Hello, We apologize for your experience during this move. I am familiar with the move, the movers that day had worked all day and by the time they got to your new house they informed you that your furniture was big and bulky and that it would be tough getting it up the stairs and you also... didn't want to continue to pay for a lot more hours so you instructed them to leave everything in the garage. The bill was already more than what you were expecting and anytime there are stairs involved it does ad time to your move. We spoke the next day and you wanted us to come back out and move the furniture upstairs for free. We tried to work our going out there for a discounted rate but finally with agreed to send the original movers out there to finish the job for free, but we wanted to inform you that it would be a tight fit so if there were any damages trying to force it we would not be responsible. That does not mean that they would purposely be careless but we just wanted to make you aware. Your refused that offer, so we tried to make it right. I apologize that you are still dissatisfied but I feel we tried to make things right. At this time we do not feel after months have gone by we will not reimburse anything because even if they would've done it that same day you would have ended up paying more because it would've taken more hours.
We contacted [redacted] and she is going to submit photos of the damage and we are going to start the claims process to get her taken care of Thank you

The movers already took more time than necessary, I do not find paying for labor again acceptableDue to time constraints having to vacate the premises and the lack of response when I originally called I was required to rent a Uhaul and complete the move myself. It cost me $and an hour worth of my timeHad the original movers be efficient this would have NEVER been requiredSomething that would have been so simple to resolve had the owner contacted meSince unpacking I have found so many unnecessary actions taken by the movers that allowed them to charge for more time there is not an option to pay for them to take up time AGAIN to move the remainder of my belongings. Since the additional move cost me $to rent a truck and hour of my time at $an hour I should be refunded $And that would be gracious that I did not charge a hour minimum as does the companyAgain, my entire complaint is that the move should have been completed in the less than the time taken originally and to adjust for this additional time all I requested was for a moment of their time to get the remainder of my belongingsThe way the company has dealt with this situation just goes to clarify my disapproval of their practices.

It is clearly stated on the invoice/contract that you signed that we reimburse cents per pound per itemIt also states is bold writing CLAIMS PROCEDURE:1) All claims must be written by the customer on the invoice/contract at the time of the move.2) All items that are claiming to be damaged must be shown to the movers at the time of the move.3) Customer MUST provide information regarding weights and pictures of any items claiming to be damaged within days of your scheduled move. Now, we understand that not all damage is seen while the movers are still there so that is why we are willing to honor our part of the contract which is cents per pound per item*** stated that the total weight of his items is 3000lbs, which makes no sense because he also claimed that he was mad because the movers were using a dolly to move items that were so light they could've been hand carriedThen turning around and stating that the total is 3000lbsFor the items he is saying got damaged to weigh 3000lbs is astronomical! We stand firm at the reimbursement of 100.00, since none of the procedures for the claims were followed correctlyWe are more than willing to get this issue resolved and will cut a check right away.Thank you

The foreman on the job had me sign the contract before the services took placeAfter six hours of moving and my husband and brother in law having to help because the movers were so slow, we just trusted that the movers would have been honest and informed us properly of what we needed to do to receive resolution. We did not read the fine print on the contract and at no time when my husband booked the movers did they inform him that we must make sure any damages are listed on the invoice. The company has not contacted us after the initial rejection of reimbursement for the damageAt this point, we had to take matters into our own hands and have turned in the keys to the previous residence, which was a rental propertyWe want on record that this company is dishonest and provides poor customer service

