I just received my first Bullymake Box and my teething 10 month old English Bulldog took to the toys as soon as I gave them to him! I don't know who is more excited, him or me! I just got this box and I cannot wait to get the next one!

I like the idea of new toys coming each month and The toys are great and sturdy. I think that since my subscription renewed towards the end of the month that I would get the same toys over and over again. I want the themed toys too.
My pitbull chews through everything, and quickly. Toys were a waste of money, so we tried Bullymake and LOVE our monthly toys and treats. The toys are truly indestructible and our pup knows what the orange box in the mail means!
Bullymake box has been the best money spent on Nugget toys. A 9 month old Boxer can chew through any of the "tuff made" toys I have bought in a matter of couple hours. Not only does the Bullymake toys give her lots of play and chew time, the customer service is amazing. I tell everyone how great the toys and snacks are. I look forward to her box as much as she likes to play with the new toys
Absolutely amazing box!!! Went for the just toys box and our dogs absolutely love everything in the box- service was super easy and shipping was super fast!!!
I have a pitbull who has destroyed pretty much all the toys we've bought him (besides the black kong). We figured we'd try Bullymake for some variety. I did the all toy box because it seemed like a better deal. We received 4 toys: 2 hard plastic ones, a rubber toy and a rope toy. The rope toy lasted less than 10 minutes and the plastic toys were in tatters after three days. I requested replacements which they sent without much hassle. I said we were willing to try a ballistic toy (because it was different) but that the rubber ones were best. So I received 2 ballistic toys and 1 rubber one. Within minutes one ballistic toy was chewed through. I sent a picture to bullymake (just to make them aware of the fault in their advertising) and the rep says they are meant for small dogs. What? Why did the first rep just say ok and send the toys if my account states that I have a dog over 60lbs?
I'd say their customer service is meh, they get two stars because they didn't fight about sending the replacements in the first place. If you have a real power chewer these toys are no better than what they sell at Petsmart or on Amazon. I cancelled my subscription and am hopeful the cancellation sticks, but I'm wary because of all the reviews saying their cancellations were ignored. We'll see.
These are the only toys my dog doesn't chew through in 5 minutes. She has been getting them for 3 months now and still has all the toys.
My Male American Bulldog loves the toys, they are extremely durable, treats he eventually eats them but he plays with them first. I like the variety of treats and the toys.
Bullymake does not uphold their promises or statements made on their website. They are a dishonest company and have terrible customer service.
I placed an order for my first ever Bullymake subscription on 7/27/18. Bullymake website stated that they offered next day shipping with new subscription . I received an email with tracking information the next day which stated there was an error with tracking info. On 8/01/18, I still had not received my order and tracking number still showed an error. I contacted Bullymake via email (which is the ONLY method of contact), and received a reply from Jetz (customer rep) which told me to wait another day for tracking to update. I waited two days and still nothing had been received and no contact from Bullymake. I reached out again to customer service on 8/03/18 and received a reply from Jacky (customer rep) that the shipment was lost and they had to reship a new box. I stated my disappointment with them because no one had contacted me about this issue. I am the one having to contact them about my order. I never received a reply back. I finally received my FIRST product on 8/14/18 with terrible products that my dog could not even play with. On 8/15/18, I emailed Bullymake again to let them know about the products that were sent and how I waited almost 3 weeks for this shipment. They said there were no refunds and that I will have to continue receiving the products for a full year every month. On their website, Bullymake claims that they tailor or custom make orders for the subscription holder's pets. That new products, toys and treats will be sent every month. I have received now 3 boxes these past three months and each box is EXACTLY the same products. Which is not what is advertised on their statements on their website. On 11/03/18, I contacted Bullymake via email to let them know I had been receiving the same items in my subscription and I received an email from Jacky stating that they cannot "tailor-make their product" and that they "do the best we can" to fulfill these boxes. I have requested a cancellation of my subscription and refund since before I received my first box when it took 3 weeks to receive. Bullymake says they will not refund my money and they are basically telling me that I will get whatever they place in the box without any other option. This is not what their website states nor their policy. They are not honoring what has been stated to the consumer, therefore I want a refund and cancellation of any future business with Bullymake. I am not receiving any assistance from their customer service. I asked for them to call me and Jetz (customer rep) stated that they are a small company and don't have the resources to have availability to call their customers. They solely work via email. This has been a nightmare and caused so much frustration for me. Please help.

I would like for them to acknowledge that they did not hold up their end of their commitment to the consumer and offer me a refund. I don't want to continue any business with them now or in the future.

I was issued a full refund from the company as they acknowledged that they did not fulfill their commitment.
The bullymake box arrived today. Four different toys. I've never seen ANY like them before. My golden retriever is a power chewer and I expect he will be thrilled with these toys as well! Full size toys, definitely ready for my PC, and one that will take treats.

I was surprised to see the quantity and quality of treats and toys that I received. My 5 year old Presa Canario is highly satisfied with the monthly Bullymake Box, which makes me satisfied too. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely worth every penny! My dog never has anything last more than an hour, he has yet to destroy these!
Love the fun our dog has each month with this box! We only wish there was more variety. Three boxes and two of the exact same toy. Would like some variation.
