My husband and I went to Automax to look around for another car. Richard was a really great help. He was very professional and totally honest and very efficient. He helped us pick a car within our budget. Michael was very efficient and observant. He saw that someone else had given us a lower rate, and better payments that we could swing!! The staff at Automax have always been great people to work with finding a a car suitable. I have always gone to Automax they are fair, local, and I have never felt ripped off. Great team of people, and will always go there when in need of an automobile.

I walked in Automax not knowing what to expect from this dealership or the sales people and all I could say is only good things. The sales person Mr. Michael F was attentive, patient and very willing to help my wife and I even though we were just browsing. He informed us of there current incentives that were being offered. What I admire the most was that he was calm and not pushy. His willingness to just let us test drive any car we wanted even though we showed up an hour before closing was very influential in helping us make a decision to purchase a vehicle that night. 5 stars for great service and value! I contacted Cash via email about a car I saw on***. We texted back and forth a bit and I set up a time to test drive the car I liked. It's a lovely jet black Mazda 6. I feel that I got a great deal on the car and the transaction went quite smoothly. I was on my way home in less than 2 hours driving my new car. Joe and Cash both went above and beyond and even helped set up my insurance. I wasn't expecting that! Well worth the drive from Lakeland. Thanks again guys!

Drove into town on the weekend to test drive a 2017 Miata RF I found on ***. Allen P had the car waiting for me and even had the dealer tag installed, ready to take her out. He was nice enough to let me take the test drive with my brother who had ridden down with me to check out the car. Since I grew up in Ocala, it was nice/helpful to be able to take the car out on nearby back-roads to get a comfortable feel for the car . It was important for me, since I buy cars to keep (The car I drove there had 197,061 miles on it). Since I hadn't setup a loan in advance with my Credit Union, I had expected to put down a deposit if the car and the price was right and finalize the deal the following weekend. Allen sat down and worked with me and in the end, I felt good about the price and Allen had their in-house finance team work with me and matched my my credit unions rate. At the end of the day, I ended up driving away with a sweet car that I will enjoy and keep for years. If you are looking for a quality vehicle that's in good condition and for a fair price, you need to stop by AutoMax of Ocala or check out AutoMax of Ocala's inventory on-line. Joe F was our finance manager and he went above and beyond what we are used to at other dealerships. Everyone there was professional, friendly, not pushy, and HONEST. I had a wonderful car buying experience with Jesse S. My husband and I went car shopping late on a Friday night and Jesse greeted us. We were looking at a Durango that he had just got done test driving with the previous customer. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. We looked at a few more SUVs with Jesse. We had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that night so we did not have the car that we would be trading in with us. Jesse set up a time on Saturday that we could come in to run numbers. The next morning I let him know that we were also interested in another SUV. He said he would have it ready for me to look at when we got there. Later that day, we drove off the lot with my new Murano. Jesse was amazing every step of the way. Scott from the finance department was also wonderful. This is the second vehicle we have bought from auto max in the past year, we will never buy from any other dealership!
