I purchased a laptop from dell on 6/30/ Since that time I have had many issues with the machine I even sent it back to the factory and they replaced a memory card but I still had the same issues with the computer "freezing" for no reason I spent over hours on the phone with IT support Additionally, I was instructed to purchase a flash drive and have another computer nearby so they could fix the problem over the phone After another day wasted, the problem remained I was informed they would email or call me by today with instructions on sending the computer in for an exchange After receiving no reply, I contacted customer support and requested a refund They informed me it was too late to provide a refund I feel that they kept me running through hoops in an attempt to stall me and prevent me from obtaining a refund

The laptop I purchased less then a month ago has had technical issues since week one every service rep I have dealt with has done the same song and dance with this laptop what I mean is they do the same exact fixing attempts that the previous tech has attempted But the issues with this laptop persists

I purchased an extended warranty with the promise of receiving a thumb drive and follsoftware assistance within days Seven days later I had received nothing and my computer was still inoperable I called back and cancelled the purchase In response I received a profanity laced email, including the name of the supposed associateWhy would Dell let something like that leave their server? I received a Alienware Steam machine and the product didn't work as intended, and I was trying to exchange the product for the identical item, and they appear the same but one runs Windows and the other one runs Steam OS Disputed it with Citi, and won, but still seeking some type of resolution for the computer, because the Steam OS wasn't supported and they have no linkage with Valve, to try and release some type of update for the issues I was experiencing with things such as commands and boot up menus, that weren't working as intended So you're just was a year warranty on nothing basically
