchased from themI, today, spent $to have my Jeeps system flushed of the red "DEX" engine coolant and replaced by green Prestone antifreeze!Carbone Auto Group made good profit on my purchase of the Jeep LibertyThe after sales service I requested and received was horrible, and stressfull to endureI will continue to reccomend no one I know do business with them!

We received a Revdex.com complaint from the following customer and her complaint is as follows : “ this includes customer service issue and warranty issue. I purchased a 2008 jeep patriot from carbone honda in April of 2017 by mid may it needed a transmission replacement. I was told there was an issue with the first transmission they installed, they installed a second (no documentation according to the new manager) I received my jeep back the first week in June ( with a 12k mile or 1 yr warranty on the transmission) By mid july I was driving on the highway and it went into "limp" mode (dropped from 75 to 20 without me controlling it) I contacted the service department. they took it for 1 day and told me they couldnt recreate the problem. by mid november I was backing out of my drive way shifted from reverse to drive to have my vehicle not go anywhere when I hit the gas. I contacted the dealer AGAIN black friday they tried it and couldn't recreate the issue. I dropped it off on dec 8 when I picked it up on dec 19 they said again they couldn't recreate my problem. by the 20th it was happening to me again so I drove it up there and it wouldn't happen when they looked at it. it continues happening still 12/27 I tried again today to have them look at it and they said they can't recreate the problem. the new issue is it also has a delay when you put it into drive before it will go (without having to reshift) they said that it is normal to this vehicle.. I contacted a Jeep dealer who said that is not the case. I contacted the corperate offices without them contacting me back. I tried to accept there offer of helping me get into another vehicle but they kept finding things double my current payment which I can't afford”The response from the GM and Service Manager at Honda / Toyota is as follows: On 12/20/2017 with 84412 miles, we tried to verify customers concern and was unable to. Road tested twelve miles and retested over a two days. Still unable to verify. On 11/24/2017 with 84217 miles, we tried to verify customers concern and was unable to with customer for one mile. Customer will return at another date to verify. On 7/21/2017 with 78818 miles, we tried to verify customers concern and was unable to. Road tested 10 miles and still unable to verify a concern. On 5/4/2017 with 75418 we replaced the transmission for a noise. Replacement transmission had a noise as well. Replaced transmission with another. RO spans 5/4/17- 6/19/17 and 74739-75418 miles. To date we have not been able to verify a concern. We have tried to verify this concern over the past 10, 000 miles with this vehicle and unfortunately at this time we at satisfy the customer’s concern. If Ms. [redacted] can show us proof from another Jeep Dealer that indeed the transmission does have issue then Honda Toyota Bennington will gladly satisfy this problem. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Not only did I have to buy my own mats, I had to buy windshield wipers because they were ripped, get an oil change, buy new filters because they were filthy. I NEVER received an option to replace the vehicle as I would have immediately. When they supposedly shampooed the vehicle it wasn't shampooed, I waited for them to do it. Water was used..then they sprayed this horrible orange deodorizer. The dander is still between the seats just as when I bought it. The stains are still there, it smells when the heat is on so I leave the windows open at night. The vehicle is rusting, the gas mileage is not what Vinny said it would be, they wouldn't show me the original bill of sale that I signed with him, they overcharged me, they got me a loan for 7 YEARS..I did not know about that until Mr. [redacted] had me sign all the paperwork in a HURRY no less because other customers were waiting. No, they shouldn't feel that I am satisfied. I'm disgusted. I was taken, lied to, treated like I was imposing when I would call with a complaint. I have ALL my emails saved. This whole sale was not at all what I would expect from a supposed reputable company. I want another vehicle as I stated