The seller should never ask the customer send the copy of credit card via e-mailIt is not securedAnd they are not yet explaining why they need further informationI need a clear explanation why I need to send them further financial information although so called "online SSL" payment was once confirmedMy credit card is totally fineI use it all of the time at everywhere everydayI am assuming their saying "SSL" in their website is misleading and actually they just collect customer's credit card information via website and then use keypad to charge manuallyThat is why they need the copyif so, they could have told me, I wouldn't have been upset, but could have paid over the phoneI can feel dishonesty and not sincere customer service from the company at allThe manager told me on the phone that I can reply to the e-mail and ask why I need to send the further information to the companySo I did that twice, but the company completely ignored my inquiryRevdex.com should vigorously crackdown and teach those businesses to protect the consumers.

Can you please show me where this is written on the website because I read through everything there and I did not see it? Clearly it is not visible to buyersOn your website the items have very little description and the size fluctuate between brands and also the same brandMany of the items do not even look the same as the picturesMaybe if you took more time in the descriptions and took better photos of the products and measurements this wouldn't be an issue
