Atlas damage my property in transit that they packed and are dragging out the claims process seemingly indefinitely.
Atlas moved my household goods from *** to *** In transit they damaged my computer, dinning table, and speaker. The agent I booked through assured me that because I have Full Value Protection, had them pack the items, and even listed some of them on my high value inventory that I would be covered in the event Atlas damaged my goods. I have reached out to their claims department almost every day for the last month trying to get a resolution, but now I am told I must just wait an indeterminate amount of time for a resolution. I have explained multiple times to the claims reps that I need my computer repaired ASAP since it is a special built machine and cannot be replaced by simply going to another computer. I have provided documentation requested within 24-48 hours every time they ask, but they continue to not get back to me on the claim.

Furthermore, this seems like a relatively simple claim. The driver expressed to us that he got in an accident the morning of the delivery. This is likely when the goods were damaged since all the damage could be explained by a shock load to the item.

While there has been no movement on the computer in the last week, they did finally send someone out to look at the table and speakers after I found a friendly agent (*** I believe). They "repaired" the table and said they would look for a part for the speaker. I told the repairman before he left that he hadn't actually fixed the table to the condition it was before the move. The wood had warped so there is a bump now AND he put the leaf in backwards so the wood grain doesn't line up.

The issue here isn't that they may not eventually make all of this right and pay to have everything fixed to the condition it was when they accepted it, it is that they are taking an unreasonable amount of time to do it and not giving me any time frame of when it will be complete. I have worked with other similar issues like this in the move and every one of those has already been resolved. I advise anyone considering Atlas to look elsewhere.

Desired Outcome

I want Atlas to pay to repair/replace the damaged items (or pay to have it done) in a timely manner. Not having my computer is costing me money every day it is not fixed and I don't seem them stepping up to pay for that.

Atlas World Group Response • Jan 20, 2020

We received this claim on 12/20/2019 and a settlement offer was extended to him on 1/17/2019 - which is less than 30 days and included repairs made to his dining room table. The carrier has 120 days to offer settlement and we were well within the required committment. He is not in agreement with the settlement made on this computer - and is asking for escalation and additional consideration. This is a sensitive item and the inspection did not show carrier mishandling. We did extend a Goodwill offer on this item. Claim will be reviewed further by management.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Atlas has gotten back to me with an offer. They are saying that they do not believe the damage to the computer was caused by a shock load and instead is caused by road vibration. This is in spite of the fact the driver stated he was in an accident, the box of the computer shows obvious signs of damage, and the diagnostic report states it was mishandled. I am unsure why they are saying "the inspection did not show carrier mishandling". In the attached inspection report it clearly says the agent believed the item was dropped or mishandled. They state that because they cannot be 100% sure it was not road vibration they are only willing to pay a goodwill gesture worth a little over half the repair value ($900 vs
$1500). In addition, in order to receive this goodwill gesture I am required to sign a release stating I will forever hold harmless Atlas against any claim in relation to my move meaning if I want to receive at least partial payment now I will have to give up my right to arbitrate the result. I was told by an agent that this is not required in any of the paperwork and that they do not standardly do this, yet for some reason (likely because of this complaint so they can claim I stated I was satisfied) they are requiring it.

Attached is the diagnostic report that Atlas claims indicates the computer was vibrated not dropped. The diagnostic CLEARLY states the computer was dropped or mishandled by moving company, and that the issues with the computer are hardware related and likely due to the physical damage. Also attached are images showing the condition of the cardboard box the computer was packed in and inspected by the moving company as something that would adequately protect the computer. The claims agent (name omitted) said that even though the box was damaged because the metal case was not significantly damaged that meant it was vibration. However a simple physics experiment shows that if you put something as fragile as an egg in a metal box and put that metal box inside cardboard and drop it the egg will break, and the cardboard will be damaged, but the metal box will be undamaged. The cardboard is best indicator of a shock load to the computer as cardboard does NOT do that from vibration.

Atlas World Group Response • Jan 20, 2020

We have made the Goodwill offer with required release which is standard practice for our office on all contested claims. It is a legal practice that we as the carrier have a right to require for claim closure.

In the inspection report it does NOT state the agent believed the item was dropped or mishandled. It notes that at CHECK IN the client advised the computer was dropped or mishandled by the moving company. Physical appearance at check in : Scratches, marks, residue, dust, signs of internal component damage such as leaning graphics card and exposed pins. Their was no external damaged to this computer.