in my first complaint. I want LEATHER seats so there isn't any chance of stain and smell, I want the gas mileage I asked for, I want a loan for 4 years as requested, NOT 7 at $200.00 per month. I want a vehicle that isn't rusting, now the fan belt is going. This vehicle is not acceptable and neither was the service from CARBONE or their staff. If at all possible, I would like this transfer of vehicles done within the next couple weeks. As for the money I already paid on this vehicle which is $1,204.92, I want that taken off the next vehicle that I will receive and I want a portion of my existing loan which is bringing me to the heavy financing lowered. If they have a white [redacted] with leather seats available, that will be fine. I purchased one and it is a wonderful vehicle. It was not new, it was a 2012. [redacted]
MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:We received a Revdex.com complaint on [redacted] stating the following, she wasunhappy that there was dog dander between the seats, the vehicle is rusting, the SUV gets 14.5gallons of gas per mile, and she had to buy her own car mats.Nissan has cleaned the customer's vehicle twice, including shampooing the seats andcarpets to remove the stains, smell and dander. Doug [redacted], General Manager of Nissan hasreached out to the Customer to confirm that this resolution is satisfactory, or, in the event it is notto explore replacing the vehicle. Unfortunately, he has not heard back from her. Therefore, at thistime we feel the customer should be satisfied with the resolution of this complaint.Thank you,Enessa M. CarboneCo- Owner
On 6/29/2016 we received a Revdex.com complaint from Stacey Fish that she had purchased a car for a graduation gift for her son. The car had been in twice for repairs to the clutch and was towed to a different Subaru dealership because it was not drivable in its current state. The customer was contacted by...
our VP of Service Kevin H[redacted] and Carbone has paid the other Subaru dealership for the repairs to the vehicle. Kevin has also contacted Subaru and got her an extended 7 year 100,000 mile warranty at no cost to the customer. It is our understanding that at this time the customer is satisfied with this resolution.Thank you, Janessa P[redacted]

nextday I drove it and my engine started to make a knocking sound and my car died. I could have got in to acar accident because at one point I was driving 65 that was the speed limit. Because of my car doing thisi could have hurt my 19 month old daughter and me and my boyfriend at that time. They lied to me. Icould of got in a car accident because of them ruining my car. I want to sue because of what happened. The car problem happened on Wednesday October 11-2017."Joseph [redacted], General Manager of Honda/Toyota of Vermont, was notified of the complaint.Mr. [redacted], responded appropriately with the following resolution. "Ms. [redacted] did in fact, have a mechanical issue with her car. It was covered under factory warranty and a loaner carwas provided to her at no cost. On 10/20/17 Ms. [redacted] traded in her car for a Kia Forte."At this time, we feel that the customer is satisfied.Debra [redacted]Administrative AssistantCarbone Auto Group

Hello: here is my response. I also
provide comments in bold through their report. The facts as they report them don’t
fully lay out the idea that once I was committed to Carbone, invested money and
months of time, I was ultimately not handed back a car that was safe or even
operational. I would have been happy if:They had installed a new transmission at their expense, minus $1,000 contributed by [redacted]. Sean [redacted] said many times that it was too costly Or, let me out of my commitment to them and let me take it elsewhere. The car was not fixed, it was not safe and after spending $2,600 I needed to sell it. I really did not want to. I asked over and over to get out of this. They acknowledge here that twice they had been unable to do
the job. They told me many times that it was a gamble that it would ever work.
But they were unwilling to allow me a refund so that I could start over
elsewhere. They collected their fee but did not fix the car and may have harmed
it and put me at risk.I see here that they maintain they were going beyond what
they needed to do. But they didn’t. they needed to fix a car that I had paid
for fix. Once it’s broken – which they acknowledge – they need to repair it.
