Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:it doesn't resolve the issue.  I no longer have the phone number to receive login codes and have tried on numerous occasions to submit government id and also taking pictures with a code and submitting with no response from Facebook.  I respectfully request that they contact me via email or phone to resolve this issue or change the phone number to which I receive the codes.  Thanks!Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is unacceptable. Your link provided directs me to provide trusted contacts. The hacker changed them. There is no way for me to recover other than the trusted contacts that were changed by the hacker. There is no contact information to contact Facebook via email. Only the help center, which is not helping. You have provided this link last message yesterday. I explained why it is not helping, but you give link again. I need help. I have followed all their help and support article suggestions and submitted my ID but nothing has happened. No one checks those tickets and my account was removed for no reason.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I just wanted you to know that I already tried all that stuff you suggested and it did not work. However, I did try to get on from my computer as I did many times but this worked today. Also, I tried from my cell and that worked, also. I am puzzled because you did not say you did anything about my problem but it is temporarily resolved. I just wanted you to know so the next time you reply I will accept your 'solution'.

Also, please work on removing phishing attempts and/or lowering the chances of us becoming part of this unfortunate event.

I am rejecting this response because:first of all, thank you for your reply.Yes I have an open support ticket and I am more than willing to send the needed information but I did not receive any email or any request for information yet and I am still waiting from May 2.what information is requested and where can I send it? I would be equally appreciative if I could get some sort of explanation as to why my account has been deactivated. Seeing as though this has happened to me multiple times, I was wondering if there is something I can do on my end to prevent this from happening again. Clearly my complaint was not even read. I explained in the complaint that I've already went through the recover account process at least six times and no one from Facebook is responding. Finding the correct link has never been a problem. This is ridiculous. Sincerely,[redacted]

I trust that if there is any disconcerting or unusual behavior toward my personal page on behalf of the company subsequent to this issue, there will be appropriate recourse. While I hope that the company would be professional enough to recognize their errors and solve them suitably, I remain wary of the whole process as it pertains to my personal online dealings.

I got a response back saying if I can’t sign in, I should  change my password or ask a friend.
 
That response has nothing to do with my complaint. [redacted], the previous president of [redacted], resigned and I am the acting president. He was the Administrator of our Facebook Account and has refused to make me the Administrator. I am asking Facebook to remove him as Administrator and make me Administrator.  The Facebook link is [redacted] and my email address is [redacted],
 
Please help us. It’s been a month and [redacted] is holding our organization, [redacted], hostage.The next step is to get our attorney involved, which I hate to do.
