Ordered trial pkg for shipping only. Saw nothing about 14 day trial and recurring shipments. Recharged me for 89.87 at BEGINNING of 14th day.
DIDNT GET AN ENTIRE 14 DAY TRIAL. THEY CHARGED ME FOR PRODUCT AT BEGINNING OF 14 DAY INSTEAD OF AT END OF 14TH DAY. AND TRIED TO CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. WOULD ONLY RETURN $40 OF THE 89.87. DID NOT SEE ANYTHING ON WEBSITE OR OFFER STATING IT WOULD BE RECURRING SHIPMENTS OR PAYMENTS. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK

On my October credit card statement I saw a charge of $89.87 from Pureplantskincream.com 8337320405 FL with transaction date 09/22.
I paid this credit card charge because I thought it was a purchase made by my wife whom I did not ask at the time I paid.
On my November credit card statement I again see a charge for same amount $89.87 from Machaearthskincream 8337320366 FL with transaction date 10/22. My wife did not make this purchase nor did I so I asked her to call the telephone number.
She discovered the product was for CBD Oil from Cali Naturals that I ordered a free sample of back on 9/5. She instructed the representative to cancel the unauthorized recurring charges. I emailed Cali Naturals asking how to return their second shipment of CBD Oil as I never requested or agreed to it. I received no email response from them. I only requested 1 free sample.
That is when I contacted my Citibank credit card representative to dispute both charges.
This is evidence of deceptive marketing by Cali Naturals.

I order an item that cost $6.87, was charged to my credit account, later I was charged $89.87 for facial cream I did not order nor received.

I answered an advertisement for trial of CBD gummies and oil by only paying for freight. Nothing came in the box, I was billed and paid the shipping charges. Yesterday I received a bill to my husbands CC in the amount of $179.70, today I received a box with one bottle of gummies and l of CBD oil. There was nothing on the website indicating this was a sign up for repeated orders, or how much it would cost. I have contacted the credit card company. order *** DATED 10/30/2019. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM.

they claim you have 15 days to cancel the order. no where did I read this. they charged me $89.89 and then proceeded to charge $89.83 the second time.
the add says free just pay shipping. I am 72 yrs. old cannot afford this. I believe this is a fraud ! they returned $60.00 & $60.00 telling me they do not have to return the rest of my money. They send this I emails so you think it is safe. Some one has to syop these liars.

Cali naturals DOES NOT clearly state what is all involved with there free trial and what your signing up for.
I recieved an email offer to order cbd gummies and oil for under $7 each which seemed to be clear. After 14 days I was charged 89.93 and was going to be shipped an eye serum but because none of there terms and conditions were stated clearly I was not aware of that and I personally think that it's a scam to draw you in and trap you. I finally found cali naturals number and called to attempt to get a refund of the $89.93 since I did not order it and came to find out that it's not actually a totally free trial if you try it and your not satisfied within the 14 days your suppose to send it all back and call and cancel or get charged for it and they'll charge you for more that they automatically put you on a mailing list and subscription for, and that all is in the terms and conditions but it's in such small print and is not very clear. I also think that a free trial is a FREE trial not a try it and then pay for it, the customer service rep I spoke to said that a trial portion was 2 gummies. Overall this company is shady at best
All I want is a refund of the total amount of 89.93 and I dont think that they are going to do anything about it.

I ordered a sample on a trial basis. I later received a box of the product and was double charged $89.83 twice on the same day. I called Cali Naturals to return the unopened box and they would not refund the entire amount. Their scam is for you to keep the box, even if you do not want it, and refund only $100 of the $179.66 they charged you. We will see if they credit my account.

On the bottle it was stated "Trial" but no documentation or contract was available to me at any time that stipulated "Trial" to what! I perceived it to be a trial size.
It bounced my bank account as this was a very unexpected charge!
I never received this product in the mail nor did I ever receive any option to cancel any unknown subscriptions because I was never told that I signed up for a monthly subscription!
I contacted the company BLUEPRINTNITROXIDF PARAMOUNT CA who are working under the guise of Cali Naturals and told them of my anger or my bounced checking account and they argued with me that they were willing to give me 35% of my money back. I angrily told them no and that I wanted my money to be put back in my account!

As of this date October 3, 2019 no product has been received and no monies have been returned to my account!

Signed up for a Facebook offer and paid shipping on a CBD product in July. Received another order 9/12/19 for $179.70.
They said I had signed up for monthly shipments. The order form in no way indicated this was a monthly program and the cost was certainly not mentioned. The customer service reps were not helpful but after a lot of run around finally canceled the monthly program and said they would refund $89.83. This is not the whole amount. Their website is very misleading and sneaky. I have contacted my credit card company.
