I am rejecting this response because:
During my time with carhop, they have sold me two lemons If it wasn't for the accident in my first car I wouldn't have had problems with the second When the accident occurred, they made me pay dollars to get into a new car When they finally assisted me with the second car the engine light was on and I've been having problems since I got the car I've been paying my payments My car been in the shop at least times since January My car was in the shop for almost two months because they couldn't find the problem or didn't fix the correct problem and I still had to pay payments I stopped the payments because I wasn't driving a car and it was affecting my commute to work and transportation They've been harrasing me ever since for payments because I don't have the car
I am rejecting this response because:
On Nov 20th I gave Heather my acct info for the one time payment only for $& $processing fee onlyI never gave Heather permission to sign me up for autopsy I informed Heather why I plan to sign up after the basnk straightened my account out after someone accessed my prior account without my permission & why when she insisted (Heather) I give her my acct info for the doiwn payment $For the record they had to tow their vehicle in as it had no proper tags on the plate to be operating on the road & I wasn't risking getting a ticket because they didn't have my tabs in order when the ones on the plate expired January If I authorized this transaction for Dec 3,why didn't I get anything confirming this as any of my other people I to business with sent out confirmations of my authorizing them to automatically draft funds from my account & why can't we listen to this recorded tape of me giving her authority to do thisFurther more if I'd given Heather authority to do this why would I withdrawn your money $in the third to come pay you only to find out you already had your money? No

This response from Miss *** contains SEVERAL STATEMENTSHowever, we have traded this LEMON in for a brand new car from Billion Kia in Sioux City, IA who were very professional and very understanding about this LEMONWe had to absorb the NEGATIVE EQUITY in this car but it was worth it to get my son in a safe, reliable vehicleCar Hop is a VERY SHADY company who takes advantage of young people trying to build their creditWe didn't try and shirk our responsibility for the LEMON car, it's now paid off and we are very happy to be DONE w/ Car HopThankfully we've been able to convince different family friends from going to Car Hop and will continue to share w/ everyone we know and on our social media & Mommy Blog about this VERY BAD experienceIf you need a car try Billion Kia in Sioux City, they are AMAZING and will work w/ new credit/bad credit and NOT put you into a car they KNOW will have issues

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all according to your records I only called a total of three times this is falseSecond of all if my vehicle had an inspection then why was it not noticed that my spark plugs were broken in half inside the engineOr that the driverside blinker switch had a short in it? Why was my vehicle hatch floor covered in oil? Why did my vehicle smell like cigarettes? Why did car hop sell me a vehicle for 11K that in mint condition was only worth 1200.00? I will tell you why because they are a predatory lender that seeks out people that have poor credit and charge them ridiculous amounts for a vehicle they needI had never missed a payment on my vehicle and received no help in the costs of repairsMy brake lin broke as I was driving down the highway with my children in the vehicle obviously carhop has no regard for human lifeIf carhop is not willing to make this right then I will contact my attorney to get this taken care of in payments alone I paid over 5k with the amount of repairs that "were not covered" under my warranty add an additional 4k I paid 9k for a vehicle that even in mint condition was only worth $1200.oh and if that vehicle was so safe and so reputable why did it sell at auction for 400.00? All I am asking is for the debt to be satisfied; however if I have to take this to another level I gladly will do soI will not; however accept just a satisfaction of debtThis vehicle was a lemon and carhop did absolutely nothing to assist their customer
