The only response I have received from this business is the response that they are closing this case, how in the world can a business not respond to a customers complaint by just closing case? You all need to do something, I have waited since Dec 4 for this issue and still no solutions, they need to get with me instead of passing the buck back and forth.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.No one has contacted me from the [redacted] store since my last contact with them. Its been 1 1/2 weeks since last contact with store. I feel that it shouldn't be the customer to have to reach out for this credit as the store should be on top of it themselves. The credit owed to me might not be much to them but to me it is. A protection plan that was not used within the term stated and should be returned to me with no hesitation or be given the run around between the store and the third party. Im done dealing with this store and want my full refund written out in a check. I will also make sure not to refer any friends or family to this business.

It states in the Claim Procedure section of the warranty booklet Ms. [redacted] should have received with her furniture, “If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Limited Warranties, contact the Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. authorized retailer from whom you purchased your furniture.” I took the liberty of forwarding the information provided by the Revdex.com to the Ashley Marketing Specialist that works with the [redacted] account. We are very sorry to hear Ms. [redacted] has chosen not to accept my response to her Revdex.com claim. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. is going above and beyond the manufacturer’s warranty by offering her the $200.00. We are willing to go as high as $400.00 with a signed Release & Agreement, however this is our final offer. Ms. [redacted] purchased in February 2012, therefore her manufacturer’s warranty technically expired in February 2013. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. technically does not have any type of obligation to assist beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period. We have taken into consideration the length of time the product has been within the home as well as the factory base price. Ms. [redacted] would receive the compensation in the form of a check. Once we receive Ms. [redacted]’ approval, we will send her a copy of the Release & Agreement to read, sign and date. Upon receiving the signed form back, it will be sent to Accounts Payable to issue a check, the check would then be sent to Ms. [redacted] via Certified Mail. I talked to Tracy and was still told that she would not be able to honor the price from 011917. She told me that this was a Synchrony Bank issue and not an issue with their website. I informed her that Synchrony Bank is the card consumer for their Ashley Furniture account and that's the reason I could not place my order online. She told me to keep an eye on the products I wanted to see if they would go on sale again. So, this issue is not resolved at all. I have to play tag with computer everyday to see if the price has lower. I'm even more upset because I have wasted a lot of time trying to order 3 products.
