On 01/30/2020 I ordered a product from CaliNaturals that incurred debt. I received no refund upon returning the product to the company.
On 1/30/2020 I ordered a free trial online from CaliNaturals, not understanding that in doing so I was signing up for a recurring account with the company. I received a second mailing of the same product and promptly returned it to receive a refund of the charges to my account. No refund was granted, no verification of receipt of said product was provided. Today, 04/16/2020 I received notification that my account, AGAIN, had been debited by the company. I froze my bank account and contacted the company directly to clear up the problem. Upon answering my call the representative I spoke with was very rude and difficult to understand. She continually stated that I had ordered more products even though I had not. I reiterated that this was fraudulent and that they needed to refund my money to my bank account. She stated that no refund would be granted but that she would be willing to give me credit toward future purchases, which I had already stated I was not interested in. Customer Service Rep then promptly hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I do not want credit toward future purchases, I simply want my money back, and I wish to make my review of this "business" known. They are fraudulent, rude and nonconforming to any ethical practices.

I ordered a free bottle of cbd oil and paid the shipping. 2 weeks later they tried charging my card for 89.95. I was alerted by my financial institution. These people are scammers. People beware. I had to cancel my credit card to get away from this. I tried calling the phone numbers provided and the calls will not go through.

I was given the same thing as the lady below. A sample for the shipping and handling charge and before the 30 days was up they charged me 2 charges of 80 and 89. They are total scammers.

I ordered CBD oil from my FB feed on 3.27. When I received my confirmation email, they had also put gummies into my order. .

The offer was to receive the product for cost of shipping.. I had paid shipping twice according to my bank statement. $6 and an odd about of change each transaction.
They arrived in the same package.

Yesterday I checked my bank account and had been charged $89.83. I called the phone number 877.891.8948 listed on my bank account pending transaction. L She looked up my name and said more product was being shipped to me. I told her I didn't want nor had I ordered any other product. She cancelled the order. When I asked about refund (transaction is still processing as of 5pm this evening)
I was told that the $12. I had paid was for shipping but I still had to pay for the products. She said I could look at it as but one get one free. I told her that was not the way the product was presented but she wouldn't listen and said this is the way it was, I would pay the $89.
I called my bank this morning, I have to wait until the charge clears my bank to register a complaint with them also.

Desired Outcome

I would like for the transaction they are attempting to make cancelled. If the payment clears my bank, I want to the money refunded. Please.

The advertisement for your product was completely misleading. Also, what you are saying in this correspondence is not the same as what your employee that answers the phone said when I looked into this situation.

My bank compensated me for the product that you misled me on and took money out of my checking account for. You need to give that money to my bank to make that right.

Made the mistake of trying a product, to later find my account negative for something I would never order.
Made the mistake of taking a chance on their product march 29th. After which I was billed 6.87 and 6.83. Two separate charges after which I rexieved an email prompting me to finish order to which I replied the funda had been deducted. What else is needed. Then a confirmation email that my order had shipped?, Today I checked my balance to find a negative balance for a charge of 89.87 for some skin cream. This is a debit card which I didnt think had the ability to go negative. Had to cancel the card because who knows what other charges may come. Caused huge problems for me well beyond 89 dollars for skin cream I didnt order.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. Since I had to cancel my card in which my paycheck is deposited, I'm also out my paycheck until that card comes. In a time when I desperately needed it.

My elderly friend ordered the CBD oil and Gummies as he thought it was free, I told him there was nothing free, so I googled the Company and found all the complaints. I called the Company to cancel and went through a long battle with the Customer Service Rep with him saying he was still going to be charged. I recorded the call and let him know I was recording the call, the order was placed on 4/1, the product shipped on 4/3, the cancel call from me was placed on 4/11 well within the 14 day trial period. After I told him I was recording the call, he stated the credit card will not be charged and the order was cancelled and gave me a cancellation number but said the product needed to be returned as it was not free. I told him that they need to send a return label as it should not be a cost to the customer for a misleading scam. He said an email will be sent with instructions. The Company that shipped is Cali Naturals but the cost on the credit card for shipping is zenlifeeyeserum.com and zenlifeskincream.com.......what a scam, and they are targeting the elderly!! These people need to be fined and shutdown!!!!!!!! On one of the complaints, the Customer Service told the customer they do not take product returns, what a crock!!!! They want me to provide a star rating on here to post, I would give them zero but had to give them one in order to post.

