This is another automated response from FB The message before this asked for my account info to correct the problem This is a huge step backward I was blocked from marketplace for posting live animals for sale, but that was a positive from FB's bots I did not do that This new response completely neglects every message I've sent through Revdex.com and FB's own system Please attempt to maintain some kind of continuity between messages I've explained what has happened more than a dozen times here and elsewhere No one is listening or responding to what I actually say.Sincerely,*** ***

more times since I originally put in my complaint Each time I submit a copy of my ID and my account is restored The fact that my account continuously gets restored is because it becomes approved by someone in Facebook which goes to show you I am doing nothing wrong I am rejecting the response because this keeps happening for some reason and I want someone to fix it I have done nothing wrong and deserve to connect with people on Facebook.Sincerely,*** ***

I have still been unable to get my issue resolved since for my particular dilemma I need either an email/live chat or phone number to contact facebook customer support

My problem is still the following:My account seems to have been hacked so I have to prove my identity. Around the same time this happened, I cancelled my cellphone and have a home phone setup with a new number. I have over friends and use my account to raise awareness on certain issues. I do not really know any of my facebook friends personally and even if I did it would only be a small number of them. The only options available to me are to identify a few random friends names with the photo they provide or have a text sent to my phone. I can't do either and have stuff from my account that I would like to retrieve. Is there anything else that I can do?