The cusotmer filed his claim on Line and indicated:
Mechanical Failure inside. Custom built workstation was damaged in transit. The computer does not properly turn on and based on troubleshooting it appears the computer may have undergone excessive vibration causing physical damage inside the machine.

We have advised we are not responsible for road vibration but are offering him $900 as Goodwill to resolve.

Customer Response • Jan 20, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The report does not state that I (the client) advised them the computer was dropped or mishandled. In fact, the agent asked me if it had been dropped based on his initial review of the damage at check-in. I then told him I believed it had been. While there is no major damage to the outside of the computer I am unsure why anyone would expect there to be damage to a metal box packed inside of a cardboard box with styrofoam. The facts are the cardboard box the computer was shipped in is damaged and the internals of the computer are damaged. The most logical conclusion is the computer was dropped. Even the agent who booked the move and has seen all evidence and correspondence agreed that this was a no brainer for Atlas to cover under their terms.

I am unsure of the relevance of what I initially reported. No where in the forms did it ask for the condition of the box so I didn't go up into the attic to inspect it. Upon the request of an agent for the condition of the box I sent photos to Atlas of the damaged box. While it was my initial best guess the damage was due to vibration, once I saw the box it seemed obvious the computer was dropped. I think any reasonable person who viewed the photos of the box (attached in a past response) would come to the same conclusion that the damage was caused by a drop or impact not vibration.

I am still seeking full compensation for the computer, I have requested multiple times a copy of Atlas's tariff and where it states they have the right to require a release for claim payment, and would like Atlas to process the uncontested parts of my claim while we continue to work to a resolution on the computer.

Atlas World Group Response • Jan 20, 2020

We are not offering full replacement value of the computer, and this has been put in writing to the customer - which he is not in agreement with. We are also not paying partial settlement when an item on the claims is being contested. Acceptance is for all the items claimed.

As stated in previous correspondence:
We have made the Goodwill offer with required release which is standard practice for our office on all contested claims. It is a legal practice that we as the carrier have a right to require for claim closure. This policy is not unique to Atlas, and is standard requirement for any company making a claim settlement to show closure on the claim.

He has the option of Arbitration if he is not agreement with the release, nor willing to accept the Goodwill offered on this item of $900.00.

Customer Response • Jan 20, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
At this point it seems Atlas is unwilling to resolve my complaint and I would recommend to the Revdex.com to warn consumers to stay away from this company.

In their documents they send pre-move they state " Full Replacement Value Protection is the most comprehensive plan available for protection of your goods. If any article is lost, destroyed or damaged while in our custody, Atlas will, at its option, either 1) repair the article to the extent necessary to restore it to the same condition as when it was received by Atlas, or pay you for the cost of such repairs; or 2) replace the article with an article of like kind and quality, or pay you for the cost of such a replacement."

In another document furnished by the government it adds that carriers can add exceptions in their tariff. However after asking repeatedly for a copy of the tariff so I can review what these exceptions are (such as being able to require release, whose responsibility it is to prove how damage occurred, and what isn't covered) they will not send it. An agent did however tell me the tariff does not contain language permitting them to require a release so I'm not sure why they believe they have a right to require it. Their own documents and those from the government dispute that.

Atlas is recommending arbitration because they know the cost of arbitration is higher than the amount disputed making it pointless to go through. That is why I elected to instead make a complaint to the Revdex.com.

It's obvious looking at the evidence that the damage was not caused by vibration (even the agent who booked the move and deals with these things on a regular basis thought that), but since Atlas required you to prove how things are damaged and is the sole decider of if you successfully proved that, there really is no case they can't deny.

I selected this business based on their A+ Revdex.com rating thinking they would be a good moving company to work with. In reality they do not live up to their claims and I would like other consumers to be warned not to trust this business.

Friendly salespeople and professional movers, especially the driver. Definitely will recommend them.

The whole experience with Atlas/Vandenberg van and storage was very professional and satisfying. They took good care of all of our belongings, were on-time, and very pleasant. I have recommended their services to a business associate and will continue to recommend them to anybody who asks for a reference on moving companies.

