Anthony B. Dd a great job and provided excellent service! Keep it up!
Anthem did a great job identifying issues we had in the house. Keith *** was the tech and did a great explaining what he was finding and what he was doing to correct the issues. Keith did a great job on cleaning up the spiderwebs and a deck post that had been invaded by ants.
Whatever they spray does not kill bugs. The customer service is non-existant. They will not cancel contract without a fee.
Signed up last year. They never come inside and treat. They just say they come and treat outside and bill my credit card. We called them out about 2 weeks ago to re-treat our pool deck for ants. There were thousands of all kinds of ants (black ants, small ants, flying ants) in and around our pool. They sent someone out to "re-treat", but the treatment did nothing to reduce the ant population. So a few days later, we went to Home Depot and bought some insecticide and applied it ourselves. That took care of the problem. I called Anthem to tell them about the problem and they said that Spencer would call me the next morning. Spencer called the next afternoon and left a voice mail. Since then (10 days ago), I have called and left several messages on his voicemail to call me back, but he hasn't. I called the office today and wanted to talk to a manager. The manager refused to get on the phone with me and the receptionist- Bambi- was very rude to me. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager to deal with these issues and to cancel my service. Bambi told me that the manager was to busy to talk to me and that there would be a fee to cancel the service and that the manager would just tell me the same thing. I told her that I wanted to discuss the fact that their products were not working and the fact that I had called and left several messages for Spencer to call me back, but he had never called. Once again, Bambi told me that the manager was too busy to talk to me and that if I wanted to cancel my contract, that there would be a fee, but they would reduce it some. That totally wasn't the point. The management should be there to talk to clients to try and resolve issues, but management isn't interested in doing this at all. They just want to steal your money and not provide the service they promise. And they don't want to hear from clients with any complaints. They just want to be rude and tell you that it will cost you to cancel their services. This company is full of rude thieves that do not provide the service they promise. For all the good their "treatments" did, they may as well have sprayed water. And their customer service is horrible. I will do my best to spread that word.
I want to cancel my contract because they do not provide the service they promise. And I do not want to pay to cancel. They have stolen enough of my money.
Mrs. had been told by our lead technician that we don't guarantee Carpenter Ants (the big black ones), our lead technician had also informed her that bugs are always going to be common around a pool that's surrounded by mulch beds regardless of what chemical we use. Our lead technician had suggested to Mrs. to replace the mulch with rock/stone to reduce ant breeding in the mulch. I had left Mrs. a voicemail to try to set up a free reservice to come out to take a look at the situation myself, but I have checked my voicemails and I did not receive anything from her. If she had left a voicemail for my office staff and if they hadn't communicated that to me , I sincerely want to apologize because I honestly do not have a record of her leaving me any voicemails at my personal extension. Sara our office manager had discounted the cancellation fee for Mrs. and her account has been closed. We wish her the best.
Anthem Pest Control is extremely attentive. They came back when I needed spider webs cleaned up and bees nest knocked down.
Thank you
Probably the most thorough treatment I have ever seen. The technician was friendly and professional. He confirmed the agreement that I have with Anthem. He actually went beyond my expectations for the service. He explained each treatment he was making. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I look forward to seeing him in the future. Thank you to Ray.
The reminder calls are helpful and the staff at the office have always been friendly. Rene *** was very thorough and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend him.
The technician, Tony P, that came to my house was great. He got the job done quickly with an attention to detail. He was also very friendly.
Today was our initial service call. Tony P. was our Tech. He was very professional , super nice, and explained everything he was going to do; plus, Tony gave a summary after the service was completed.
Anthony B. did a great job on 6/16/20. He was very professional and quick. We've had Anthem for a year now and are very happy with their service.
The anthem technicians Trent *** and Chayden just finished their initial service at our house. They were efficient, professional, and kind to my family. Watching them work, they truly touched base on all our problematic pest areas and informed us along their process. Overall amazing work and great people.
Landon C was a great technician and very personable. We enjoyed his presence in our
My name is Christie L. I had Justin *** as a tech. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. This is a great company. They are affordable and can work with just about any budget. 6/12/2020
Stay AWAY!!!Pulling into my driveway a man is standing on my private property. My wife and I are masked due to Covid-19, this Anthem employee was not.
This guy with no mask on, trying to sell us pest service. On my private property unannounced; I said no, I have no money. He didn't leave he kept talking. I'm a disabled veteran and this guy wouldn't take no, he would not leave. I try to be nice, but people don't get it, they are out in the world playing not believing in anything. He could not see my face, but I was angry. He then told me about all my neighbors pest problems. We couldn't get him to leave. Long story short he wouldn't leave until we sign for service. I told my wife that was a bad idea. I called one week later to cancel. I was told it cost $190 to cancel something they didn't perform. They charged my card right after. As a veteran, I fought to be ripped off and stolen from. I fought for Anthem Pest Control to have the right to take advantage of me and others. Here's the thing they can have the $190. It's sm of a practice; cold knocking on doors and not taking no for an answer. Not leaving after being told no. This neighborhood is no solicitation. I called the HOA and was told I was about the 25th complaint about this company this week. If anyone checks Revdex.com, stay away. My wife signed this paper on 6/5/20. I cancelled on 6/11/20. I had to pay $190 for a pest to leave me alone. Six days. It's crooked. So it cost me $190 because a stranger was on my private property soliciting. The game is to get you to sign and make money from your signature. I just wanted him to leave. I was tired, had a doctors appointment, that day. I can fight, but my kingdom is not here it is in heaven. I pray they are blessed and God forgives them.
