No, I cannot provide a direct link to the account because I cannot access the account.
When I receive a notification in my email and click the link, I am taken to this page: ***
It has been this way for several months. I know the account is still active in some sense because I receive updates and notifications to it directly in my email account, but I cannot 'find' the page itself or interface with it on the online help system. When I ask the online help system to identify the account, it says that no such account exists

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have tried the links mentioned multiple times and multiple times I got a statement saying something is wrong we will get back to you shortly and have yet to be contacted by Facebook That was over weeks ago Facebook also did not answer my questions as to whether or not I will be able to access that account again or if I need to create a new account I feel as though I should not have to write to the Revdex.com just to get contacted by the company, but it seems as though that is the case.Sincerely,*** ***

I do not believe thisHere are the facts:
1-The claim in on one account, not any account on that particular device
2-The claim extends past that one device to any Windows machine, including public computers, friends computers, other computers I own
3-The claim only works with certain browsers
4-Other accounts that utilize the same devices are not affected
According to these facts, logic dictates the claim is and associated with one account in an attempt to get the user to download ESET or another programThis is a claimThe account itself has been locked, not use on a particular deviceI do not accept the explanation and want the account unlockPeriodThere is no malicious software on any of the devices which have been usedThese facts were reported in the original complaintThis "answer" answers none of the original complaint and solves nothingStop with the claims
