Cigna by far is the worst health insurance company I've have ever had to deal withThey denied my short term disability claim I am months pregnant and also a mother or kidsCigna denied my claim because I was told by representative Ashley G*** that I took my leave a little to earlyNo where in the fine print it said you have to do it at a certain date after she was rude and disrespectful to me I asked her what is there I needed to do to get this resolved she was no help at allWhen filing a claim all that information needed to be explained but that's the way Cigna treats there customersI hope Ashley looses her job and the company goes out of business soon

I am rejecting this response because: I am responding with my rejection to MsCharlene V***'s response posted on 10/7/2016, in which she wrote Cigna's National Appeals Organization would complete their review by 10/7/and a letter would be sent to me with the decision.Yes, I received a letter dated 9/16/from MsV*** explaining to me the NAO was reviewing my concern and it was to be completed by 10/7/2016.I also received a letter from MsTammie W*** of Central HIPAA Unit informing me that they have implemented the privacy authorization request per my completed-and-mailed formThis letter is dated 10/5/2016, and to my best recollection it was delivered to my mail box on 10/7/2016.However, I have not yet received any Explanation of Benefit or decision as of today, 10/14/I waited at least business days for the possible delivery/transit time after 10/7/as promised they would complete the reviewI have responded and provided information and plead my case in order to get a refund for my over paymentThis is not acceptable for the business to keep lying and delaying a resolution, just as they had done all along before my contacting the Revdex.comFrom the Revdex.com's standpoint, what can be done about this?
