Any payments taken on post-default accounts are temporary and by no means permanent terms of repayment. We followed up in June and took four more because the situation was unchangedWe again followed up in September and October and tried to settle the account to resolve the debt. It appears that the consumer is under the assumption that payments can be made until the debt is paid in full, when actually we were making a temporary accommodation until the consumer could find means to either pay the debt off in full or agree to a settlement amount. Any payments taken on post-default accounts are temporary and by no means permanent terms of repayment. We followed up in June and took four more because the situation was unchangedWe again followed up in September and October and tried to settle the account to resolve the debt. It appears that the consumer is under the assumption that payments can be made until the debt is paid in full, when actually we were making a temporary accommodation until the consumer could find means to either pay the debt off in full or agree to a settlement amount.
