My power chewers love the toys. Sometimes the treats are small for my 100lb lab/Dane mix and my 60lb Shepherd/rot mix. But they love them anyway

I have a rottie and a pittie they are so hard on toys. I am pleased with the quality and amount of toys in the boxes. My fur babies love them!

They do not ship on time and customer service is terrible.
I signed up for a 6 month subscription. The first month my box was not shipped. I had to call and they told me accidents happen. The next 2 months they said it was shipped, but it was not. Took about week for them to actually ship it. They send the same toys every month in a different color. I have contacted them twice to cancel. This month I was told I would continue to get the boxes delivered through the end of my 6 months. WHat I purchased and what they promised are not what I am receiving. I should not have to track thee package every month and then contact them to find it.

Desired Outcome

I just want to be refunded the months that I am entitled to. Apparently November shipped (although the tracking say different, as usual), so I just want a refund for I November, December, January and February (if that is included in my "subscription")

I received the refund that I asked for.

My young, high-energy dogs are heavy chewers who have gone through toys like crazy. All of their Bullymake tots are still intact, though! They live the variety of treats, too. We have a lot of boxes shipped to us each week, but they know when the Bullymake box arrives! They can hardly contain themselves while I open it. We all look forward to seeing their reactions to the new goodies!

This company isn't even worth 1 star. The toys they send are NOT made in the USA !! I cancelled my subscription and still got another box with nothing but Chinese junk once again. Their web site states made in the USA. When I questioned them about the toys made in China, I was told that "Most' of their toys and treats are made in the USA. That's not what they advertise. I have had to throw away most of the toys, as they have either been destroyed in the first 10 minutes or they are dangerous to give a power chewer. Chinese toy ropes are their favorite to send. Again, when I questioned them and sent a few links as to why these toys are dangerous, they danced around the subject and offered to send me replacements. I have enough of their Chinese garbage, why would I want them to send me more !! Don't waste your money or put your fur baby in jeopardy with this shady company. They could care less about their customers.

At first I thought it was expensive but after my dog who can destro anything in 10 seconds i've decided it's a deal. I've had this membership for 6 months and all the Runner toys are like new. The other toys last for about 2 months until I have to throw them away from wear and tear!

Our dogs absolutely love getting their toys in the mail. And to have toys that last more than 30 seconds is phenomenal.

My dog has a great time with her toys she has received and even the box too, loves to play with that when it is empty.

My dogs love their bullymake treats! All items are well made, appealing to the dogs. We look forward to many years of high quality goodies for my digs(who destroy every other thing they get)

My dogs LOVE getting their Bullymake Box every month... they are like kids on Christmas morning! And I love the convenience and value of them and also how they box the toys for different holiday themes, I think that it's super fun !

I have two pits, Penny and Lady. They love the treats and toys! I never go shopping at a store anymore. I love, love, love these boxes. It save me time and money. The toys last them the whole month and they love sharing their treats with all their friends.

Great toys and treats for my dog. It was the first time actually seeing about this bullymake so I decided to try it out and I have to say my dog loves the treats and can't get enough of his toys. Yes! They are still intact they haven't been ripped into little pieces yet so that's a good thing. I really enjoy seeing my dog this happy I'm more then likely to keep getting him these awesome boxes. What a great box full of goodies.

So much fun! I think I look forward to Bullymake delivery day just as much as my 2 year old Staffy! The items sent in the boxes are always clever and related to the month! Not only does she love all the toys and treats, but she no longer has to be kenneled when I leave! She used to chew every single time I would walk out the door, even if I was just doing something outside. She stays out for hours now and chews on her Bullymake toys and nothing of mine!

subscription was requested to be canceled on Oct 5th.then I was charged for another month, regarding November 2018.

subscription was not canceled at the time of request.
when a request for escalation with management, it was simply ignored with no resolution except a small discount.
item was suddenly shipped and there was nothing they could do.

immediate reimbursement. cancel my subscription.

Bullymake failed to ship my October month box. Company has my money and I have no product. Countless correspondence with customer service to no avail.
I purchased a 3 month subscription to Bullymake since my dog is a serious chewer. I had a great experience the first month with receiving the box on time and had no problems with exchanging/receiving any of the replacement toys for the one small my dog destroyed during that first month. The second box was supposedly shipped October 11 (I have the email stating so) and should have been received on or around October 15. I contacted customer service on October 19 after checking the tracking number to find that no such number existed in the system. They apologized and "ordered a reshipment immediately" after they checked in with the fulfillment team and determined the box was "lost in transit". Same thing for the second box - I monitored the tracking number closely and after 2 days of seeing that no such tracking number existed in the system (both bullymake's tracker and USPS), I contacted support again. They apologized for the "inconvenience" and was told "same drill" that it was "lost in transit" and a reshipment had been ordered. This is day 3 after receiving the third shipment confirmation email and yet the system shows that tracking number does not exist! I contacted customer care via email again (no phone number which I find interesting) and was told to wait another 1-3 days to see if there's any movement.

The company has my money and I have no product. They continue to tell me to wait and I see no results. Starting to feel like a scam as I see other complaints from previously subscribers are suspiciously consistent with what I describe.

Desired Outcome

I wanted my box since my dog likes the toys so much but since Bullymake has a problem getting three different boxes into the mail, I'm looking for a full refund of October and November months totaling $64.66.
