noncompliance of the Section of the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActThe lack of validation of the debt

I settled my credit card account with Applied bank a few years agoThe settlement agreement was for me to pay $to settle this account and they would remove it from my credit reportsyears later this account is still reporting to the three credit bureaus, Transunion, Equifax and ExperianI have disputed this account several times with all three credit bureaus and they all state that Applied Bank has updated the status of the account but has failed to remove this accountI even disputed this account with Applied Bank last year with no response from the companyPlease investigate this account and have it removed from my credit profiles

I have been enrolled in autopay with this credit card / Applied Bank company for over a yearI have proven documents from my bank showing auto payments taken from my bank accountFor reasons no one can explain to me, there was no payment taken from my account in November of This company confirmed that I was enrolled in autopay and they did not know why the payment did not come outThey instead charged me a fee for no paymentI enrolled in autopay so I would not have to worry about making a paymentThey were supposed to resolve this and get back to me, but no one has I called again on 4/20/and spoke with someone name *** who said she saw notes from December stating there was a case and someone was supposed to get back to me, but no one didHow can I get my money back?

I keep getting bills, phone calls and now a collection letter from applied bank trying to collect $1,I do not have an Applied Bank credit card nor does my husbandI have spoken with someone from that back once and they could not locate anything on me on file, said it was a scam or someone might have gotten an app from my trashI am sick and this make it worseI have never had an account with the bankPlease help me get these people to leave me aloneIf I did have it I would have been paying on it

Contacted Applied Bank to report credit card fraud on my account and they refused to offer me the appropriate assistance as a consumerI was repeatedly transferred, denied the proper documentation to report fraud, and inconvenienced as a consumerI still do not have my money back from the fraud nor would Applied Bank grant me provisional creditI am just at a lost for words right nowI contacted my local law enforcement agency and they were so helpfulI want what is right! I want the money that was fraudulently taken from me as a consumer, and I want Applied Bank to acknowledge my request and take it very seriouslyI have been a credit card holder with this company for many years, but now I have lot all respect for the way they do business and treat customers

On August 24, 2016, I mailed Applied Bank a request for verification of an account they are attempting to collectIf they don’t respond with proper verification, then they are required to cease all collection activity Proper verification consists of copies of some type of CURRENT creditor records, not records which only verify that the collector believes an account is valid As of September 24, 2016, they are still reporting a collection account on my credit reports Under federal law, I could sue them and ask for $1,in damages, since credit bureau reporting is considered a collection activity However, I am confident that my channeling this dispute through the Revdex.com, a much quicker resolution can be made Thank you

Finally activated the card I've had for over a year (hadn't done so yet because I was planning to cancel it after I bought my house) only to not be able to use itApplied says I'm days late but I'm only days past this months due dateI have the receipt in my hand with confirmation number, current statement shows last months payment, and they are reporting me delinquent when its their errorI called them but they only want to argue and refuse to fix it

Applied Bank had debited my Wells Fargo Bank account in the amount of dollars on February 6, at my request to get their secured credit cardI called today February 24, and been told that I am in the pending status and they do not know when the credit card will be sent to me

My credit history still shows delinquent as off January 20th I am so tired of dealing with themThey said they fixed itAlso Applied bank basically said there is nothing they can do about my credit scoreApplied bank ruined my credit ScoreMy credit score was before applied bank incorrectly reported me as delinquentAfter the report, my credit score dropped to They ruined my credit scoreIt took me a long time to build my credit and the screwed it up! I will never use their credit card again and I will never recommend it to another personThey keep saying they fixed it. Regards,

I called in on September to pay off my credit card and they gave me the total and I said pay it off and close it outI thought it was taken care of and today I looked at my e-mail and it said I owed and I called and they said it was never closed outSo I had to pay it I asked why he said if I don't the fees will keep accumulatingSo I did I am not happy at all with this company

Last month I paid an $over the limit fee for a $purchase which I did not make They authorized the purchase when the credit was not available The month I am charge and over the limit fee for going over my credit limit with their fees This has happened repeatedly I have to call and ask to waive the fee

There is a charge-off on my credit report from this bank I never had an account with them I've been trying to resolve this, but my attempts to contact anyone at the bank is coming up short I've been trying to get this charge-off removed from my credit report I am even willing to pay this to get it off, even though it's not my account But I call them and the people that answer can't find me in their system and assure me someone will call and nobody ever does They can't find me in their system, but they are reporting negative information on my credit report It doesn't make sense
