From its inception,SIMM has been dedicated to providing highly effective collection services toits clients, assuring always that the consumer is dealt with in a professionaland appropriate manner.Ms***’s original complaint was in July inregards to her PayPal account with SIMM AssociatesShe did not like how a callwith a representative of ours unfolded and also requested a validation of debtletterWe responded to her complaint and closed her account with our company.It is PayPal’s policy that when a complaint occurs, we are to cease allcommunication with the customer, close the account down on our side and sendback to PayPalOnce that occurs, there is nothing Simm Associates can do withthe accountThis is the reason why she did not receive any more correspondencefrom our company and any future payments set up were voided outAs for hercall to us on September 15th, it is also PayPal’s policy that wemust verify three pieces of information to authenticate the caller so we do notgive out any third party informationAt the time of the call, Ms*** wasunable to verify three pieces of information on the accountOur representativefollowed policy and notified Ms*** that she could not discuss any accountinformation with her until this information was verifiedAt that point Ms.*** ended the callAs mentioned previously and to reiterate, this accountis closed with SIMM Associates and she will receive no further contact from ourcompany.Should Ms*** have any questions, she maycontact *** *** ** ***
