I ordered two products for $6.22 and $6.77 but I was billed the following month for $88.52 and $89.71 and both charges were unauthorized
Just like all the other complaints with this company I was billed $178.23 on two charges that were unauthorized and so I want a refund for them back into my account

I ordered a "trial" for 2 products and am being charged for full price fraudently to my banking account.
I ordered a "trial" of Dr. Golden's products through Cali Naturals for $6.99 and $7.99 on August 18, 2020. On September 3, 2020 I was charged for $94.94 and also $94.87 that I did NOT authorize! I would like my bank debit credited and my account with Cali Naturals deleted so I do no get any further charges from them. This is a total SCAM and I do not understand how they are able to stay in business.

I called the Cali Naturals and after arguing with the CSR I asked to talk to a manager. After going round and round with him about refunding the TOTAL amount, he finally agreed to refund me the whole amount. I have yet to receive it credited to my account. I have also contacted the fraud division at my Credit Union where I bank. She is waiting to hear from the Cali Naturals refund to credit my account. Her name is *** and her number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I have been waiting several weeks now for the Fraud division of my Credit Union to credit my account. I spoke with *** last Friday. She told me she had been on vacation the previous week but "hoped" to have the full refund credited to my account today (10/3/2020) As of today, nothing has been credited. I signed up for a free trial on CBD oil with Cali naturals. Only authorized them to take out for shipping in my debit card. Received my product May 2020. Checked on my account and they took out $89.83 on 6/5/2020 & 6/6/2020 $89.87 And on 7/5/2020 $89.83 & 7/6/2020 $89.87. And then I received another shipment of there products. I called them and asked why are they sending me products and why are they taking out for those 2 months that I haven't authorized it to be taken out. I also told them that I want my refund on both months. The customer service said they only can refund me for July after I return the products. And then they say that I'm not going to get my full refund because there is a $20 for each product for restocking fees. They also said that I will only get $35 for each product refunded now and the other $35 for each once I call them back with the tracking number of the products returned.And they also said that I need to pay for shipping of return products on my own. Then I asked I want my refund for the month of June. And they said that they can't do that. I asked them transfer me to someone that can help me to get my refund for June and that $40 for the restocking fee for the products. Customer Service person that there is no one that they can transfer me to.

I want a full refund of everything.

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

This was supposed to be a one time shipment but they keep sending and charging my credit card. I have contacted them to stop charging my card.
I have called the company and told them that I no longer want to receive the product and refund my charges on the credit card. They will not discontinue the shipments and charges.

I would like a refund of the amount $89.87 and $89.87, in total $179.74. I was wrongly charged these amounts. I was only supposed to be charged $6.99. I want everything cancelled and refunded, please! I do not want to be charged this again!! I live on a fixed budget as I am disabled and a senior. I did not see or hear any mention of any additional charges! I did not sign any papers authorizing them to take this money out of my account! All I wanted was to try it, just the FREE sample! I don't understand how this happened.

the company is a scam , they send product without ordering.

I was charge the $6 and something cents back in Feb. I thought that was only a one time thing. March I was charge 87.98 and twice in April in May.
I received only two of the product ine is the trial and one in april I guess coz I was also out the state for three months.whicj I have not use by the way. I'm demanding for the refund because I did not give authorization to draw the funds from my card. I ended up canceling my card because of the continuing charges.

Web site indicates that I can have a trial off of the CBD Oil for shipping and if I don't cancel within 2 weeks the will enroll me in a membership with monthly shipments for and Charge me $90 plus dollars per month. I paid shipping and received the sample Oil. I had a negative reaction with other medications that I am taking and called to cancel within the allotted time limit. They said I would be charged the full $90 price for the product that I had received because I was not continuing with the plan. Catch 22. I went back and downloaded there terms which is a 22 page long document that if it were legal is absurd. How do they get away with this. I had to cancel my Visa card to keep from being charged every month. This business should no te allowed to operated. I see they changed there name to Harvest CBD now. Same scam and address. New name.

