I am rejecting this response because: Cigna fails to follow up with meThis has been on going since February and every time a supervisor tells me they will "get back" to me in a couple of days I never hear back from themAt this time I have been waiting almost week for a supervisor to call me and when I called on 7-15-to speak with her to follow up on my end I was told by a representative they would request a call back and as of 7-20-I have heard nothing from them

Dealing with with the Cigna Pharmacy Dept is a nightmare my doctor prescribed a medication that required authorization and after 2wks of my doctor providing all necessary information the medication was approved for coverage for months however after I started the treatment and was on this medication for month when it came time, to refill my pharmacy had the refill denied I proceeded to call my insurance Cigna to find out a reason for the denial and the response I received was that the medication was approved in error and now after a month in the treatment I had to stop this medication the medicine I was prescribed can't be stopped without doctor's advice it was negligent on Cigna's part to put my health and life at risk they did not at all advise my doctor or myself that the authorization was retracted until I called for the refill

No effort was made on the part of Cigna to resolve the issue (I have received nothing from them and have had no communication from Cigna on this matter), poor communication on the part of Cigna regarding policy details prior to enrollment and their desire to take the premiums but provide little to no service is unacceptable. I am considering terminating my business with Cigna. I encourage others to consider my experience before signing up with Cigna Dental InsuranceRegards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: All though I'm appreciative that they refunded the money that they drafted out of bank account without permission also the month refundI feel they caused me undo stress and hardship by keeping my money for almost a month and not responding to my first cancelation noticeNo one asked me if I was happy with their decisionThey justmade one and notified as to what it would be