It’s their obligation In the end I gave up in order to reduce my stress and have a
safe car to drive. This one was leaking, rattling badly and smelled like it was
burning. A piece fell out. Also the $250 they gave me was at my request – no one gave
me anything willingly. I needed to ask and ask, probably four or five times
through their corporate offices and I also asked for $500. I also ask for recompense minus the $250.Billy [redacted] (forgive me if that is not the correct last
name,) in the Carbone Corporate Offices in Utica acknowledged that this had
been handled terribly and that this site, in Troy, had been problematic. I
would recommend you share this report with him. Please see my comments throughout in bold. Thanks, [redacted] On 08/11/2015 Ms. [redacted] came in
at 81,653 miles with a concern of when driving hears a noise coming from
vehicle. Upon diagnosis performed, we found both drive axles needed to be
replaced due to excessive wear from both CV boots being torn for a long period
of time allowing grease to leak out completely. It was explained to the
customer that the vehicle transmission had substantial metallic debris internal
in fluid, and had internal failure that would require replacement. Ms. [redacted]
was given an estimate to replace the transmission with a brand new factory
[redacted] transmission. Ms. [redacted] did not choose to invest that amount of money
into her vehicle. Ms. [redacted] asked about other options for the transmission
which we did provide her with. The second option is to install a used transmission
that would be approximately 30% of the cost of the new transmission. Ms.
[redacted] chose to not purchase the new transmission with the complete 3 yr 36k
mile warranty, but to purchase the used transmission without the option of
additional time and mileage warranty that was offered. The used
transmission was installed, the axles were installed and road tested. The
vehicle operated as designed at that time.On 08/26/2015 Ms. [redacted] had contacted the
dealership stating she had an issue with the vehicle "slipping out of 3rd
gear when shifting." Ms. [redacted] was provided alternate transportation;
the vehicle was brought in for diagnosis and repair. It was determined that the
recently installed transmission had an internal failure within the gear set.
The vehicle needed to have the transmission replaced under the warranty
provided by the vendor that we had purchased the transmission from. Ms.
[redacted] did not purchase the additional warranty for parts and labor warranty
that was offered at the time of purchase, but Carbone [redacted], at no charge
replaced the used transmission that was defective for customer satisfaction. From [redacted] THERE CERTAINLY WAS A CHARGE. I
HAD PAID $2,600 FOR A REPAIR THAT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL SO THERE WOULD BE NO
GROUNDS FOR CHARGING ME MORE Ms. [redacted] did not have any coverage from
any warranties at any point in the service process, and was not charged for but
was provided alternate
transportation at the cost of
Carbone as to not have her be without transportation. The used transmission was
installed that was provided by the vendor that initially sold us the original
transmission. The vehicle was test driven and found to be working as designed
at that time.On 10/12/2015 Ms. [redacted] had contacted Carbone
with a concern that vehicle had a smell, and would not move at this time. **: THE CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE ROAD! AFTER
SMELLING LIKE IT WAS BURNING THE CAR STOPPED. IT WAS MORE THAN A CONCERN. THE
CAR CEASED TO WORK. The vehicle was towed in and diagnosed. It was determined
that the vehicle had a 2nd subsequent failure of the transmission. Ms. [redacted]
had been notified by Carbone that the issue was indeed a failed used
transmission. Ms. [redacted] was given a 2015 [redacted] (alternate loaner vehicle)
to drive while the vehicle was being driven. Ms. [redacted] refused **: I DECLINED TO HAVE THEM WORK ON IT UNTIL
I COULD DISCUSS OPTIONS. I DID NOT TRUST THEM TO DO THE JOB to have any
work performed to her vehicle at that time requesting to speak to the VP of
vehicle service operations to discuss further the issues. Our VP of Fixed
Operations contacted Ms. [redacted] and had lengthy conversation regarding the
issues that had transpired with the vehicle and the used transmissions. Ms.
