I went to auto Max in Ocalla Florida to purchase a new car. I would like to thank my sales person Michael for a very pleasant experience. Michael was very patient and attentive to me. Many times other sales people are pushy and stress you out when buying a car. Michael was not pushy at all, therefore I felt comfortable purchasing my new car. I will recommend Michael and Frank to my family and friends. Thank you again for a very pleasant experience.

Great service, quality cars. Those are the things that I found when I stepped onto the AutoMax lot, and I am happy to say that at the end of it all I found a great car within my budget.

After leasing our cars for the last 20 years, we decided to buy if the vehicle and price were right. I searched the AutoMax website and was intrigued by the amount of cars they had and wanted to see what they were all about. Allen P contacted us and asked us to come down to see what they had on the lot. He was knowledgeable and showed us several cars, and really took the time to know what we DIDN'T want. When the white, 2017 Nissan Rogue reached the showroom, he asked us to come down to see it. And it was exactly the right car for us! Allen was professional in all aspects of our purchase and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We will definitely recommend Allen and AutoMax to our friends!

I'd like to think of myself as a bargaining man. I ventured up to Ocala from Tampa, in regards to a vehicle I saw on the AutoMax website. They had the car listed for the lowest marketed price in the general area. I stay clear of salesmen because of the stereotypical pushy behavior; however, Cash was very friendly and informative. He was patient and willing to listen to what we wanted. He gave me the confidence of buying a vehicle with him and not just another "sale"; which I greatly appreciated and look for in any business relationships.

My husband and I were in a bad car accident, and was thrown into having to car shop, yet once again. On November 15, 2017, we thought we had made up our minds to get a different car, in another city, when we stopped in at AutoMax, and met Allen. He was very patient and kind, unlike any car sales person we had ever met. He took an incredible amount of time with us, while we tried out tons of different cars. We decided on a vehicle, and while he was drawing up the papers (close to closing time!), I spotted one on the showroom floor.. He was MORE than happy to stop the paperwork, clear up space and drive the car off the floor, just to let me test drive it! That car ended up being our purchase.. He sat us down, started on the new paperwork, approached his manager with our offer, came back, and it was done! That easy! We were escorted over to the Financial Manager, Joe, and he took over the paperwork with incredible ease. From start to finish, Allen was there with us, and the buying experience of purchasing another vehicle was done with incredible ease and sincerity at AutoMax of Ocala. Great job guys! I would DEFINATLEY recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with AutoMax of Ocala. Dan in sales was very easy to talk to and provided great service without any pressure. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as well as Frank in the business office. They were quick, organized and honest. I highly recommend them as they really care about the customer. Also, the cars are priced wholesale, so you're not being overcharged like at a dealership. Check them out and ask for Dan!!
