me. I am blocked by Facebook on a daily basis. It is terribly distressing. I am merely sharing animal petitions and animals in need, whether in shelters or in perilous home situations. These animals could die while I am being prevented from sharing their posts because of Facebook's blocking practices. It needs to stop. I am not doing anything wrong.

I just want my Facebook account deleting. Somebody keeps trying to hack it and I don't use it anyway. I don't know my password or user name as I don't use it.

This account had no pictures, no added friends or family as my contacts. This was only used to access my personall apps through my android cell phone. I have not violated the terms or conditions. If my account was hacked, the account should be released to me after their verification in which I uploaded 4 different forms of ID. I need to delete my account personaly, and need to find out exactly how this account violated the terms, if in case I need to notify the correct authorities.
Again, I need someone to contact me from facebook. The forms provided to upload my security ID I have used before. They now ask me to enter my email in order to upload the picture ID, however, after I enter my email address to perform this task again after 10+ times I have done so, it only brings me to another page, stating..."thank you for uploading your picture we will review but for now your account has been disabled for security reasons" we will contact you shortly. It has been past 30 days since this has not been resolved.

Nothing from the help center is going to do squat for me. Unblock my account so I can conduct business and block the person who is harassing me. Nothing else will be sufficient. Sooner rather than later please.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although, not sure you really understood my isaue. The biggest issue is that you have ZERO customer service. I find it appalling. You should really work on that.

Helo I reject this response as it does not answer my complaint. The main problem is that a confirmed hacker and scammer called[redacted] has mounted a smear campaign against us and our anti fraud website as we exposed him as a scammer. He is impersonating two of our senior members in his smear campaign he is harassing us using fake profiles on Facebook. Here are just two of the ones he is using.

[redacted] is a Japanese lady admin on our website [redacted] You can see her username and avatar that[redacted] is copying. She has used this same name and avatar for over ten years now.
[redacted] is an IT engineer for [redacted] public works department and so it is very probable that he is using fake ID to trick you with as ID for these two fake profiles.
He had SEVERAL profiles he was using including this one [redacted] following literally hundreds of reports you kindly removed some of his profiles but you have left these two.

It is easily checked by checking the IP used and it will show as coming from INDIA not Japan or Australia where the genuine people live. If you cannot do checks on his IP I can send you several that he is using from different IP's as he was bannerd from at least three ISP's for hacking. Thank you.

am rejecting this response because it does not offer a resolution. My problem was not solved the first time and that is why I am making a second complaint. I should not have to use the Revdex.com to receive basic customer service. In my previous complaint, the response of Facebook was verbatim: "We will contact you by email if necessary to resolve your issue". That was it. I have received no communication what-so-ever from Facebook about this issue since then. Why would I be told to respond to my old complaint when nothing has been done about it? All of the relevant information about what is going on has been reported to Facebook. This situation is completely irrational and warrants further action as obviously there has been no investigation into this matter. I am extremely displeased with this situation as my Facebook account is still disabled. I took the time and energy to fully explain what is happening clearly with examples and after all this time, all I get is a garbage response. I am completely appalled. Sincerely,[redacted]