[redacted] was offered to remove the used transmission, and be credited for money
spent, and purchase a new transmission from [redacted] for which she declined. **: CORRECT; I HAD PAID $2,600 AND DID NOT
WANT TO SPEND SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE Ms. [redacted] insisted that
Carbone purchase the transmission or [redacted] Corporation purchase the
transmission. [redacted] Corporation was contacted and Ms. [redacted] asked for
goodwill assistance. The conversations between [redacted] Corp, Carbone [redacted] and
Ms. [redacted] carried on for several weeks with Ms. [redacted] not allowing any
repairs be made on her vehicle regardless of any reason. **: CORRECT I DID NOT TRUST CARBONE TO DO THE JOB. I FELT THAT THEIR
WORK WAS PUTTING ME IN DANGER. I FELT THAT GIVEN THE AGGRAVATION AND STRESS
THEY SHOULD INSTALL A NEW TRANSMISSION AT THIS POINT. THIS HAD ALREADY GONE ON
SIX WEEKS WITH NO RESOLUTION. Finally [redacted] made their final
offer of $1000.00 assistance towards the purchase of a new unit. The difference
in cost of the used transmission $1000.00 and the new transmission $5000.00 was
approx. $4000.00. Ms. [redacted] stated that she would not participate any money
at all toward the purchase of the new unit. **: CORRECT I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD PAY FOR IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
AND LET ME GO ELSEWHERE. Our VP of
Fixed Operations discussed in depth with Ms. [redacted] the options available to
her at this point. The whole timeframe in which this transpired Ms. [redacted]
was given an alternate transportation to drive at Carbone [redacted]'s expense. The
final agreement between our VP of Fixed Operations, our Senior VP of Fixed
Operations, and Ms. [redacted] was that another transmission would be provided by
the original vendor and sent out to a 3rd party transmission facility for
inspection for operability prior to installing in vehicle. Our VP of Fixed
Operations did exactly that per agreement and had used transmission sent out
for inspection and after it was determined to be inspected as operating as
designed without any visible issues it was installed into Ms. [redacted]’s
vehicle. Per the agreement, our VP of Fixed Operations drove the vehicle in all
normal conditions then bringing vehicle in for inspection to verify that all
had inspected normal at this time. Ms. [redacted] had asked for a reimbursement
for a towing bill incurred for the tow in to our shop. **: I ASKED PROBABLY A DOZEN TIMES. I FINALLY NEEDED TO GO TO THE
CARBONE CORPORATE OFFICES IN UTICA Ms.
[redacted] had picked up her vehicle and the towing reimbursement was agreed to
be reimbursed. Ms. [redacted] had no out of pocket expense for the repairs at
this time or any time prior, even though the warranty on the used transmission
was a "part only warranty". **:
NOT TRUE I PAID FOR THE REPAIR, $2,600. IT WAS NOT FIXED. I DON’T BELIEVE
CARBONE WAS DOING ANYTHING BEYOND WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO – MAKE A REPAIR
THAT HAD BEEN PAID FOR. IT ACTUALLY DID COST ME MONEY BECAUSE ULTIMATELY I
NEEDED TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK, 2 DAYS, TO SHOP FOR A NEW CAR. Ms. [redacted]
was provided alternate transportation during all of the vehicle repairs even
though she did not have any coverage for rental car. Ms. [redacted] did call our VP
of Fixed Operations to discuss if there would be any way that she could get any
money back for her inconvenience. His response is that Carbone had gone above
and beyond to provide Ms. [redacted] with customer service, alternative
transportation, labor charges to install the transmissions and reimbursements
for any towing incurred by her during this process. **: NOT TRUE! THEY DID NOT
GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY DID NOT FIX THE CAR, EVEN IF THEY TRIED, THEY
ULTIMATELY WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL. IT WAS THEIR OBLIGATION TO MAKE THE REPAIR I
PAID FOR AND WHICH WE AGREED WAS NEEDED. THIS
WENT FROM LATE AUGUST TILL LATE NOVEMBER. IT WASN’T REALLY KIND OF THEM TO
PROVIDE ME A CAR. IT WAS NECESSARY GIVEN THAT MY OWN CAR WAS NOT DRIVEABLE
DURING MOST OF THIS TIME. He asked Ms. [redacted] if she was
experiencing any issues with the vehicle currently, and was told by Ms.