Everything from the gentleman who came out for the estimate to gentleman who is in charge of loading the truck and driving the truck to our new house and unloading were mazing. Very professional and kind. Out of dozens of moves that we've done and this is by far our smoothest.

Lots of our things were damaged and a few never made it to us upon arrival. Nobody wants to help or even seems to care. I would never recommend using Atlas to anyone. In fact I will go out of my way to make sure people know they were horrible to use and deal with.

Great organization. Timely, professional, helpful - haven't moved in 30 years so was not sure of the process. I was helped from start to finish. Don't plan to ever move again but would use this group if I had to.

I used Atlas to relocate a client to SC from NY and it was the smoothest and best move ever. The guys were quick and professional. They arrived at 9:00am and got to work right away.
The charge came in way under what was initially quoted. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Revdex.com giving this company an A+ rating is laughable. All you have to do is a quick search to find the truth about this company. Had we not been affiliated with an employee relocation company who had their own insurance, I shudder to think how this all would have turned out.
Atlas ruined our carpet, gouged our wood floors, and scratched our slate floors, which had to be replaced/refinished. They literally tossed 90% of our belongings into boxes with no protection or organization at all. We opened boxes with broken lamps, glassware, figurines, you name it. They brought rolls of bubble wrap to make it look like they were going to use it, and only wrapped 10% of our belongings with large pieces of paper. The total damage is around $17,000, which we are only being compensated because of the relocation company's policy. To be honest, it was amazing that twice as much wasn't damaged. We pulled a glass bowl full of loose glass ornaments, with one piece of paper wrapped around it, from the bottom of the box with heavy items on top. Somehow none of it broke. They took our bathroom trashcan (still full of trash) and used it to transport our toothbrushes and toiletries. You can't make this stuff up. They were lazy and tried to drag our refrigerator through the doorway before realizing it wouldn't fit without removing the doors. Needless to say, the stainless steel was massacred.
When we were finished unpacking and weeping for our destroyed belongings, they said they would come pick up the empty boxes. They no-showed, just to put a cherry on top of the fiasco. I hope the Revdex.com at least googles reviews for this company, and revaluates their rating.

If possible I would give less starts then as this has been a nightmare from the git go. First, there Schedulimg people are unable to read calendars and change dates at the last minute. Then, the estimator read an email wrong and jumped all over me (until he realized he had read it wrong) blaming me for his mistake. Then, the day of the move, a team showed up ready to go. We had stuff set aside and even blocked off that we did not want loaded but were ignored and they actually loaded guns and ammo that I had expressly told them to leave. When we go to *** 2 guys showed up vs the 4 that showed in ***. They were supposed to unload the same amount of stuff in half the time. Truly, I thought they were doing pretty well until we found all the stuff that they had broke but tried to hide. They broke my brand new, 85" TV, a 65" TV, a total guy, dented furniture and somehow broke a *** wooden entertainment center. Now, despite having spent hundreds of dollars on the extra insurance, Atlas Van Lines has refused to even return my calls.Watch out people as both Ernies and Atlas are very bad companies. I will be filing complaints with both insurance commissioners as well as the DOT. I was going to let the guns and ammo screw up stay between us but since no one in either company wants to fix the damage they caused, *** with them.Oh ya, they also put one of my large speakers through my wall and dented a couple other walls but forget to mention the damage to me.Be very careful folks!!

We just received this customers claim on 12/06 and have reached out to him explaining a system outage we had from 11/30- utnil 12/5. We will be processing the claim he filed.

Customer Response • Dec 10, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I contacted these customer people the first time the evening before Thanksgiving, t called them again the day after but no response. I finally reached them and filed my complaint on Wednesday 12/3 and not 12/6. On the 5th they told me their systems were back up but that the 4 day hack had put them 10-12 days behind. I am totally disabled and the movers broke items I need to live.

Atlas World Group Response • Dec 09, 2019

Customers initial claim was for 6 items on 12/6
We received a 2nd claim on 12/12 for an additional item, then a 3rd claim for 3 more items on 12/29.

We are waiting for inspection reports back from the repair on the 1st 2 claims ( which were inspeced at the same time, and have assigned the repair frim to go back out a 2nd time or the item from the 3rd claim filed..

The team that packed and delivered worked well together. They were very good at what they do. The team leader was the best. Everything was picked up and delivered on time. There was no lost or broken items. I was happy with my choice of movers.