Fine print billing scam of elderly people purchasing CBD oil. My dad passed away, they still billed him and refused to refund his card for full refund
My father passed away. In going through his last CC statement I noticed a purchase for $89.87 to "Trycalibotanicalskincream" I googled it and found numerous complaints (many to Revdex.com) about this company scamming elderly people. They offer them CBD oil to try for the cost of shipping and then if they do not cancel within 14 days they bill the CC 89.87 and continue to ship product. My dad had passed, we had his mail stopped so we never received additional products and he still got billed the full amount for the next shipment. When I called to explain the situation they said they would cancel the account but could not refund the amount they had charged because the product had shipped. I got extremely upset and they then offered to refund $40. I was still extremely angry and when the rep came back from processing the closure of the account, I was told she talked to someone and they agreed to refund $60, but still not the full amount. The bottle my dad did receive was 300mg CBD oil. I buy 750mg for 79.00. So not only are they scamming with their fine print, committing people to future payments and purchases, but they are overcharging for the product they are selling to these people.

At this point I have already spent way too much time between being on hold and arguing with the rep. They agreed to refund all but $29.87. I am not looking to spend more time to get that back. I do want to let people know about this company and their practices.

The account is in my father's name. He passed away on June 11, 2020 and is continuing to be charged - even after I contacted the company directly and they refunded him a portion of what they had charged him. His name is *** The company charged his credit card ending in *** both on 5/19/20 and 6/21/20 - each time $89.27. I called them in late June and cancelled the account. At that time I was unaware of the June charge and was only speaking with them regarding the May charge. I explained that my dad had been in the hospital since mid-May and had brain surgery on 5/22. I explained that he was unaware that the re-occurring charge would happen at the time he initially ordered the trial, two weeks before, in early May. He never received any additional product from the company (once he passed we forwarded mail and if sent, it likely did not get forwarded), yet he has now been charged twice. When I spoke with them and explained the situation, they reluctantly agreed to refund $60 of the May auto charge, but refused to refund the entire amount. I reluctantly agreed to that and thought it was the end of things, until I found out this past weekend that they charged his card again - on June 21, 2020. I did call the credit card company today to dispute this and am waiting to hear back from them, as they should have had the account closed down and not let the 6/21 charge go through. But f they need to find the account I am refering to - it is in the name of ***

Calinaturals signed me up for a monthly subscription for CBD oil without my knowledge or consent. I have been billed monthly without consent.
I was offered a trial product of CBD oil from Cali naturals by just paying shipping of $6.89. I recieved the product but had no intention of continuing to order the CBD oil.
I learned today that my credit card has been billed monthly from companies I don't recognize in the amount Cali Naturals' website sells the CBD oil.
I never authorized the charges on my credit card beyond the shipping fee for the trial of the CBD oil.
Cali naturals has fraudulently charged me monthly for products I did not order.
I have canceled my credit car . I have contacted Cali naturals to dispute the charges. I have filed fraudulent charge claims with my credit card company.

The refund and cancellation of the activated account is what I sought and that action is complete. Having said that, the company practice to activate accounts without customer knowledge or authentication and create customer subscription to their products is unethical at best Recommend Revdex.com identify Calinaturals as a business using fraudulent business practices.

In April 2020, I ordered a sample of CBD gummies online and received a free additional bottle of CBD oil. I was charged $89+ in May and June 2020.
I was not aware I was agreeing to enroll in ongoing product shipments. I received no products in May, but was alerted by the fraud department of my bank so I thought that charge was blocked. Even after I called the company May 8, 2020 to inform them I do not authorize any charges and am ordering no products, The company used another name to charge my account later in May On the 18th. Today, June 24, I received a bottle of 300mg CBD oil worth about $30 and was charged $89. I had to cancel my bank card so it can't be used by this company again. Technically my bank said it's not fraud as they got my card number legitimately and probably have some fine print buried deep online somewhere in the verbiage to authorize them to charge me without my clear understanding or consent. I rely on unemployment income and tried to help ease the pain my elderly uncle on social security income by ordering that trial. I'll never order online again. Especially trial or free products.

