Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have to wonder if Facebook has even bothered to read what I have posted in this forum. I am blocked from using my account for a comment that was considered offensive "Yep Monkeys from the zoo". I have had other friends post the same comment followed by the comment being reported after which the comment was found non offensive.
My question is why is it the comment "Yep Monkeys from the zoo" only offensive when I use it? Please stop the harassment and lift the restriction on my account. My profile is  [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: that's the problem,  Facebook refused to contact me or work anything out or give me any information.   That's why I had to go this route.  I have already followed their procedures and got nothing.  I continue to go through facebooks channels on an almost daily basis.  So yes facebook, tou can go throigh the Revdex.com channel.  Obviously you haven't read my responses through the Revdex.com or your channels.  Please get my account back now!  I race October 6-8th and our series depends on social media.   I am missing out on information and all sorts of things regarding the races.  My family and friends missed out on photos of my daughter's first birthday because of Facebook having me disabled for no reason.  People are missing out on the progress of my racecar, sponsors aren't getting proper credit because I can't post photos, ect.....   Please fix my account, give me the info I need.  I have given you what you be asked for.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have tried to use this solution REPEATEDLY. The hackers (who are in [redacted]) deleted my email address off of the account so when I try to restore it I get an error saying that email address cannot be found. This response/resolution is a bunch of ** and it does actually feel like at this point Facebook does not care if people's account's get hacked because they will not help when there is literally no way to get your account and ALL YOUR MEMORIES back. Sincerely,[redacted]

My only request was that they connect me with a person via e-mail or phone to resolve the problem. This was not done.

reviewing my complaint for several months. I have sent in appeals several times and don't get a reply back via any emails. This is why I am complaining to the Revdex.com. All I want for Facebook to do is unlock my Facebook account. I have proved to them over a couple years ago this is my real name and I don't think I should have to continue proving I am who I say I am in order for me to continue having a Facebook account. I am an administrator of several Facebook groups and don't understand what the issue is. All I ask for them is to unlock my account so that I may get back on Facebook.