Outstanding interstate movers. Careful packets, no damages, accurate estimates, great discounts for AAA customers, on time delivery, careful unpacked. Great moving team. Definitely reccomend!

Atlas Van lines moved us from *** TX to *** AR. We had several damaged items, from fine china to everyday china. A company sent by Atlas came out and reviewed our items, took pictures of items that were undamaged. *** Lead Claims Rep, sent a letter dated 11/13/19. We received the letter on 11/19/19. In the letter she states a claim settlement offer was sent. We never received such offer. Yesterday was the first correspondence we received from their office. There were so many things wrong with the move. I did not want to file a complaint but this further confirms they are a deceptive company. They quoted me one price when the move was complete they told me it would be approximately $3,000 more than the quote. They also increased the amount we had to insure, against our protests. We told them we did not need as much insurance and we were told we had to accept the increase. At the time, I knew if we had a claim they would not adjudicate the claim and make us whole.
Product_Or_Service: Interstate Move

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) We were not asking for money, we want them to replace all the items their movers damaged in the move. We had items such as Lenox fine china and glass ware, Mikasa fine china and glass ware, and other valuable. They should replace all items on my claim form. We entered this agreement in good faith by paying this company to move us and they are not adjudicating this claim in good faith.

Atlas World Group Response • Dec 09, 2019

We sent the customer a claim settlement - and she is not in agreement with the offer. Their relocation delivered o 1/17/2019, and they filed their claim on 8/23/2019. None of the dish's claimed damaged were noted at the time of delivery, and they were not available for inspectionwhen we sent someone out to inspect.
The items had been thrown away and with no verification of damage these items were denied.

She received $75,000 free valuation but needed to crry $125,000 based on the weight of her shipment and the additional funds were necessary as a minimum coverage for the shipment.

Customer Response • Dec 20, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The offer made was $135 not even a fraction of what is claimed. I called their office on March 4, 2019 to find out what I needed to do to file a claim. The customer service rep told me I needed to complete a claim form. She never mentioned I needed to keep the damaged items for review. Atlas sent a representative to take pictures of items. He took pictures of items that were not broken as proof we had those items. Once again we are not asking for money just that broken and damaged items be replaced. I have attached the settlement letter sent. Although there was a broken item presented - payment was denied with no explanation for sugar bowl. Once again they are in violation of the unfair claims settlement law and they should be reviewed to see how many other customers they are denying payment of claims.

Atlas World Group Response • Dec 09, 2019

The claim form the customer was sent - tells them NOT to dispose of items prior to inspection. With the damages not noted at delivery and claim not filed for 8 months - we have no way to validate these items were damaged in our care during the relocation. Yes the repair we sent out to inspect other items provided photos of items that were not damaged - but that does not validate those items not available for inspection...

I was made to pay 627.82 for a *** ridden pilot truck that was not authorized or necessary based on a driver's unilateral decision to use it.
First: loading (10/9/19) took close to 8 hours because only a small amount of space was apportioned on the truck. A sub contractor had already come out and calculated the amount of space we would have so im not sure why we were subjected to this time consuming charade.

Second: I never seemed to be able to get *** to respond ina timely manner. She would respond days later with vague information about when my stuff *mightbe delivered. Also note that she promised that we would get a call 30 minutes before the driver arrived.

third: the driver didnt call before he arrived. Instead he decided that the facility that we selected (and pre discussed with atlas ) couldn't accept semis (which isnt true) and then got a pilot truck to do unloading into costing us an additional 600 dollars. He did all of this without consulting us. I could have gotten another storage locker much cheaper (and closer to my home) than that. The pilot truck had *** harvesting leaves and mud all over it.

fourth: *** seemed to be unable to respond to my feedback on any of this.

Atlas Van Lines is a Racket and has designed its services in order to extort funds from clients in exchange for the return of their personal property. The system of contractors and sub contractors combined with poor communication only further serves to create confusion and insecurity on behalf of the client. This complete lack of transparency and security results in clients willing to pay any amount of money necessary to get their possessions returned to them and end the costly and time consuming charade.

all in, I paid over 5k for the move and an additional 600 for a *** ridden pilot truck that was completely unnecessary and unauthorized. Only after the pilot truck was used, was I consulted for authorization of payment. we would have avoided exorbitant charges if we had proactive and reliable communication.