Refund for May 2020 charge for products I never received. Refund for June 2020 order I did not place, want or use. Stop this company from charging unsuspecting poor old people who are seeking legitimate legal pain relief!!

The company emailed me and is attempting to refund my money. I am thankful and have learned my lesson not to order online without carefully reviewing all the fine print. I'll be especially skeptical about "free" or "shipping only" advertisements. Thank you!

Charges to credit card for items not authorized.
Ordered free CBD oil and Gummies on 03/30/2020 and authorized credit card payment for only $6.83 and $6.87. Unauthorized charges to credit card twice for $89.83 (4/16 and 5/18) and twice for $89.87 (4/16 and 5/16) total $359.40. I spoke with Eric and returned the 05/16 item on 5/26/2020 and the 5/18 item on 5/27/20 with the understanding I would get immediate refund $35.00 for each item ($70.00 total). Remaining refund would be given when the items returned were received and restocked. Four (4) weeks have passed and no credit posted to my account. Website does not provide full disclosure, misleading, deceitful and unfair. I would be stupid to purchase these items at this coat and they do not relieve any pain.Requesting full refund $289.40 ($359.40 less $70.00)

Deceptive advertisement aimed at senior citizens is disgraceful
I ordered a free trial of cali naturals cbd oil. It was supposed to cost just shipping. I received my order along with gummies as well and was charged the shipping. Then a couple weeks later I was charged close to 180 dollars broken into to different charges of 89 and some change each. I did not realize it was from this company at first because the charges were for machaeyeserum and some kind of skin cream. I was trying to figure out where these charges came from but couldn't. Then a month later I received another box and another set of charges for the same amount. This is close to 400 dollars that I don't have to pay for this kind of stuff. It caused me to overdraft in my bank account which cost me even more. I feel like I was deceived with the free trial and the only reason I ordered is because their ad showed Alex Trebeck who I just love and I figured if it helped him it might help my pain too. I can't believe a company would prey on people especially senior citizens like this. I called the company and the woman said there was nothing she could do for the first set of charges but I could get 60 dollars back if I sent the second box back. I think this is unacceptable and would like a full refund. I was so nervous and upset by the time I got off the phone with the lady from this company. Nowhere did I see that I signed up for a subscription or that I would be charged after my free trial.

I just got off the phone with them again to argue about the refund promised. I am hoping it actually comes through. They said they refunded 89.87 for the month of May but I only received the 60. The echeck was never received for the 89.83. They said they are going to resend the echeck but it could take 7-10 business days to reach my email. I am hoping to receive it. If I do I will still be out the 29.87 but will be ok with that even though it is not what was promised. SO for now I am going to say resolved but if I have to continue to fight for the echeck I may need to open this case back up.

My credit card was charged for two months of CALI natural shipments without my ordering or ever actually receiving those shipments.
On 3/30/20 I ordered Cali samples of gummies and CBD oil for cost of shipping. These samples were not received until 5/20/20.
Reviewing my credit card I realized on 4/17/20 I had been charged $89.87 for "Caliorganicskincream" and $87.83 for "Activeformulaeyeserum" and $9.99 for shipping. Also 5/17/20 I was again charged the same three amounts. Those shipments were NEVER ordered, sent or received by me! On 6/4/20 I called reference numbers for these charges in WY and in FL and was told these shipments were a part of a contract that I never was aware of. I was told I had been given 14 days from the time I received my samples to cancel or continue to receive products but those samples arrived 5/20a month after the additional charges had already started being processed.
I also called the shipping charge number in Tampa (under the name "smarttecheyeserum.com")and asked for confirmation of these two shipments for which I had been charged as I had received none beyond the samples. The only Tracking number given me was for the samples which arrived 5/20/20. They could not provide any further confirmation of the two additional shipments being sent in April and May for which I was charged a grand total of $375.38 with NO products ever having been received. They expressed no responsibility for the products never having been received. All they were willing to do was to cancel my account and offer a partial repayment which I refused since I expect a full refund.
Being deceived about the details of a contract when ordering samples is one
fraudulent step, but even more egregious is charging $375.38 when no products have been sent at all. This is such a violation! I am grateful for your support in resolving this deceptive action.