I did not order this after I found out that it was a scam I told them to not send me anything anyting that they should not attach any money to my bank

Need to stop payments this was supposed to be a free trial

This was a free trial and all I was supposed to do is let them know about the product and cancel the order after that but I can't reach anyone from calinatural. I believe my purchase date was 2 weeks ago and today I have tried everything to reach someone. I was never told what they were going to charge because they said I could cancel I paid by debit card no.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with TD Bank. All I have is shipping address from 107 N 11 street in Tampa FL 33602 and a no on the box saying *** with a code of *** I thank you for your assistance in with this

Got a trial size received open so called to cancel and return open product. They didnt return the call. Now they charged me 89.87 so called and told them I left message but it wasn't returned. So they cancel the subscription but they wont refund my money. Not paying for a defective product!

This product was open - no seal nothing. Im not paying for an open product. I want a full refund!

I do not understand the last part of the response. They said they refunded 60 (which I haven't seen yet) then they said something about the bank dispute and not being able to do the refund? The bank has not refunded anything. So I still have not been refunded anything!!!!!

I have spoken with my bank and the 60 refund can be processed even though there is a dispute. Once they receive the promised 60 dollars the case will close.
But they have NOT given me any credit for this.
So the bank is waiting on the vendor to refund the 60$.

I was charged $89.87 without my authorization or knowledge.
I had ordered a sample which was charged $6.87 for shipping, I have done this b4 and never had a problem. 2 weeks later I was charged $89.87 without my authorization. When I called he said it was all in the fine print, shame on them for tricking people when everyone has lost their jobs and have people in their family dying, this was a trick nothing but a trick!!!! I never authorized an amount for $89.87. Then they charge you under another name which has no phone # to contact them, they charge you under viva naturals skin cream which is not even them and you are trying to find info to call them which is another scam!!!! He said I signed this I believe they changed it and put my name to it, why would I be complaining about the charge if I read it, this company is nothing but a scam!!!!! . 3/11/20 is when I ordered the sample that's the date they said I agree to be charged $89.87, no way they put my name to something I have never read!!!! 3//30/20 is when I saw the charge and had no info to go by because they don't make it easy to get in touch with them, under another name!!!!

In their response, they agreed to refund the rest of my money, I appreciate that they decided to refund the rest of my money. I wouldn't have had to go through the Revdex.com if when I spoke to them they should have agreed to send my full refund. As long as I receive the money to my account I no longer have a problem, thank you!!

I bought what I thought was a free trial product that they wanted to get out there and have people try and ultimately love so they would continue to buy the product in the future at regular price.
When I was on their site for JUST the CBD Oil, I tried to check out; but, they added the CBD gummies at a low price (what I found out later was just shipping charges???), and I couldn't go forward with my order unless I took both. So I paid $6.87 for the Oil, and $6.83 for the gummies.
They claim that in the fine print, or user agreement, that you must call within 14 days or you will be on a "subscription" basis. I was not aware of this, and they charged my credit card for a full payment which is ludicrous. All in all one (30) day supply of CBD oil cost $96.74, and the gummies cost $96.66. So, almost $200.00 for a 30 day supply. This is a SCAM, and I highly recommend that anyone thinking of ordering through this website to order cautiously. The product did not work at all for me. No reduction of pain.

Very deceptive sales on their website. Horrible customer service.
I was mislead by the website. I was led to believe I was ordering a free sample if I paid for shipping. Fourteen days later I was charged $89.87 TWICE. When I called the number on my bank statement I was told that only part of what was shipped to me was the free sample and I agreed to pay for the rest in 14 days. I'm sure this was in some obscure place because I was completely unaware. The customer service person left me on hold for a very long time. I requested a full refund multiple time and he was very hostile. He finally agreed to refund only part of my money. I asked for his name and he would only give me the first name of ***. I asked for a supervisor multiple times and he refused. The sales tactic is deceitful and very misleading. No one would agree to pay $180 a month for a small vial of what is supposed to be CBD oil. I don't think it was anything other than a vial of mineral oil. I did not receive any documentation or paperwork with the ingredients. This can't be FDA approved. It is a total scam to rip people off.