Desired Outcome

i dont want to pay for the pilot truck. I would have prefered to greenlight the expense rather than be told that a decision was made and now i owe more money in order to gain access to my personal property. that is extortion.

I did reach out to *** regarding these customer complaints. They confirmed a shuttle was needed to facilitate the delivery to this customers Mini Storage unit. This was confirmed by the Storage facility directly when the customer confronted the Van Operator about the need. *** called and spoke to *** at the storage facility and he confirmed what the Van Operator was saying that he could not access this with his Tractor Trailer unit.

Shuttles are normally performed with the rental of Penske/ UHaul type trucks and we are the mercy of the contracting company for the units we are provided. These are last minute arrangements and they are NOT Atlas equipment, so we are limited to selection.

It is the customers responsibility to know if his shipment is going to need additional services at delivery based on the arrangements need to perform. We did not have the actual delivery address when the shipment was contracted and the paperwork allows for additional funds if needed to perform the services. We do not like to do Shuttles because it is extra work and additional handling of the goods. It was however needed and it was performed after necessary funds were paid to perform the services. We do apologize for the negative experience, but can not refund these charges.

Great service, friendly people ready to help all the time, affordable price, honesty, great employees ready to get out of their way to help you and make you moving experience easier.
In my opinion, the best moving company for interstate moving and storage needs.

Very accommodating. Representative was very helpful. Movers were very pleasant and efficient b

No surprises packers arrived at the assigned time. The mover van arrived the next day on time. Shipment arrived in Portland During the window for unloading.

We contracted with Atlas Van Lines on 6/10/19 to move our household goods from *** MI to *** AZ. We were packed up on 7/31/19, and loaded on 8/1/19. We were given a delivery window of 8/5/19 to 8/9/19 at the signing date of the contract. After our contents were packed, & we were being loaded, we were advised a driver had not been assigned to deliver our goods. We had arranged our air travel to cover the estimated 5-day delivery window, along with a couple of extra days on both ends to be sure we were at our home to take delivery. Before we flew out to the destination of our new home (on 8/3/19) we had been advised a driver had finally been assigned & would be departing Detroit on Tuesday, August 6th, & were told to expect delivery on Thursday, August 8th or Friday, August 9th. On Thursday, August 8th we were finally advised that our delivery date was set for Saturday, August 10th. This was outside of the set contractual agreement for delivery.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) We do not think it is proper business practice to not meet contractual obligations, and are asking for a refund of 10% of our overall moving expense of $10,633.29, or $1,066.33.

Atlas World Group Response • Oct 09, 2019

Yes Atlas Van Lines was one day late in making delivery.

The B/L contracting this and all COD customers indicates :

We are not required to transport your shipment by any particular schedule, means or vehicle, other than with reasonable dispatch, unless specified under contract terms.

The claim form indicates this along with indicating : If any additional costs were incurred
due to a delay in the agreed on loading and/or delivery dates, please complete a delay claim form for compensation consideration.

The customer was looking for a reduction to their bill of $1066.33, and not something the carrier can recognize.

We do acknowledge the inconvenience caused to all of our customers, and did offer her the normal $75 a day for the delay.

She is not in agreement with the offer, but that is the standard Delay compensation offered.

Customer Response • Oct 10, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I am accepting their response, but I am not happy about it. To offer only $75 for being late is insulting. However, I do not want to waste any more time with this company. I will never use Atlas Van Lines again, & I will tell my family and friends to avoid them as well.

Thank you for your assistance.

broken adjustable bed frame, offering us $15 on a $1500 frame thats 6 months old
we used atlas for our move across country, upon delivery our $1500 adjustable bed frame was broken, at orgination the company they hired to disassembled took photos of the frame in perfect condition proof that it wasnt broken before the move, we filed claimed and waited 29 days for atlas's repair company to come and look at our 3 broken items was told by repair guy that he would have to find someone to disassemble the bed in order to take it to his shop to be WELDED together and that it could take at least 2 weeks and that atlas would be contacting us I reached out to our atlas rep who forwarded the info along to the claim rep who notified me that the reapir guy could fix for $15 however he would be taking the bed to his shop so we could either allow that or settle the cost $15.....its unacceptable that our belongings were delivered on June15 and its Aug1 and we haven't been able to use our adjustable bed frame my spouse has back problems it was the whole point of us buying an adjustable frame that we haven't been able to use and then the audacity saying its worth $15, its 6 months old we bought in Ok had delivered to Tx and now its unusable. the problem with having the bed repaired is that that leaves our mattress directly on the floor with our headboard and footboard and side rails surrounding it and us having to maneuver around it to sleep on the mattress on the floor for at least 2 weeks. atlas claim rep response to us being unsatisfied with the options given to us is still have it repaired or settle the cost at $15 that they will not fully replace any item that can be repaired.