We are sincerely apologetic for Mrs*** experience and are going to be in contact with her to see about refunding her the she is asking for.Thank you
We have apologized profusely about the way this move wentWe took hours off of the move for the issues, as for the damage we have submitted all of the photos she sent to the claims department for reimbursementThey will be in contact with her this weekThe driver of this move has been let
go and he normally is a very good and efficient mover but we will not tolerate this type of experienceSo we will be in contact to Mrs *** *to resolve this issue.Thank you
This customer was moved way back in November, again it is our policy that all damage must be listed on the invoice at the time of the moveThere was absolutely nothing listedHe did not call about damage until a month laterI asked him to submit photos of the damage(even though we had no damage
listed on the invoice we were trying to work with him.) I never received any photosI even still tried to follow the claims process and told him that we reimburse cents per pound per item that is our policyI offered him $which is what the cents per pound comes out toHe replied to me saying, "my policy that you replace my st!" That was back in January or February, we have not heard anything else from him until May 1st stating that he had been too busy with school to bother with taking this furtherNow, I understand that but we also have a time frame on all of our claims so we can get all of this handled in a timely manorI have tried to work with MrLingle but he is just being completely unreasonable
We have submitted all the damages to our claims department and we offered him a settlement, but per our policy we reimburse cents per pound per itemThey signed the contract that states that is what we reimburse and that is what we offered themSo we are trying our best to find a reasonable
solution
Hello,I feel that they did not compensate me for my troubles. I had to pay more money to get my stuff moved upstairs because I do not have anyone in this area to help me. All they did is refund me for items I was overcharged for. I sent them this message: Hello Tilly,I do not think this is a fair reimbursement but, please send the check to:*** ** *** *** ***

