I am not sure why it is believed that this complaint is resolved. The technician still has the scooter and says he does not consider the fix to be dependable. We have not received money back or a new unit. At this point money back is highly desired because we want to be able to invest in a different higher quality product from the vendor of our choice.Please reopen this complaint as it is not resolved.Than you[redacted]
