I originally purchased a Dell XPS in Nov The laptop was defective out of box After countless calls to support, a week later it was determined to be replaced instead of repaired Waited two months, January something for a replacement The customer service was a nightmare trying to explain how desperately I need this computer I could speak to no one in the US, just tech support or customer service in India and no one that could really comprehend English well So about two months later I received my new laptop First issue with this is, I paid for premium support It started in Nov2015, with a laptop broken out of box Since I didn't have a laptop for two months after, the support should have started in Jan Second Issue Network card went bad in the new laptop in Feb Instead of Dell sending someone out and me waiting, I told them to send direct to myself and I would install it Installed it and sent the old one back next day Saving Dell money

On Wednesday July 6, the website IGN had an article called "Deals of the Day" which included an Insperion computer with and iprocessor, 16g RAM, and TB Hard Driver for $using code " [redacted] " The article did not show any terms and conditions to the deal, just to use the coupon code to get the price I attempted to use the code to purchase the computer, but it didn't work, saying "coupon already redeemed" Even after this, IGN posted the code once again on Thursday I contacted their customer support on Saturday and they said something about it being a "3rd party code" but they would get back with me in hours to try and help This didn't happen So, I contacted them again, this time on Sunday I spoke via customer service chat, and he told me "I understand Charlie I see many customers asking for the same coupon, and as we don have any good margin on the system that is associated with it" Basically he was saying they were not going to honor the deal

My company was approved for a $line of credit at the end of December We placed an order the same day and it was cancelled for no reasonI called in to Dell Financial Services and was told to re-place the exact same order through a sales rep, which I didReceived a DPID via emailI was told shortly thereafter, via email that we needed to go through some type of verification and we would receive a phone callI received the phone call and verified the order aboveThe Business verification department then told me our account was under some type of investigationAgain for no reason whatsoeverWe are opening our second office miles away from our headquarters and this equipment and software is vital to my companies' successesRidiculous I have to deal with this type of situationFast forward to 01/09/(days later from the original order date), we placed additional orders (only because our orders keep being cancelled) and our orders continue to be cancelledI called into DELL financial Services no less than separate times and spent over hours on the phone (including waiting on hold) and have gotten nowhereLow and behold, I find out that DELL opened TWO SEPARATE business lines of credit under my company's nameI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about days ago and have not heard back from DELLI have also received an email from their executive escalations team stating they are finding out whats going because they dont knowWell we know either! Completely disgusting to approve anyone or business for a line of credit and than not allow them to use it without any good cause whatsoeverTo make things even better, no one seems to know anything or wants to provide any information to meI've spent over hours on the phone with DELLs departments (Financial Services, Business VerificationBusiness Sales, etc) and have gotten nowhereReally a shame that DELL would do this to any one let alone a businessWould not recommend DELL business to any oneSticking with Apple from here on outThe best part is my company spends around 30k a year on computer equipment and softwareYour gunna lost a decent sized account if you keep this up DELL

We purchased a NEW Dell XPS pc in March, from an electronics dealer on line @ [redacted] [redacted] themselves will only warranty an electronics item for the first days The NEW pc first broke down on me 4+ months later in August 2015, Dell/Microsoft refused to do anything under their manufacturers warranty, told me I had to get it repaired on my own at my own expense !!!!??? Started having problems with my laptop in August of so I filed a service requestSent in my laptop and then received it back a day later without the box having been opened and nothing being done to my computerMore problems arose with the laptop so I filed another service request on 10/31/and received no responseFiled another request on 11/20/and again received no responseFiled another request on 12/6/and once again received no responseToday (2/25/2016) was the first time that I had extra time to call themSince the laptop was purchased over a year ago (2/17/2015) they would not return itSpoke with someone in the service center and said that they never received the laptop the first time and that the subsequent service request emails were on my account but said that they could not contact meThe email address and phone number on the account were both correctThey said that they will perform the service request to fix the laptop

First off I am extremely disappointed with Dell and there lack of respect for there customersWithin months my new laptop the motherboard was badI sent it in under warranty and instead of replacing the motherboard they wiped the hard drive and sent it back to me and when I turned on the laptop the same problem was thereThey did not fix the problem so I called customer service and they told me they would repair my laptop and have it returned in weeks time which was a lieSo I called in again and the customer service rep had a replacement laptop approved and proceeded to transfer me to the department for the exchange but instead I was bounced around to different reps and over hours on the phone to find out an arrogant rep told me there was no replacement and hung up on meI received my laptop back today and within minutes of using the laptop the same issue is happening again! This is unacceptable its been over a month without this machineI have been a customer for over years and have purchased over machines for my businessesThis is why we switched most of our machines to Apple because this would never have happened and they actually have customer service here in the United States and they actually care about there customers

Dell sold me a laptop that came with a battery which didn't work, so I had it serviced This service took more than the days which I was allowed to return my computer After getting the computer back it then took another days to get Microsoft office which was purchased at the time of the computer to function on the computer Once this was finally licensed and functional, I attempted to use the computer however it didn't have enough memory to allow the programs to work, and windows can't update so I still can't use the computer which is brand new because if I do it crashes from lack of memory and is slower than a windows computer The company now says that despite attempting to make this computer functional through their own channels that I can't return it for a computer with adequate memory because it is over days It took more than days to get the computer to turn on So now I have a super expensive paper weight

Case with Dell created on 6-23-2017, They refuse to perform Warrant service on my laptop which is under Warranty through them/dell until April 2019!
