Kolter came out to my house this last week, we've been with a different company for 9 years but we're still seeing bugs. I'm so thankful that he stopped by to show me the service anthem offers. They did lots of extra work, reasonably priced, very kind and informative, and definitely a must use company. Thank you anthem, and thank you Kolter.

Signed up today 6/9/18 and received exceptional service from Demarcus. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. Awesome customer experience. Hope he continues to service our area.

Marco W was very thorough with his inspection both inside and outside my home. Point out and took care of hidden wasps nests and ant beds. I could tell he cared about getting the job done like it was his very own home.

Davian came by in the designated time window and was friendly and efficient. Can't ask for much more!

Today, 2/17/18, our house had its first Anthem Service. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and thoroughness of our technician, Jeff. From meeting our route manager, Craig earlier in the week, to having our service done today, our experience has been nothing but positive. I look forward to a long relationship with this company if this is their standard level of service.

Anthem Pest Control is a terrible company. They are never able to answer the phone and they're service is not what they promise to give you. One day that we were scheduled for a service the technician rang the door bell and no one answered so he proceeded to bang on my roomate's window and pushed it into the bedroom. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ALLOWS THIS?! I have called them repeatedly to speak to the manager and I still have not been able to get in contact w him/her. I left my previous pest control company due to a sweet deal that was offered to me. BIGGEST mistake I could've made. Anthem is rude, not customer oriented, not helpful! They are a just big waste of money. Even with them coming to treat our home we still have huge spiders. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I had to put 1 star in order to post this review but if I could I would have put a -5.

Anthem sales representative (owner) knocked my door and I have to say he was very professional. I enjoyed talking to him. It's unfortunate that I couldn't sign up with them at the moment but I know I'll call them in the near future to get their service.

I switched to anthem pest control in the 2017 summer. I have been pleasantly surprised with how thorough they are each and every visit. Top notch customer service and very responsive if I ever have any questions or concerns.

Great Service

This business is HORRIBLE! I Called after they did the 1st quarterly service (3 months after introductory service) and complained that is till had ant hills, mosquitoes etc.

Chanell, the customer service rep, said "we've had a lot of rain lately" and sent out a tech the next day for a re-treatment. 5 weeks later, I noticed zero improvement on the aforementioned service, and I called ""customer service" and the same woman (Channell) answered and I once again complained that I'm not getting what I'm paying for. She told me she lives in Lithonia, and can't look at the weather reports for every customer! So, basically what she was telling me that because I didn't check the weather report before the re-treatment. I finally gave up on trying to make sense of this, so after telling her again that I'm not getting what I paid for, I asked for a solution, and she said they can come back out, but not this week because it's supposed to rain all week!! What I forgot to ask her is if she lives in Lithonia, how does she know it's going to rain in Lawrenceville if she only knows the weather where she lives like she stated earlier in the conversation???

Stay away from this service!

Met with Co- Founder *** (per his Business card) at my daughter's house in Lawrenceville, he had signed her up the day before and asked her to recommend customers to the company and she would receive a $50 Gift Card to a local restaurant (Which she has never received).

The day I met with him he brought my daughter $ to cover the cancellation fee with the current Pest Control Company.

I signed up for the same deal she was getting, they would do the standard pest control and also treat for flees, for 89.00 a quarter. And Anthem would pay my early termination fee also.

But *** stated his cousin the other Co-founder did not want him pulling cash out of the company, so they would due the first treatment; the follow-up treatment in 3 ? 5 weeks; the October treatment for free in exchange for early termination fee.

I stated the all pest control companies give you the first visit for free since they do the service 5 times in the first year. He stated that No Charge for the first 3 services was the best he could do.

I entered into a contract with Anthem Pest on 5/17/17, they did the first service on 5/18/17, they came back on June 19th . On June 20th I received an email billing me for the service, I called the phone number on the Business card, spoke to a young lady that stated that Skye no longer worked with the company, and that she would have to consult with the manager about my bill and call me back.

I did not receive a call back. On July 26th I call *** the Pest Control tech that has services my house, explained that I was having an issue with spiders at my front porch and bees in the back of the house, he asked me to call the office to make an appointment and he would be out to service my property.

I called the office spoke to Chantel; she stated that she was unable to setup an appointment because by account was on hold because of nonpayment. I asked her to look at the notes in my account; she stated that since Skye was no longer there for them to ask the arrangement of my deal with him. She stated that he was going to pay for my cancellation fee. I told her I did not say he was paying the fee; he said I would not be charged for the first 3 visits. I told her that I needed a resolution to my pest problem, that they either send the tech to take care of my problem or they would have to terminate my contract with them so I can hire another pest control company. Since they were not holding up there end of the bargain or servicing my property, she said the same as the other girl I spoke to in June she would have to consult the manager and call me back in an hour. I have called and left several messages. No-one has called me back.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want Anthem Pest to fulfill the terms they agreed to via their Sale person (Co-founder) No Charge for the first 3 services in lieu of paying my termination fee with the other company. And send the tech to service my property as they are supposed to anytime you call with an issue.

Upon review of this very informational complaint I can certify that Skye was contacted and though never authorized to offer such promotions the customer was not charged for their first 3 services.

This was all done internally without any contact with the Revdex.com complaint as we were made aware of this complaint late January 2018.

This customer is still active and had their most recent service in December 2017. No additional re-services have been requested and this issue appears to be put to rest successfully without any prodding.

This is 1 of 2 complaints listed against anthem as of X-XX-XXXX and with over 10000 active pest accounts here in Atlanta that works ok. With time and now that we are aware of our Revdex.com profile we will push positive reviews to this site as we always request customers to leave positive feedback online.
