Recently Applied Bank mailed me out a new card for what reason I HAVE NO CLUE BECAUSE I DIDNT REQUEST ITMy card I had was fine had the chip it and was good for another few yearsSo I never got the card they supposingly mailed outSo I called them to let me know I never got itThey then stopped that card and I just saw on my bill where they charged me $to replace it!!!!!!! IM FURIOUS!! I feel like this is a scam on their behalfFirst of all why did they need to mail me a new card I NEVER REQUESTED IT!!!! Second I want my $refunded or I will cancel this card and close it out!
Also this morning I received an email from Applied bank stating I didn't make my payment this monthI just logged in and saw where my $payment posted on the 20thSO WHY DID I GET AN EMAIL SAYING I MISSED MY PAYMENT THIS MONTH?????????Seems like to me Applied Bank has some serious issues going on
I paid this account off while serving in Iraq in the Armed ForcesThe account was verified as paid off and paid in full was mailed outThis company continuously reports this account as open with a balance and late paymentsI have dispute this account numerous times and the company will not cooperate with the credit bureaus and send the accurate informationthe payments can be referenced using confirmation numbers paid Oct and paid Nov
I ran past due on my account and was given the option to go through a fresh start programI worked with the spplied bank collection agency and I set up payments to get my account back on trackI was advised that once my payments were made that my account would be sent back to customer service and that I would be up to dateAfter all payments were cleared, I called applied customer serviceI was told that they didnt have the account back in there department yet and to call collections.No one can tell me where my money is I called back and forth between the departments because for some reason they can't talk to each otherIt is a total messI want my money back and to be free and clear of this company

They take my payment out of my bank account within hrs , takes over weeks for my payment to post to my applied credit card I also make my payments over the phone and pay bucks or bucks ,also all kinds of charges bucks bucks for this and that worst credit card ever I mean really bad , they wanna charge dollars to raise my credit limit or dollars ,honestly worst than a loan shark or one of them payday loan things, serious I prob pay bucks a month in charges , my payments are always way ahead of time also I make a small payment in between billing so I'm making payments a month, can't wait to get rid if this card , if u have bad credit start out with credit one , or anything else this has to be the worst card u have ever seen ,
Their fees are ridiculousAnd the way they calculate interest is fraudulentThey backdate posting date to transaction date

I had this card to rebuild by credit never late and after years I got better unsecured credit card offers And had I've use this card in a year but as I incurred some fraudulent charges that I reported and my case was closed reporting no fraud Trying to get a hold of anyone in the fraud department is a joke I received over the limit fees and calls asking to pay on the balance which I didn't make in the first place So now I'm in a back in forth with customer service and the fraud department to try to get these charges removed I will be closing my account this experience has been the worst I've EVER experienced If your looking for a card to build your credit go with some other company don't do business with these people cause if anything ever happens your screwed
Forget the A+ ratingApplied Card Bank has these issues:
- Their fees are ridiculously high
- Their website is garbageIt's difficult to navigate, forgets where you are, and looks to have been developed in I'd seriously question the security of it- They provide NO payment confirmation, so if they claim that you are late then you have little recourseFrequently, their website barely functions, making it even harder to pay online
If you are not already stuck with Applied Card Bank, there are plenty of other, better companies that'll give you a high interest, high fee credit card with far, far better website and security

We have contacted Applied bank on several different occasions for the past days to try and settle our account with them Every time we have called , we spend about hours on the phone getting transferred from one representative to the next , with no response or further hep or information
There is numerous errors on an account by Applied Bank on my credit and they are refusing to provide ALL FCRA required documents to prove LEGALLY reporting and CORRECTLY reportingFCRA requires COMPLETE payment history to prove ALL of the account reported is accurateThe account was opened in and they refuse to provide the ENTIRE history and life of the accountPer FCRA that is grounds for immediate removal, deletion or complete removal of all negative remarksNO remark may be made good or bad if the ENTIRE account can not be verified with ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT and COMPLETE PAYMENT HISTORYFirst date of delinquency or age of account over years old is IMMEDIATE removeal of the account from any and all CRA'sAPPLIED BANK is behaving as if they DO NOT have to abide by these rules in full! In March I contacted Applied Bank customer service for the total card payoff
I was informed the total to pay off the card was $I paid this amount from my debit card on March 16th,
I have been trying to improve my credit and went from to by paying off all my credit cards

I have never in my life sen a bank credit card that you have to pay fees to make your payments and when you expect them to process your payments thru their auto pay charge you over limit fees when they don't withdraw enough Save your moneyAvoid this bank They are crooked Complaints to be filed thru Revdex.com
I have tried for month to cancel this card that has balance except the monthly fees they keep charging meThe last time I tried to cancel was in August when I paid $++ in maintenance fees and a late fee on the maintenance feeWhen I paid them they said the account is closedNow, months later they sent a late payment notice to the credit bureauI called them today and they said that I closed the account days into the new period so I owed additional fees + late fees pus additional maintenance feeI have been trying to cancel this card for months and keep getting fees added along with maintenance fees and late feesI haven't charged anything to this card in over a year

I was contacted rather quickly from this bank about what I owed not how they were charging menot that their late fee would not be dismissed as a one time offer to customer service as I have always been on time and have never been late except this once Januarys payment as

My monthly payment was due June 27, I paid it on June 2, I was charged a late fee because they said their computer closed the billing cycle on the morning of June Therefore, my payment was never applied to current bill I was told there is nothing they could do, just pay the $late fee I did nothing wrong except pay my bill on time and I am being charged for it
I contacted Applied Bank via phone several occasions (3/03/2016, 03/11/2016, 03/22/2016, 04/06/2016, 04/19/2016, with no response to dateI have been disputing their reporting with all three credit bureaus since March of Applied Bank has provided no proof of validation of the debt nor responded to my requests for documentation The reason for my dispute is as follows:
Currently on Transunion Applied Bank Acct# 422709743125*** status as 09/is charge-off, but reports numerous paid as agreed after reporting delinquentLast payment is being reported as 09/27/2012, however this report shows FIRST day late was 12/PAID AS AGREED 09/2012, 10/2012, and 11/In my previous Transunion report from January 2016, with status update of April 2013, Applied Bank provided no PAYMENT HISTORY nor any indications of LATE reporting
