Bullymake

I sent an email to their customer service group requesting my service to be cancelled effective 11/16/2018. They sent me back an email asking if I wanted some other offers they had. I did not respond to their counteroffer because you can cancel at anytime and that is exactly what my email stated "cancel effective 11/16/2018". They used my credit card information on 11/18/2018 to process an additional monthly subscription and told me that they can't stop the shipment and I would have to send it back to them if I no longer wanted it or they can give me $10 off. When you cancel, they should not be charging your credit card for any services past the effective date. That is fraudulently using information stored in their system. I don't want the box ...I want my money back!

Really is a great deal. Worth every penny. My boxer/pit loves the toys and treats.

I love the bully box ð??¦ and so does my pit bull named Lukah! This has been our 4th box so far and he notices when it comes in the mail, he knows he has a gift to open and gets so excited! The treats last all month (they give you your moneys worth for sure) and the toys are durable enough to last, especially the rubber ones.. not one scratch on them and you can insert treats for extra play. Definitely worth the money and worth seeing him so happy! (:

I started getting the Bullymake box when my 6 month Blue Pitt really started teething. Caliber tore EVERYTHING up and would chew on anything,he massicured many plush and rubber toys. I saw a YouTube video on somebody who was opening up a bullymake box and I felt sckeptical but I went ahead and ordered it with high hopes. Caliber is a year old and I can honestly say we still have every toy from every box we have gotten. The Rubber toys are tough and bouncy which he likes to play fetch with and dig out his treats from the center of and the hard Nylon toys usually have texture on them that keeps him busy for hours. The treats are super healthy and he hasn't had any complaints about them yet either! We love The Bully Make box it's perfect!

Subscription automatically renewed with NO prior notice and won't refund my money when contacted the same day credit card charged.
I paid the initial 3-month subscription on 8/13/2018. While I knew the subscription would auto-renew, I assumed they would email a reminder beforehand so I would have an opportunity to cancel. However on 11/13/2018, with NO prior notification, I received an email that my credit card was charged $103.00 for the renewal. I emailed support the same day and explained I didn't want to renew and asked the $103 be credited to my card. I was told they could not refund my money, even though the product hadn't even been shipped yet. I was told they were still working on being able to notify customers before the subscription was automatically renewed, but they didn't have that working yet. I believe they should either provide advance notice that they're charging my credit card or allow me to cancel after the fact and refund my money.

Fun toys... Lila, our 11 mo old GSD..is so excited when the box arrives & practically dances with excitement...

We look forward to our monthly bullymake box. She loves it. After ab 3 of them she realizes the stuff inside is for her. The only thing I wld change we be maybe be able to select what type of toy to get. My girl loves the hard plastic type toys like the pumpkin pie, jack n bones, the tooth, the pepper etc. but will not touch the rubber type toys that you put treats in. That is a little bit of a waste of money for me.
Otter than that we love our boxes!!

My dog, Roman, a pittie loves the toys!! And so far 2 of the three are holding up very well. The rope/tug toy did not fair so well. He chewed it to shreds in less then an hour.

I have 2 French Bulldogs they are small but are big chewers. This is our second box and they haven't destroyed one toy out of either box!

My dogs really love the bullymake box. The toys last way longer than anything we've bought from the per stores. After 5 months most of them are completely intact.

Lots of fun for our canine friends. in every bullybox. One toy was not bully worthy and when I contacted bullymake, they sent a replacement pronto. ;)
Only one complaint ... I asked for no edibles because one of our dogs is allergic to everything, at first that worked well then I think the message got lost and we started getting little bags of treats in each box.

My rescue Calypso is really loving her Bullymake boxes. This investment has been completely worth it. She has yet to demolish any of her toys and we love the variety of treats. This is a class act. Have shared a few toys with others to promote the love.

The bullymake box is great! Our beagle is quite the chewer. He is still able to destroy some of the toys, but not as fast as other toys that we've gotten from other stores. He recognizes the box when it arrives, and he is super excited to find out what surprises are inside. It's like Christmas every month!

Otto loves the chew toys! As a parent I don't like the string toys, threads come out in his ***.

Love this company! Their toys are durable even for my Pittie...I love that they theme the box to the holiday in that month. Their treats smell amazing and my dog cant get enough of them. Their year subscription is worth every penny!

My dog loves the treats and the toys. Although not every toy does withstand her toughness on toys (chews and chews until her gums bleed) we love how the treats and toys have themes!! And every time any package comes, she thinks it's for her!!

Great products delivered promptly and made in the USA. Our new puppy loves them!

My pit bull can power through just about every toy. Somehow Bullymake actually slows him down. It's a god send really. He loves the treats too!

I like the boxes we get but I didn't like that we got a few of the same toys 2 months in a row. But the toys we did get are still holding strong.

Love all the toys and treats! My three labs have yet to destroy one!