Desired Outcome

we want a check in the amount that it cost to fully replace the adjustable bed frame from a store local to us since we cant buy from the original store in Oklahoma since we are in Michigan. i have pictures of the damage, as well as a stock photo of the asjuastable frame and receipt if needed

Atlas World Group Response • Aug 06, 2019

The carrier's 1st option on a claim is to repair the item if it can be repaired. We do not automatically replace items damaged during a relocation. We did offer the customer $530 on 8/5 which is the cost quoted to us for the repair of the bed and cash out of a Casserole dish...

I hired Atlas after researching moving companies looking for someone who would not lose my things. I was wrong, Atlas lost:
1. All my cookbooks including my grandmothers cookbooks
2, Items from my family room
3. Items from my kitchen including antique dishes etc.
4. I am missing my clothes
5.My husband is missing his clothes

I just discovered clothes missing and they told me sorry. It's past 9=months and now it's my problem.
They " tried " looking for my cook books and said maybe delivered to someone else. What comforting news. They could not find any of my things. Did they really look ? I will never know, all I know is they are not as good as I thought,
This is my review of Atlas.

This customers delivery took place on 8/2/2017. She filed a claim on 1/22/2018 , 5/17/2018, and 12/03/2018 then filed another claim on 2/6/2019 for some lost items.

We did deny this claim as untimely -received outside the 9 months. We did run a trace for the missing items - but it is not unusual these items could not be found so long after the delivery.

Did you really look for my things? How did so many things get Lost? I thought you were more organized and orderly. I guess not.

Atlas World Group Response • Aug 27, 2019

In December of 2018 we advised the customer our tracing methods and did reach out to those involved for her missing....
Nothing was found during this process and her claim was untimely and discussed in December.

Customer Response • Aug 27, 2019

I have a hard time believing you cannot find my things

Are your boxes organized? They why did nt they find my things?

It sounds like they are disorganized
I feel for all the people who lost things like me

Moved my items from TN to MO and damaged many items along the way. They also were extremely rude and lied to my face about insurance.
I was told time and time again during the move not to worry that everything was insured. Aside from the damaged and stolen items the staff was rude to myself and my family. The man in charge of the move at my TN home *** cursed in front of my children with no regard, packed items that were specifically requested not to pack, and then when I asked him to unpack it told me to "I guess you'll just have to go buy one if you need it now". The first day he showed alone and barely packed anything because I later learned he took the contract himself and was just scoping the job out so he could see how cheaply he could subcontract it. This was not necessary as a gentlemen had already been to my house to survey items that needed to be packed. The crew threw items into boxes with little regard, destroyed artwork my children, and one of the gentlemen knocked over an urn containing my farther in law's cremains and instead of being apologetic cursed loudly about it as he trampled the cremains on my kitchen floor. To date the only restitution after much back and forth between my employer and the many companies contracted for this work has been two checks amounting to about $650. This is a slap in the face considering the amount of items damaged and the hardship my wife has suffered as a result of what the gentlemen did to her ashes. I have some emails between myself and Atlas that I would like to include but I am unable to put them in this box. Please contact me and I will get them to you.

Desired Outcome

I would like replacement or cash equivalent for the items damaged or stolen (the guitar was stolen). I am in exchange willing to sign a non litigation agreement.

They haven't responded yet. They appear to be working on it internally.

Atlas World Group Response • Aug 07, 2019

Review of the claimed information shows this settlement was processed with the assistance of the Corporate Account that Mr. worked under.
Between the Pre Existing damages noted on the origin paperwork when this shipment came into our care, and the fact that many items were not available for inspection at delivery or found NOT to be transit related by the repair firm inspection the settlement was far less than what the customer claimed. We do apologize for the negative experience, but the agent contact is advising the settlement offer presented was worked thru with his Account....
