I am rejecting this response because I spend $on a product that should last us more than yearsWe don't even have little kidsIt just people living in the house and to have them peel so fast in less than years is very bad product by AshleyWe have been there loyal customer and I spend more than months trying to resolve this issue with Ashley but they failed to respond so many times and never got back to meService was very poor and product doesn't live upto their name and standardsI just bought another bedroom set and mattress from Ashley and my furniture came damaged and they didn't even deliver my pillowsI called them multiple times but never got my pillows until I drove hour away to their store and they recreated the work orderOverall, the amount they are offering me I won't be able to buy new Sofa from their Store as their price is very highI want my full refund, or replace my sofa, or fix it, if they want me to be their customer as I have been for so many yearsI hope Ashley doesn't disappoint us as a customer

I have been contacted by Ashley Furniture and talked with *** *** They didn't offer us what we thought was fair in this situation, but my husband and I want to move on knowing that in this case we are not
going to win, as the customer rarely wins against these big commercial companies and we will cut our loses and move on with their half hearted attempt at "resolution" We still don't have what we paid for and *** *** said " we are sorry and want to make this right"….but it's all words and my husband and I are skepticalWe will see what happens from here on out, although, neither one of us will hold our breathe…they didn't seem to care before we got Revdex.com involved and I think they are just going through the motions to get this cased closedAll in all, at least the bright side is that I actually talked to a human and didn't have to wait on hold to do itThanks for the help

FYI Your delivery people came today at 6:pm ( we were allotted time window 1-pm) They stated they only brought nightstand and credenza Dresser is back order , they said queen headboard , book cases , tempur pedic boxes , pillows and chair is not in their list . Nightstand they brought in has the same issue as nightstand we have So they took it back . Credenza - they said why do u want us to replace the whole thingLet us just replace drawer and shelves We agreed They were not able to do thatThey have disassembled the shelves and drawer from current credenza and they could not fix in the new parts They left stating they will get a whole new piece to replace . In a nutshell , nothing got replaced today and the credenza we have is in a broken state . We request u to schedule entire delivery at same time within the scheduled window period . Thanks ***

Technician reports states there is a tear on an arm that a part needs to be ordered for that he can fix.The noise from the motor was fixed by you with a hammer.Cushions are and not defective.We can fix the arm and your furniture should be the same if not better than what would be shown in the showroom

been addressed to his standards

Per my previous attachment of the invoice, the entire purchase was almost $2kNot only did the corner chair and armless chairs suffer the cracking and peeling, but also the end tablesCould you please just close this account and give us the 30% on our entire purchase of $2k?