[redacted] that the vehicle had been traded in at another location. **:
THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG. I CALLED HIM! THE CAR WAS LEAKING SOMETHING, BURNING
UP AND MAKING A TERRIBLE SOUND. I TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK TO SEE WHAT TO DO
ABOUT IT AND HAD TWO GARAGES TELL ME IT WAS VERY BADLY DAMAGED. A PART ACTUALY
FELL OUT! I HAVE THE PART I
ONCE AGAIN HAD CARBONE PICK IT UP, LOOK AT IT AND MATT RUTHERFORD CONCLUDED IT
WAS A ‘BROKEN BOLT,; WHICH HE SAID HE FIXED. THE CAR WAS NO BETTER AFTER THAT
AND IT WAS SCARY TO DRIVE. SEAN [redacted] ONCE AGAIN SAID HE WOULD NOT REFUND ME
MY MONEY AND COULD ONLY OFFER TO DO THE JOB AGAIN. HE DID ASK TO SEE THE CAR
BUT CARBONE , THROUGH MATT RUTHERFORD, HAD JUST SEEN IT! AT THAT POINT I WAS LOOKING
AT A LENGHTY DRIVE TO SEE FAMILY FOR THANKSGIVING AND CONCLUDED THAT I NEEDED
TO GET ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY, STRESS AD MISSED TIME AT WORK. THE
ABOVE STAETMENT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. I
AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH NO ONE ELSE TO PROVIDE MY FAMILY TRANSPORTATION AND NO
OTHER CAR AND NEEDED TO SELL THIS ONE . I DID NOT WANT TO AND STILL WISH I HAD
NOT HAD TO. He wished her well and stated that
there would not be any refunds or money reimbursements due to the choice that
was made by Ms. [redacted] to purchase a used transmission as opposed to the new
unit. The new unit would have complete
coverage rental, parts and labor and not have any mileage on it allowing it.
Ms. [redacted] and our VP of Fixed Operations ended with understanding that this
was resolved. **: tHIS IS A DISRTORTION I NEVER WOULD HAVE SAID IT WAS
RESOLVED> THEY DID NOT FIX THE CAR, WOULD NOT REFUND THE money. For the inconvenience on the used
transmission and as goodwill, our Senior VP of Fixed Operations has agreed to
help the customer with $250 refund for the travel time to the dealership,
per Ms. [redacted] requests. **: AGAIN NOT
REALLY TRUE> IT WAS MY IDEA. I ASKED SEAN [redacted] FOR $500. HE SAID HE’D
CONSIDER IT AND CALL ME BACK. E DID NOT DO SO AND I FINALLY CALLED CORPORATE
OFFICES IN UTICA. AND I CALLED AGAIN. FINALLY A MR. [redacted] AGREED AND GAVE ME
$250. IT WAS NOT SOMETHING THEY OFFERED OR MADE VERY EASY TO PROCURE. MR.
[redacted] AGREED THE ENTIRE MATTER HAD BEEN POORLY HANDLED AND I’D URGE YOU TO
SHARE THIS WITH HIM.
Regards, [redacted]
On 5/04/2016 we received a Revdex.com complaint from [redacted] regarding his 2014 Subaru Impreza. The customer stated that the vehicle was not shifting properly and was making noises while he drove it. Our Senior VP of Fixed Operations contacted the customer; and we sent a resolution to the Revdex.com. We heard back the same day saying the resolution wasn’t satisfactory, our Senior VP of Fixed Operations has been reaching out to the customer ever since; he has left voicemails, text messages and has made numerous calls to the customer with no response back. At this time we would like to ask that the Revdex.com close this complaint out as we have no other means of contacting the customer. If the customer would like to contact our Senior VP of Fixed Operations himself his phone number is [redacted] Thank you, Janessa P[redacted]