I never ordered or received any products they claimed were shipped to me. After six weeks from time I requested samples of Cali Natural which I received six weeks later. Meanwhile my credit card for April had charges for the regular products i.e. $89.87 and $87.83 plus $9.99 each for postage. The same charges appeared on my May Credit card. NO where in the Facebook AD did it indicate that after receiving the samples (which I hadn't received), it was necessary to respond in two weeks before being charge monthly for these products. I called to complain with their insisting they had shipped the products. They offered no tracking codes other than for the initial shipping of samples. They offered a $120. refund, far less than the amounts charged on my credit card, which I rejected and had them close my account before further charges appear.

Much as we want to process a refund on your account there is already a dispute that has been filed. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. I received credit on my Master Card Statements of April and May totaling $199.72 (including postage of $19.98. However no credit appeared on my May Statement for $ 89.83.I don't understand why this would entail my receiving twice the amount due.

Misleading advertising showed a free trial offer for cbd oil and gummies for around $7 each. I was then charged about $90.00 twice.
On 4/20/20 I ordered a free trial of cbd oil and cbd gummies that were advertised as being endorsed by Alex Trebek for around $7.00 each. Then I got an unexpected box with another bottle of cbd oil and a pk. of gummies. And I found my credit card had been charged around $90 for each box. When I called the company to complain and ask for a refund they said they would only give me 40% employee discount and that I would have to pay a $35.00 restocking fee for the unopened oil and a $20 restocking fee for the gummies in the box that I am returning to them and that I will have to pay postage to return. We are in a Pandemic and these people are ripping people off and taking advantage of them. This is so wrong. I never recieved an e-mail from them until I called to cancel and complain.

I purchased 2 items at the 14 day trial price of $13 and some change and before the trial period was even over here comes 8 more bottles of capsules and my credit card is charged for $177.00. I called them and cancelled the account. I would send them back the products however there is not any address so I can do so. I never authorized for any more products to be sent to me. There advertisement never said anything about additional charges that I could see. Looks to me like bait and switch. Very deceptive company. I want the a credit put back on my credit card.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 05/08/2020. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

This company is very deceptive. My 74 year old mother saw their ad and decided to try the product for her pain. She thought she was receiving a one time trial and she only had to pay shipping. On April 20 she was charged the shipping. She then was charged for the product on May 8. She was charged for gummies and cbd oil a total of just around 180 dollars. She then was charged again on June 8th for a second order that she did not want. We went to the website to find out how to cancel this subscription that she didn't even know she signed up for and to get a refund for the package that she just received (but could not find a customer service number or address or anything to mail it back) I think it is disgusting that a company would take advantage of our elderly people like this. My mom said the only reason she ordered was because it said Alex Trebeck uses it for his pain. I would definitly like to see a refund. I would give them less than one star if I could

I was billed twice for 89.83 and twice for 89.87, a total of 359.40(5/1 and 6/1 )without my permission. I only authorized 6.83 and 6.87(13.70) (4/14).
I purchased a trial offer of Gummies and CBD Oil and paid shipment only of 6.83 and 6.87 on 4/14/20. I received those items a week later. I was charged 89.83(Gum) and 89.87(CBD) on 5/1 and 6/1. I received another order on 6/1. I returned that order. I called Cali Nat today, 6/11 and spoke with a male named Zan . I told him that I did not authorize those transactions and I retuned the last order and I want a full refund of 359.40. He said that it was past the 14 day time frame for a refund and the original unused order should have been returned. Since it was not that is why I was being billed. He also said that I did not return the last order properly. I told him that the website that I ordered from did not say any of what he stated because if it had the items would have been returned or not even ordered. I also told him that they are playing on words, very misleading, deceitful and unfair and I want a full refund! I told him that I would never willingly pay 359.40 for these products and they do not work, they do not relieve any pain. He said that he would cancel the subscription, I would not be billed again. Initially he said that I would get a refund of 60.00, then he changed it to 120.00 in 10-15 days depending on my bank. I am still dissatisfied because I am owed 239.40, I want a full refund.
