Tammy was a wonderful help as I was picking out the truck I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we looked at. I will recommend AutoMax of Ocala to my friends if they are looking for a vehicle. The only thing that was disappointing was I had a flat tire the first week I had the truck. There was no tire replacement items in the truck at all. I was told some pieces of the vehicle we're missing but I did not realize that I had no Jack and no crowbar or anything to change a flat tire. Had I been given a list of the items that were not with the truck I still would have bought the truck! I love the truck it works wonderful and I intend to keep it for many years to come. I will gladly purchase the flat tire replacement items from the Toyota dealership here in Gainesville but I just wish there had been a list of the things that were missing in the truck. Other than that I had a wonderful experience with them and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you Tammy! Hopefully I can send people your way!

Heard a mention of AutoMax on the radio,went to their web site, they had the vehicle like I was looking for. We went and met with Ashley, 4 hours later we drove home in a better vehicle than we were expecting.

Go see Allen P at Automax!!! I was dreading going shopping for a new car, however I use my car to earn my living so a new car was a necessity. A friend told me about Automax and I am so glad that she did!!! Allen was the best, there was no pressure, he stood by patiently while I test drove multiple SUVs. At one point, the poor man even stood in the rain and pulled out vehicles for us to make sure that my husband and I did not get wet! I purchased the perfect car for me, with low miles and in excellent condition! All their vehicles appear to be the same (low miles, awesome condition, reasonably priced) with absolutely no pressure to buy. The whole purchase took less than 2 hours, then I was on my way in my new car! I will definitely go back for my next car!
