Applied Bank is involved in deceptive business practices and prays on consumers They allowed my credit card to go over limit which I didn't even think as possible and charged a overlimit charge of $ The only way my card was able to go over the limit was not due to purchases but account and interest charges that were charged prior to my payment being credit which was paid on the due date My payment made was times the minimum payment due and they allowed my card to go over limit again mainly forced by the interest and account fees as well the the over the limit fee It's a continuous loop Again very deceiving business practices, I am asking for a refund of the over the limit fees and interest that accrued from those fees charged Also they make the process of contacting them very difficult and tedious by having to mail documentation to have fees waived 99% of banks and credit card companies you are able to do the same thing either over the phone with a rep or online Ag

I had a credit card with Applied Bank from 2010-In economic stresses had an impact on me and my son and I wasn't able to pay the bill on this card; it was later charged off that same year, expectedly soMy son and I are now in the process of buying our first home, but this old account remains on my credit reportI checked with Applied Bank and the representative stated they no longer offer credit cards and she didn't have access to my information to assist me with detailsI'd like to send a request to Applied Bank to please delete this account from my credit report as a courtesyThe balance on this credit card is $197, and first started reporting on my credit report on 06/01/-- 6years ago, and has been a "charged off account" for about yearsWe went thru a lot to get back to where we are now and we're inching that much closer to that bigger goal, but this account is literally keeping me from having a Negative/Collection free credit report

This company, which I hold no contract with nor have received services from, reported a collection account against my SSN in the amount of $with Transunion, Experian, & Equifax credit reporting agenciesI requested verification of the debt and account however the business failed to provide adequate proof Considering this business does not have a contract with me for goods or services they have provided nor have they provided adequate proof I am not obligated to pay for the alleged debt

I hav e been an Applied Bank secured credit card holder since I have never missed a paymentI am on auto payI pulled my credit reportsMy account is being reported to the three major credit agencies as CLOSED and with comments “closed st consumers request”This account is open, and in good standingThe inaccurate reporting is causing serious change to my credit ratingIt changes status of number of open accounts, average age of open accounts, tcThis drops score about points on averageI called Applied bank customer service over four times over last six monthsFirst they tell me it is the credit agenciesI paid to get all agency reports, dispute them, prvide them with infoSomehow ingot to to correct Equifax wont changeThey investigated and reported Applied the info is correctIt is notCustomer service says I have to write to Applied directI haveSent reports etc all tomAppliedPleading assistance to correct situationNo resolve Customer service says

not my account yet it is on my credit report I have disputed this with no reply within days

I am late on a payment, account was shut down by me, I am still charged a service fee every month, credit card payment fee (because once I receive the bill if I mail it it is late) so I pay online for a huge fee, monthly maintaince fee...well bill was due on the 6th, today is the 10th and the say I owe $minimum, how??? my balance is $i have been trying to pay this down for the last years, it was $800, never been late but time, and now they are keeping in this loop of fees, that I can not get out of, im tired of this, I am unemployed and this makes it even more difficult, I tried years ago to get you to help me settle this with them and they have not even tried to be reasonable!

I cancelled a prepaid credit card and want the balance of the funds I cancelled the credit card on 10/and today as of 11/I received another email stating I was late on paying and have called four times to resolve this matter I have spoken to managers to try to escalate this to receive the funds backI refuse to give them my checking account I told them I wanted a check refund to deposit

I paid my credit card balance in full and cancelled my credit card on3/18/received a confirmation code I received a cancellation letter dated 4/18/since then I have received several emails for collection first for $balance I called three times to speak to a supervisor on 4/6/I spoke to *** (***) who assured me it was an oversight and would be resolvedI am still receiving emails to PAY NOW for $now its $
Now I am receiving harassing phone calls to pay from a collection agency when I explain the account is closed they refer me back to 1*** (applied bank)credit card ending in #

I applied for a secured credit card and applied bank took $out of my bank wells fargo...I was suppose to receive a receive credit card in return and I received an email and also a letter in the mail that I was turned down for the card...I called on January 17th and told them I did not get the card and I wanted to have my $returned to my checking account...they said someone will be in touch with me in to hours...I called again and informed them that no one called and I still not get my money retuned to my account...I just want the money returned to my account as I am on a very low disability...please help me get my much needed money back in my account
