They offer you a one time trial. I checked one time and they still sent me another one. I am sending it back but I have to pay a restocking price of 19.00. I feel that if you check one time that should be it. They had my phone they could call and see if I wanted more instead of just sending. I think they should be checked for their service. They will send me back some of my money but not all of it. I only gave them permission for a one time payment from my checking account. Now they have been in my account again and took out 90.00, these kind of things need to be stopped.

pure scam - paid shipping only for sample as advertised then got billed $180.00 for the product the next month. Canceled the product but was charged restocking so only got $80.00 back to my account.

A great "deal" for CBD products but who reads the fine print. They will give you a sample of product for $6.83 and charge your card full price after.
I am 86 years old and went out to find CBD products to help my pain levels. I found this website with cheap products and ordered a trial.
Little did I know that the tiny fine print states I have to call to cancel within 14 days of my order.
I then received 2 more shipments and was charged for $89.87 for one product and $89.83 for another but when billed to my account they were from two separate accounts such as "ACTIVEFORMULASEYESERUM 833-732-0409 FL" & " VIVANATURALSSKINCREAM. 833-746-6927 FL" neither are Cali Naturals so I didn't know what I was charged for and as you can see the ph#'s are different as well.
I asked my daughter to take a look at my account and she called both numbers explained she had Revdex.com up on the Computer and that they had numerous complaints. The sent 4 emails that they have cancelled my account effective June 1st and also that within 3-5 business days a total of $120 will be returned to her account. I was charged $359.40 but will take some money back.
Due to the different names that were billed to my account, it's no wonder that they get the money they do from people who are elderly. I'm on a fixed income and of course don't have the extra money for this product that is why when it was cheap, I was happy to find it.
This company is a scam from word one. I will wait with bated breath to see if I get my money back from them and hopefully no more charges from them.
No where on the original website does it say it's a trial, and that this is a monthly service. If my daughter hadn't been checking my accounts, this would have continued until I couldn't afford anything for the next couple of months. Cali Naturals never provided me with product cost after trail period. If they had I would never have agreed to take place in trail.
Order number E2CXXXXXXX Shipping Cost $13.70 but no mention of trail or 14 day cancellation or what items would cost after 14 day trail. I was billed additional $89.83 and $89.87 on 05/06/2020 for additional $179.70 for products. Seems very deceptive to me and unethical to not mention in original order which I have that it was for a 14 day trail or what products would cost after 14 days. I received another box today so I found a ph# for customer support. They said they never received the return and charged me $176 for April and they would charge me $37 for restocking this box that I was returning They will refund the $176 for May but won't refund the April order for $176 that I returned because it was more than 30 days. Ive been charged $176 for April and $37 restocking fee for product I returned and I don't have the product. Would like a full return on credit card.

2) They fraudulently tried to charge me $ 89.87 for Skin Cream.
They fraudulently tried to charge the credit card I used to pay the CBD for a skin cream for $ 89.97 that I never purchased and never heard of. Chase fraud section
thankfully denied the charge. They must be known for doing this.
They should be fined heavily to stop defrauding innocent people.