As I explained to you, I hired a moving company to do the work for me because I do not have anyone else to help me here. I moved here for my job and do not have a single relative or friend here, it is just me and my year old mother. It was difficult to move things upstairs and I had to pay additional funds to get stuff moved upstairs. The funds you are giving me are just funds that I was overcharged and you are in no way compensating me for the mistreatment or the extra money I had to pay to have the job completed by someone else. I am also not happy that a member of your management team did not take the time to call me as I was not just unsatisfied, but livid. As I stated many times, I was treated like garbage and not once was any sympathy shown to my situation until I contacted the Revdex.com, but I was expected to have sympathy for a family emergency that occurred in your facility that prolonged any kind of contact or resolution. I was patient and I believe I have been very respectful despite the horrible treatment that I have received. Best regards,Claudia M***
We have a period of business days to make a determination on any claims requestWe have been reviewing MrS*** claimWe have made a determination and responded to Mr*** with a $offer to go towards his items. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me
We moved Mrs*** on Friday the 25th she called the day of the move after it was completed and said she was going to follow the movers back to our storage to pay with her debit cardShe was informed that we would wait for her hereI waited there til 8pm and called her numerous times to see
where she was at but she never answeredShe never showed upShe states she showed up at 9pm and the office was lockedOur closing time is actually 6pm but stayed later just for herWe called her all day sunday with no answerShe showed up here on Monday about 4pm with the police claiming we were holding her things hostageWe informed her and the police that all we are asking is that she pay her bill for the actual move costKeep in mind that the entire time the move was going on she never called the office once to complain about how the move was going, even when she called saying she was following the truck and *** went over the bill with her she never made mention of anything she was unhappy withThe damage claims are not valid I supervised the movers while they were unloading into the storage and there were no damagesThe dolly issue I spoke with the driver about and he said that was an accident so if she wants to bring us back our dolly we will give her dolly back to herThe driver said there was no shrink wrap used because she didn't want itShe sat here for about an hour with the police while we kept running her debit card and it kept decliningShe said she was going to slander our company when all we did was performed a service for her and she has still not paidShe left and said she would come back today to pay the money and take her stuff which now she is saying it will be FridayWe will be charging applicable fees for everyday that she doesn't take care of her billWe want this to be over with as wellWe did not charge him any additional fees all we are asking is that she pay the amount of hours that the movers worked plus the ONE TIME trip charge and the 19% surchargeWe did not charge her an additional trip fee and I am more than willing to provide you with a copy of the invoiceWe will not reimburse for the uhaul charges and other moversThat is her choice to go that routeI am sorry that she feels the way she does but we have done our jobI have no idea what she is talking about cleaners for all we want from her to for her to pay her bill and take her stuff out of our storage. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call we can provide you with the invoice and photos of her items. Thank you
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference,
details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Arizona Movers have not been in contact with me except to send a worker to our house to pick up items that did not belong to usWe are still missing several items and they won't even talk to us to hear what they areThe worker thought he knew of one item that he saw, but no one told him what we were missing to bring it to us. Regards,*** ***
First I want to apologize for this incidentIt is a very unfortunate accidentWe are very sorryOur contract states that we reimburse $per pound per itemThat is an industry standard for damage claims. For example: An average local move costs $to $The cost of a LCD or LED
television averages around $2,Without the waiver and release, movers are liable for times the amount of the gross invoice with just that single pieceAdd the rest of the household and it very quickly becomes far too much liability compared to the net profitWith the waiver and release, movers are able to balance the amount of liability to the potential net profitI'm not sure what employee you spoke with that would tell you to completely disregard the contract you are signing, below were you signed it states: by signing above customer agrees to all terms and conditions of this invoice/contractSo again we are very sorry for this unfortunate accident but we are trying to uphold our end of the contractWe have evaluated the damages, and we will provide the Revdex.com with the photos, the lamp is not "crushed" the leg is bent in slightlyThe back of the tool box has a small dent, I'm not sure why that affects how the drawers open and your table does have a small hole in the middleThat is why we are trying to settle this claim as I'm sure you would like too so we can all move forward from this
Shortened due to character limit exceeded and previous message ending with not found errorThis doesn't resolve the issueWe had to purchase a Uhaul the following day and spend a day moving the rest of the apartmentWe hired professionals to have it done in one dayThe discount given wasn't a final agreed upon price and was said was going to be up for discussion with someone with more authorizationI thought I did was what right and paid a reasonable amount although still uncomfortable with it due to the level of care and professionalism received by the moversThe truck wasn't loaded in a professional or caring manor and is seen with boxes sideways and heavy furniture thrown on top of the boxes and near high prices itemsWe are not worried about the damages since $per pound liability policy wouldn't do much anywaysWe are still wanting compensation for the extra day we had to take from work to spend finishing the move in order to be out of the apartment on timePhotos available showing the small amount of boxes needing to be moved, the loading of the truck, and the amount of items still needing to be moved the following dayLook forward to your response and quick resolution of the issueThank you
All the denials are lies from youYou guys lie, it's all you doI have proof with other complaints about you doing the same on reviews onlineYou have ONE positive review, the rest are out of with people wanting to file a law suit against you. NOTHING of that matters since you'll just keep ***. Simple fact: You underhandedly underbid and overcharged. Beyond poor customer services Ignored callsMissing and damaged items. Ignore all responses, calls, emails, etc to rectify the situations After you got your money, delivered less items than picked up, and others that were damaged, you ignored all calls and all emails until I filed this report. I don't want a worker of yours to come out and repairI don't want to coordinate and wait for hours for them to show up lateI don't trust they would do anything but poor work like everything else your company has doneI want money returned to have what was damaged repaired and replaced by my accord Period. The statement about the day laborers wasn't an assumptionHe told me he was in prison for over years. Please return the amount requested in the complaint
We have been in contact with Tiffany and offered her $We can't do anything more than that

I have accepted, reluctantly, what the company has offeredi was never offered extra insurance and believe me, they broke tv by throwing the box and other boxes because they were in a hurrythey had tv on top of other stuff in truck on it's side which is probably how it shattered$will not come close to replacing itThey were horrible at calling us backi, literally called them every day and sometimes twice a day for weeksWhen I finally got to Danielle in HR she questioned why I hadn't called immediately upon seeing them throwing boxesI told her I called first thing the next morningShe said why didn't I call right awayThat would have been done if the offices were still open at pm, since they were so late in getting to usNo matter, we are between a rock and a hard placeThey win, we lose
