COMPLAINT ID # -[redacted]. HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!! That's what the response has been sent to me on 10-20-16, and if I don't respond by 10 days it's closed! And you'll contact me if you need anything from me!!! Tracy did absolutely nothing! I explained to her the issue, she didn't ask question,all she said is if I'd still like to purchase the couches again...I can. She really didn't care. After I got that response. I told her I wanted the letter that was turned in to Revdex.com to hit Todd Menek's(CEO) Desk. That is the last conversation and now it's closed with resolved!!!! I don't even know that, that has even happened. Do I need to send a certified letter?NO WHERE NEAR RESOLVED!!! Complaint Details Customer Service Issues, Delivery Issues, Product Issues Customer Service- Not professional, didn't care, made many mistakes from building the structure of the couch to handling the problems, the delivery the credit to my account and then the pick up of the couches with little rips to just throwing them into the pick up truck with no care or concerns. Product issues- Came damaged- ripped material- uneven framework, took pictures, Delivery employees left it at my house, were going to let Ashley Furniture know. Because was left at house. I was entitled to an upholsterer to come access the product, if he could repair it here, then that's what I got not a new couch. I'd have to take time off of my job since there was only 1 day he could come out during the middle of the week. They only offered a Saturday, when I informed going to corporate & B.B.B. Delivery issues, are suppose to contact you by call or text 20 minutes out before they arrive- Never happened. Desired Settlement: Contact by the business They need to be aware of what's really going on in the corporation. They need to put better policies in place. Better protocol's. Need better quality control policies Should not be allowed to leave faulty product in consumers homes when there's an apparent problem with their products! They hope the consumer doesn't catch on before they leave it. Once there's a problem after that it become the consumers issue.
