EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE READ ALL REVIEWS FROM MULTIPLE WEBSITES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THIS COMPANY Sebonic or even worse, its associated company Cardinal financial I was given information by not only inexperienced loan officers but managers as well! Sebonic refused to speak on behalf of Cardinal Financial Warning, there is no customer service department when things go wrong Feel free to ask manager *** if he lied to the *** family!!

could not be more disappointed. The level of maturity and professionalism of front line representatives is poor to non - existent. Promises are made and then repeatedly broken. Requests for documents are endless even in the simplest of loans. STEER CLEAR !!!!!!

I am currently going through the process and I completely agree with the negative comments above. The communication is great for 3-4 days and then communication turns to zero. I can't imagine what business model they are following. I have wasted numerous hours trying to get ahold of people to no avail. The customer service line does not yield results. I am now 48 hours from my expected closing date and they say they cannot get ahold of people within their own company to advance the paperwork. The title company and I are ready, the loan officer says it will close but there are still many issues. I have been told 3 times they will return my call, but the company never does. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Kendra went above and beyond. Overall they did what they were suppose to then they were suppose to. They are professional to work with.

Cardinal Financial gave me a fantastic rate while still giving top notch service. I was buying my first home and the Loan Originator, [redacted]. Was incredibly helpful answering all my questions and getting me a great rate. I spoke with him, along with other people from the cardinal financial team through e-mail and phone many many times and was always able to reach someone or get a call/email back very shortly if not. They all gave me their honest opinions, helped me with gathering all the info I needed, and was always cheerful and professional. I started the loan process in early November and closed before Christmas which was fantastic.

I have no idea how this business has an A+ rating. I was treated poorly and outright ignored by my loan originator and my loan servicer. My closing almost pushed past the close of business on the day it was scheduled, and in the state of PA that would have busted the deal. The loan servicer had my paperwork a two weeks ahead of closing but only decided that additonal paperwork was needed the day before closing. I would not deal with Cardinal if they were giving money away.

I had a very positive result with this company.

Refinancing my mortgage thru a streamline loan took over 60 days with this lender due to negligence, poor communication, and mistakes/errors on their part.
Terrible communicators and will leave you in the dark during the process. The loan originator seemed to geuninly care for about 3-4 days, then after that, it was all down hill with minimum communication and wasn't very helpful with answering my questions or putting me in contact with someone who could help (just ignored me rather than respond with anything on mulitple occasions). The underwriting team was back-logged 7-10 days I was told originally but it was actually closer to 3 weeks. After getting thru underwriting, the final loan processor was very helpful, but once again, the LO dropped the ball and made a mistake with my interest rate, causing further delay, which turned out to be 3 more weeks since my final loan processor left the company, and my file essentially sat there. Terrible experience & never again!!!

I recently refinanced my mortgage through Cardinal. The process was so much faster and smoother than any prior refinance I had gone through. They were quick to call or email if they needed anything and happily answered any questions I had. I still can't believe how quickly it all went. I'm very happy with their performance.

They gave me straight forward instructions, perfect customer care and everything came out on time like expected.

My loan originator was fantastic, I could always call her when I had questions and she always made me feel like I was her only client. Right before we were supposed to close, she called me on a Saturday notifying me of a mistake on the closing documents that would have costed me thousands. We were able to fix the documents and I just pushed my closing farther out. She is someone who cares about her clients and is still to this day emailing me and ensuring everything is fine with us.

I am very impressed with Cardinal Financial and how well they take care of their customers.

Great Job finished loan process in timely manner Professional in all departments

I worked with Cardinal Financial for a home purchase! They were very professional and got my loan to closing with an excellent rate! They are very diligent and communicate well!

I had a horrible insulting experience with the company. First, the agent wasn't honest about how much all refinancing would cost me. When I paid for appraisal almost $500, I got ful disclosure, which was twice from what the initial sum promised. I lost interest and wasn't intusiastic any more. I felt like they lied to me. So I slowed down I responded that I don't feel comfortable to deal with them. But the story didn't end. A manager called me and lectured me, suggestion how damn I was, "because interest rate goes up", "because not dealing with them I am losing my money"... I told him I'm willing to lose but not feel forced to do what I'm not comfortable to do. He was very rough but wished me a happy holidays in mocking manners. I didn't plan to review the company; however, after "manager call", I'm going to do it everywhere. Bad costumer service, pushing, and abusing.

Very smooth loan process, great loan officer. Very responsive, and is willing to help you along the way. Got best rate for a no point mortgage, would recommend if you are looking to refinance to give them a try.
