I am hoping their partial refund will cover the massive electricity bill I am going to receive, and also the interest paid on the charge that cleared PRIOR to any installation. I appreciate them making an effort to fix this once I went through the Revdex.com. I just know never to use their services ever again and hope others will take this into consideration before booking their services.
