First of all I would like to thank Applied Bank for giving me the chance to own a credit card
My issue after having this card nearly yearsA big problem came up tried to seek help Nothing
Wrote letter with return added- came back no one signed (have oirginal back from Post Office)
Cell phone has numerous call on calls to Applied Bank still no acceptable answer (Rep just to not know banking)
If you really care about customer service-please listen to your customers
I am asking for Applied Bank to please use their decretion and remove a a July late pay
Also when you receive this the account should be paid n full
I never planned on abusing this credit card
I know very well that you have no obligation to grant my request, but I believe it is within your power to soI am asking for a favor/miracle a good gesture, a courtesyAs I understand the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you must make sure that the entries in your report are accurate, and must appear in the recordI

Payment Protection Plus with Applied Bank Credit Card is a "Optional Protection" program to protect your credit card incase you become Involuntary Unemployment, Leave of Absence, Hospitalization, Loss of Life, "Disability", Life Events I fall in "Disability" and have been Permanatly Disabled since and has sent the my proof of MY MEDICAL DISIBILITY I had requested a Full year refund of per month since I became disabled in = $2, They told me they me they cannot go back and pay Refunds, only pay going forward in 2018' I have kept my account monthly payments current of a month since I became disabled due to I was unable to get through to the phone lines at Applied Bank Payment protection Plus(would not answer the phone)! In March I requested this Payment protection to be CANCELLED several times (Cannot afford there fees) and stop charging my account an additional per month, Several Clerks agreed to Cancel this payment

I applied for a credit card on April 28, AppliedBank took $hundred dollars out of my account within a hourthe next step was to verify my account .99cents was taken outOn May 5,I was informed the I was turned down because they couldn't verify my accountThey were going to return my moneyBut they keep taking money out of my accountOn Monday May 8, a Mr*** was to have returned my money to my account by 3: pm on Tuesday May 9,no money by 4:pmOn Tuesday around 4:p.mI spoke with *** she checked on it and got a supervisor named Allen he checked on it and stated I would have my money returned to my checking account also one May 10, Checked bank no may today May 10,2017, called got a *** on the phone he's checking into it,*** stated he saw no order to return my money*** stated he's going to experdiate the processI want my money they took it out and they can put it right back with out all the liesthis is stealing to me

On September 7, I contacted applied bank in order to payoff a collection of $that was charged off in Dec I'm currently purchasing a home so I was looking for a way to pay off the collection to finalize my purchaseAfter about hours of being hung up on and transferred to departments that couldn't help me I final reached someone in collections that could not look my name up in the system but could open a work case number to help me reach the proper collection agency I needed to pay She took my information and told me that someone would contact me the next dayThe work case number is After waiting wks I called applied bank again Tuesday September 19, Same as the first time I was given the run around and no one could find my name or social security number in the applied bank systemI gave the lady my work case number and someone was supposed to call me yesterday but again no callI would really just like to pay this debt so I can resolve my collec

Yes my payment was due 3/(yesterday) realized today I forgot to schedule and paid todayI called customer service requesting the late fee be waived and I was told nothing they could do I had to send them something in writing (SERIOUSLY??) so thats what I'm doing now I am never lateI just moved last week so just forgot about payment Not to mention applied bank use to let you SCHEDULE your payment for a future dateYou cant do that now because if I schedule the payment it doesnt matter what date I schedule payment to post on it still is deducted my from checking account the day I did the schedule of it and because of that I have to wait till its actually do to make the paymentYou need to put your payments back to the way it use to be
I called the bank several times with hold times of over hour to speak to a customer service representativeI finally got thru on day to get someone on the line that wasn't capable of answering my questions about my Applied Bank Credit CardI asked for a Supervisor and the supervisor couldn't make nay decisions just take notes and advise me I would have to pay a $FEE to see a copy of the Terms and conditions for my accountHe advised even if I no longer wanted the account open I would pay them a monthly maintenance fee of $+ interest of 29.99%This is outrageous and feel like I'm being ripped offI was also charged a $over the limit fee because they had to charge my $maintenance feeUnacceptable

Terrible card to have They charge rediculous fees, and hold your payments for up to weeks before releasing any money towards available credit
I asked for this card to be cancelled a year agoI found out it was notasked for to be cut offThey told me they escalated the rpoblemFound out the reported me to credit bureau but still have not cancelled the card
Security deposit being hold for years now with over payment request that applied bank refunded everything back to the bank accounts used for payments and security deposit
This company put a hard inquiry on my TransUnion credit report on Sept 26, I have never done business with or know of this companyTransUnion gave me their number to call ***I called several times to speak to someone to have this inquiry removedEach time I call they hang up on meI've called times todayMy next step is to report them to the NJ State Attorney Generals Office

Contacted Applied to alert them that my identity had possibly been compromisedNeeded to get a new card asapTried to explain situation over and over to representative but they did not understand what I was asking themSeems there was a language barrierHe states that he will cancel card after much arguing and getting nowhere and will send a new oneNext I find out I'm being erroneously charged $for a new cardTo make matters worse, they sent me a new card with the exact same credit card number as beforeTried to get refund on the $but they can't/won't do it over the phoneThey also don't have customer service past 3pm Pacific TimeThey also won't change my APR after having been a customer for yearsThis is an awful company
