Hello Mrs. [redacted], I have spoken to Pat Q[redacted] and he has been in contact with you directly. Pat feels as if work is being completed and scheduled to your satisfaction. Should you fell differently please let us know.

I am rejecting this response because:In all of the houses, I have ever owned, I have never had sand blowing in through the windows. [redacted] was out several times to try to fix the problem. If this was normal, then they would never have responded to our residence to address the issue. Nobody has ever suggested closing the weeping holes, but quality [redacted] do not have this issue. I guess all of this dirt in the window tracks is normal??? I do not think so!!!!I am positive Mike F[redacted] has not been to my residence to actually look at the window well from inside the house to see how far the window well has pushed inward and actually looked at the bolts that have snapped off. The entire right lower portion of the window well is no longer connected to the foundation. This too is normal???? Again, I do not think so!!!! I will have an independent contractor/engineer come out to evaluate the condition of the window well. As for the stucco, I had an independent stucco contractor come to my residence and was quoted $1500.00 to repair the poor quality work. He noted that the cause of the lines on the side of the house is due to the scaffolding being left in place while the stucco was curing. I'm sure if this was Mike F[redacted]'s house, he would want it fixed.I highly doubt that 12 dents/cracks in the overhead garage door are caused by wind. I will have an independent contractor come out to get a professional opinion on this as well. So, what Mike F[redacted] is saying is that the garage doors they install are cheap and do hold up to wind???I am not surprised at the response by Mike F[redacted], as he is the one who told my wife and I that he is on the Board of Directors with the Revdex.com when we previously stated we were going to file a complaint. What would be the point of telling us this?  I will be reaching out to the news media and social media, as well as get professional advice on how to proceed. There are numerous other residents who have similar issues with Century Communities. It would be nice if Century Communities actually knew what customer service was, but they do not.

Century Communities VP of sales Operations has talked with this home buyer and worked out a settlement that is agreeable to both parties.

Our Construction people are trying to resolve some minor issues in this home despite a lack of cooperation on the part of...

the homeowner.  Our position concerning the tile and shower doors in the bathrooms has not changed.  The homeowner agreed to accept $2,000.00 at closing and closed on the home.  The sales contract that the homeowner signed has a provision for mediation and or arbitration to resolve issues such as this, I would highly recommend the homeowner take the time to review this provision and take the necessary steps to initiate this process.

I am rejecting this response because:Work is scheduled for next week.  Once the work is completed I was promised the Engineer would come back out to the house and re-inspect.  Once the Engineer issues a clear report with all items on 1st report addressed I will consider the matter resolved.  I will not accept resolution without the re-inspection and clear Engineer's report.

We continue to work on this customers list of issues.  Some of the issues are weather related such as replacing the drive and repairing the front sod.  We will not replace the driveway until May, when we are sure of no freezing temps at night.  The sod will be repaired once the HOA...

turns on the irrigation for the community, which should be very soon. We will do our best to address any legitimate warranty issues in this home and bring it to within industry standards. Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because:I've spent the last 11 months being misled and deceived by "representatives of Century...

Communities." I will not accept a generic response that you will contact me when there is no reason to believe that someone will reach out to me. I would like this resolved through the Revdex.com so that people can understand how Century Communities does business and how the company treats its clients.

Our Customer Service reps have been in touch with this homeowner and will schedule an appointment with them once they return to town.Tell us why here...

Century Communities has forwarded this message onto our Division VP in GA and they are working with the customer to resolve these issues.

Our VP of Sales Operations spoke with [redacted] and told her we would give her a date when we had cabinets installed so it would be a definite date.  Sales is calling every week to give a status update. We also offered to help find accommodations  and she said they found temporary housing.
