I only got one call from Corporate: tried calling back and the # is a non-working #.I called one call from the "New Manager" at the store location: when I called back, their systems were down again b/c they got new software (mind you, this is the same story I was told when I first visited the store to buy the furniture)....when asked for the manager, Ben, I was informed that he had left the company!!!When asked about the new manager, he was busy with other customers!I am just tired of the stories

We have attempted to reach our customer on 9/30/14, 10/3/14, 10/7/14, and 10/9/HDL the delivery contactor used to preform delivery services has also attempted to reach our customer, they requested invoices for the claimed damages and reported mailing a letter to our customer on 9/13/We
have provided our customer with contact numbers previously and would gladly speak with him so that we may work toward resolution

I have spoken to the guest and we have agreed to send a technician out to her home to look at and possible change her Velcro if needed. Guest will be contacted by Sunday May 24th. I will keep you posted on the progression of the claim.thanks so much for you patience

The customer accepted the mattress in her home, we gave her the option, at the time of delivery, to decline it, and she did not want to, we informed her,that if she accepted the mattress, that it was her mattress, we could not take it backThe customer still accepted the mattressWe can not take back a mattress once it has been in the customers home and usedAs for the mark on the mattress, you could clearly tell it was a grease mark and if the customer thought it was "feces" she would not have accepted a "feces" stained mattress to keep as hers to sleep on, she would of declined it right away and would not have even give our delivery a chance to clean it

The following items have been resolved:-Store has issued refund for furniture coverage that we did not elect to purchase.-Ashley has initially set up a date to swap out the damaged furniture, however has failed to follow through with that commitment.-I have received one phone call regarding our in home damage. Still needing resolved:-Replacing damaged furniture Ashley scheduled a date for today and August Unsure why there are two dates, however we are unaware when the actual delivery date is.-Reimbursement for in home damage. Polk sold defective key and then took key and kept money
Polk came to make a vehicle key for my carThe key he made was defectiveAfter countless times of trying to get him to return my calls and messages, he only responded once threatened with being reported to Revdex.comI asked for a refund due to the horrible customer serviceHe said no, although the reciept does not state no refundsHe tried to fix the defective key which ended in him stating that he does not know why it wasnt working and assuring he would come back with a dealer keyHe took his defective product, and never returnedDespite endless attempts at communication, no one will return calls, messages, or my money

I received your email dated 2/I thought this complaint had been resolved on January 15 when my husband and I visited The Ashley Home Store in Vacaville, CaliforniaThe assistant sales manager, Henry offered us a credit $with the stipulation the love couch would be returnedWe made arrangements via a telephone that day to have the couch picked up Thursday, January The couch was not picked upThere was no further communication until the store manager *** called me*** asked me if I wanted to keep the love seat and in addition receive credit tooI agreeSince our conversation, I've received 3-calls from Ashley Furniture Home Store audit department asking me if arrangements had been made to pick up the love couchI referred her to the sales manger *** for further informationOur last call from the corporate offices occurred this weekMy last call today to the credit card company Synchrony there has not been any credit to our account