They should stop cold knocking on doors. I am now with the attitude if a stranger is on my property and they don't belong or are not expected there will be a problem. So is it worth it? If you are told by the home owner no or I have no money LEAVE. You aren't to be knocking on doors anyway.
This complaint is extremely confusing, I believe there must be some miscommunication between Mr. and his wife. Mr. wife signed up with us and even gave us a 5 star review after our first treatment; she signed the contract on her own free will and she told us she had made her husband aware of the contract. Contracts are not forced, Mr. is implying that his wife was "coerced" into the contract, if that was really the case wouldn't have she or he called the police if our sales rep "refused" to leave without "coercing" them into a contract? Once we let our sales rep know that Mr. was calling into our office requesting cancellation, our sales rep reached out to Mrs. ON A RECORDED LINE by the way, and Mrs. told us ON A RECORDED LINE that them cancelling had nothing to do with the sales rep nor his presentation of the services and that was due to that they simply couldn't make the payments. We wish Mr. the best of luck. We truly believe there has to be a miscommunication between Mr. and his wife, we harvest no ill will towards Mr. but we truly believe there was a miscommunication between him and Mrs.. Please call me Mr. if you have any questions,

They are confused because they are telling a lie. What's confusing is the lie of talking to my wife. She said she never talk to anyone on a recorded line. Did you tell her you are recording her? Produce the tape! The fact that you lie and say call the police on your predator sales people is telling. The guy wouldn't leave. I'm the only one that called to explain how you stole from veterans just trying to be nice, but NO was not enough. The fact is, I know you cannot produce any tape of my wife saying anything to you about cheating us. Is the same reason we cancelled because the salesman Craig lied, your company is full of liars. My wife just told me as I'm typing this that Craig called and she said cancel and the guy keeps talking and she gave no reason. The guy kept talking wouldn't hang up. Post the recording. Then you took a payment for a poor service. My wife said she felt bad for the worker who failed at removing spider webs. It was her being nice. It wasn't because you are good at what you do. Secondly you took a $190 cancellation fee after 5 days. Total 5 days. I'm not desperate, you guys are desperate. I could take you to court and win, but why? You already have it rough and it will cost me more time suing you than it's worth. But don't lie on me or my wife. Your training consist of lies as that's all you do. I didn't call the police because the salesman was black. You saying call the police on your sales people; completely unprofessional. You said it because you know it was an invasion of private property. You can't just knock on doors on private property. When someone says no, just leave. You are trespassing anyway. I can afford it, but a company so desperate that they trespass and knock on doors is not a good company. Good luck. How about that tape? How about validation of a termination fee of $190 after only 5 days and zero services? Produce receipts and paperwork, because if you are looking for costumers by paper route standard, I'm sure your paperwork is poor. So let's get that info, pay attention to detail. Remember one lie needs another lie and another to back up all the other lies. The question will remain, "Did the homeowners tell you no?" "Then why didn't you leave at that point?" "Why are you knocking doors during COVID-19?" Remember we were masked and our boundaries were not respected neither was the word, NO. Don't forget the recorded tape, don't alter it. You won't knock doors in this neighborhood again. The HOA has many complaints about you doing this very thing, all they way back to March. When I called they already knew the "company" name, I didn't have to tell her. You have no right to encroach private property and remain after being told no. I wish you the best and get all that info please. As I have none of the above stated info. Do I have to tell you the paperwork I should have? You should not have lied. I hope you do the right thing at this point. Good day.
This issue has been resolved. I wish this company the best in their endeavors. I pray God blesses the employees and keeps them all safe.
Firstly, the salesman, Craig, did an great job of explaining the services offered and the process that the technician would use to protect my home. The technicianLandon C. was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though it was raining, he was able to get the house sprayed/granulated quickly. Great service overall
Landon C. Was my technician for today's initial treatment, He was very professional and kind. He even took an extra minute to take care of a last minute request to treat a tree. Thank you !!
Charles D. Came out to do my scheduled pest control on 6/4/20. He took time to answer my questions and explain why somethings work and others do not.
They have been on time or early which is great.
I haven't had bugs in my house since the first treatment!
I am *** M.
Renee was my tech. He was very professional and friendly. He went over the contract to make sure everything was correct and was sensitive to the fact that I had children in the home.
Keith ***. Serviced our home. This was an initial treatment and so far so good. He was very courteous. He was ready to answer any questions we had. He was very timely, and I would definitely recommend.
Tony P just provided our first pest control service. He was extremely professional, explaining what he would do and telling us about other options to consider. I asked him if he would be our regular service rep; unfortunately, the reps are rotated. If all the Anthem Pest Control service reps are like Tony P, your got my business for a long time.