I would like them to change the way they sell their products on their website. They intentionally deceive people and trick them into paying for something they think they are getting for free. I paid a total of $179.74 on the 14 day charge plus the $17.90 shipping that I knowingly agreed to pay for a FREE 14 day sample. They agreed to refund me $120 - which I am waiting for and have yet to receive. I don't have a problem with paying for the shipping ($17.90) but I want a full refund. I want the $120 they agreed to pay me and the balance of $59.74 returned to me.

Charge without notice.
Upon signing up to receive a free sample of this product, I was started the shipping and handling of $7.64. After only 2 weeks I was charged an additional $89.87 without any notice. Upon contacting this company, I was told "it's all in the terms and conditions you agreed to." During my check out process I never "agreed" to any terms. I have taken screen shots of the process to prove this fact. I was given a "one time curious" refund of $50. This is unacceptable. I demand the additional amount of 39.87 be refunded, or I will be taking legal actions. This is a complete scam to access my banking info.

My mom ordered some free sample cbd oil from them with a service charge of 6.95 she looks at her bank account yesterday and finds a charge of 89.83 on her statement for Cali botanical eye serum. I find a website that is advertising these scammers and write them telling how the are scammers and shouldn't be selling for them. Not even a minute passes they are calling my phone with a local number. Which I'm from Tennessee not Florida where they are suppose to located at. The man asks for my mom and I ask who is calling and they say Cali naturals. I tell them they charged her account for some eye serum and they deny the whole thing. I get two more calls from them after I hangout up. The second call is a woman and while I'm on the phone with her I'm getting the 3rd call from the same number. Don't trust these ppl I could tell by their advertisement they was fraudulent unfortunately my mom couldn't.

Fake endorsements on Facebook ad; offers free sample for shipping charge; makes unauthorized charges to credit card-hundreds of dollars worth!
Ad did not contain terms and conditions and did not indicate subscription, either opt in or opt out. Offer was for free trial of CBD oil to treat fibromyalgia, celebrity endorsements-fake; only contractual agreement was to pay $6.87 shipping. A second product, "CBD gummies," was added for similar shipping charge. A few days later I discovered unauthorized charges of $180 dollars (plus $72 overdraft fee). My calls to "customer service" were infuriating; non native-English speaking representatives obviously reading from scripts and just repeating the same thing to all my questions. Would not give name and phone or e-mail or postal mail address of a management person. One rep finally offered to reimburse my account as a"courtesy," but did not reimburse full amount of unauthorized charge.
This ad has appeared frequently on Facebook with photo of Cher and Lady Gaga and script about fibromyalgia.

Desired Outcome

Full reimbursement and payment of overdraft fees. If this is a legitimate company, send a letter of apology and remove your ad from Facebook; stop the scamming practice of making automatic charges to credit card when consumer was not asked to and did not agree to pay any further charges or subscription.

I ordered a free cbd oil from them for 6.87 and it was never stated anywhere that I would be charged 89.87 for this after 14 days.false advertisment
On 2/21/20 I ordered cbd oil from Cali Naturals. Order ***. On 2/26/20 I responded to the order email and wanted to make sure I would not be charged any additional amount. They did not respond. There was nothing stated on the site at the time that I ordered this on 2/21. I could not get any information from them. My bank account was charged on 2/23/20 for 6.87. I could not find anything on their website that showed that I would be charged 89.87. Today, 3/9/20, I received an email that said "Thank you for your order!" Order number ***. I called the company and was advised that I was being charged for the first order and there was not additional order even though the email of 3/9/20 stated "thank you for your order". I have looked several times and there is nothing stating that I would be charged the full price. I was charged 89.87. When I called them they cancelled my account, I could not find anything on their site that showed my order status or that I had an account with them. They cancelled my account and agreed to give me $50.00 credited back to my credit card. I believe they have many complaints - this is a scam. I have bought many cbd oils and would never pay 90.00

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Cali Naturals CBD Oil and Cali Naturals CBD Gummies, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/13/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84. Your trial ended on 02/29/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Service Support on (03/01/2020). Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Unfair Business Practices , Billing you for Products you never ordered
I have the same experience as another customer compliant, Where the company billed me for facial cream in the amount of $89.87 and Eye cream $89.83 that I did not authorize. I have yet to receive either product. Trying to resolve this with the company is impossible as the phone numbers they list seem to be a phony as they are. I have since concealed the card they used to make these fraudulent transactions.