They sucked me in with dishonesty (as done to others)
I did the same as everybody else did. Ordered a TRIAL bottle and pack of gummy bears, just pay for shipping. I was half lucky. the first charge of $89.87 was listed as a fraud alert and was denied by both me and my bank. Unfortunately for some strange reason, they did not catch the $89.83 and it went thru. I immediately called the company (Cali Naturals) and was informed by the customer service rep that she was actually a third party and not involved the that company. I spent at least 30 minutes on the call with the rep who kept telling me that I had the product for 17 days. Now in my world, until I have the product in my hand do I count that I now have the product to try. I ordered on the 2nd of May and was charged on the 19th of May. I received the product on my door step on the 6th of May. I had not even shipped until the 5th of May. To me that would be 13 days. And NO I did not see any such thing as to being charged for more than the shipping or having so many days to review. I had seen prior to trying the FREE product a 100% 90 day return, no questions asked. I was so upset that I lost my temper with the rep (I apologized for that as she is only doing a job and not the actual person who is scamming people) and finally got the 89.83 to be refund with $35 and rest once they receive the product. So I am out the shipping cost the first time and now the cost of return. I only wanted to try this product since I had heard good reviews about it. Even if this had worked (I had not gotten to try it at all since I wanted to let my doctor to see of it was okay to try and apt is still a few weeks away), I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.
Honestly they deserve no stars. My Review is like everyone else. I got charged for 2 bottles of skin cream $179.70 I had canceled a month earlier when they had charged my PayPal account $89.83, but he refunded back and said he had canceled my account. Supposed trial offer for 6 dollars and change. Two weeks later 190.00 out of bank account. Fine print somewhere supposedly says recurring trial. Charges come up as weird names for businesses.
They are claiming they can only refund me half. We will see. The other complaints here do not inspire much hope.
The company did return the 50 dollars per product. Leaving our out of pocket loss at 90 dollars total. I will wait to see if they truly take us off of this trial or not next month. Still have not recieved the product from this supposed trial. So at this point it is 90 dollars they just took.

I am 66 yrs old and I did not order anything from this company. I did however click on a link that advertised something else.
On or about februaery I clicked a link stating something had happened to Dr. Phil. One click was all it took. I received a box of oil and gummies in Feb.I did not order it. Put it away. Monday May 11 I received another box. Inside was a small card about coron virus. another with no phone number but a web site. I was shocked that this was hemp oil. I was doubly shocked when I call them I asked the ladies name., she only gave first Haven with 535 ext. The second call I never could understand her name but did find out she was in the Philippines this one hung up on me.

I wish I had read the reviews below before ordering from Cali Naturals because the same misleading situation occurred with me. I ordered what I thought was CBD Oil and gummies, 2 sets and paid the asking price with my credit card on March 24th. I did receive the product. They then applied two charges $89.87 and $89.83 to the card on April 10th. When disputing the charges at a Wyoming number I was told that I had to place another order within 14 days to avoid theses charges for the original "trial" product. I advised this was not on the website. After later searching their website I did find some obscure wording about a trial period on a previously hidden drop down. After several calls to both the Wyoming phone # and the Florida number and asking for a supervisor, they agreed to refund $120.00 ($60.00 each) to my card which has posted. Lesson Learned!
They gave me only half my money back, they still owe me $ 89.83. They are not above board, here is why. I got an email for CBD oil I clicked the link just pay shipping for CBD oil $9.94 or close to that amount. Boom before you go we can include sample gummies also I checked the box. There was no notice of you have to call within 14 days or we will charge you $179.80 if there was I would have canceled right there. I am on a fixed income and I could not afford that. My husband, ***, wanted to order their products on facebook. I read it over (no where did it say he agreed to future automatic orders at almost 10 times the cost). When he got the second shipment (which he never ordered) there were two items in it and a small card that simply said Cali Naturals on the front and the website on back. I called them and told them I did not order, nor do we want this product. They indicated there was a 20% restocking fee. I got a Return to Sender RMA # XXXXXXD2251A and I was instructed to put that number on the box, which I did. I talked to a woman named Sam. She also gave me a Cancel # *** Told me they would credit me $40 each initially and when they received my return, credit the entire balance of $49.87 for one and $49.83 for the other item. I sent the box back priority mail. Tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was delivered on 4/13/2020 at 2:31 pm in Tampa, FL. I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Apparently, Cali Naturals reps disputed my dispute and so my credit card company said I owed the amounts above. I have since reopened my dispute with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down. This is a scam. I did not order the product a second time..
I looked at Revdex.com complaints of this company and everybody says the same... ordered it cheap, never saw anything about automatic reorders and a huge increase in price and the company always says it was in the fine print. It also has an F rating.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Cali Naturals CBD Oil and Cali Naturals CBD Gummies, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/15/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.87 and $6.83. Your trial ended on 03/002/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 06/01/2020 and refunded you back $179.67. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
