I am rejecting this response because: His statement are wrong, we had NO water pressure and the breakfast was cold and nasty...and yes the Carpets were NASTY, I think I wouldbe happy if he were to refund me at least $35.00,...this is...

In May 2015 [redacted] came to give me a quote on our 16' x 20' deck. We needed it to be powerwashed and sealed. He was polite and gave a quote of $[redacted]. When it was done it looked good. He assured me it would last for 3 to 5 years because of the quality of their products. This May 2016 I had him come again because the deck protector on the floor was virtually gone, had grey and white discolorations. The top of the railings were completely grey, no protector at all. He said he does not guarantee his work for outdoor jobs. He offered to only power wash it (took 20 minutes) and I asked for $[redacted] to cover supplies that we would have to purchase to finish the job ourselves. He said we wouldn't need more than $** and that's what he gave us. Well, at 40% off our total cost was $[redacted]. We are not impressed.

Mr. [redacted], Sorry sir but as we say before we already talk with online portal and they confirm that they already send you the email confirmation of your reservation. When you book the room online and if you not receive any confirmation from online portal you have to call and ask them to send your booking confirmation on your email. This is the only confirmation you need when you book online.Hope you understand our side as well.Thank you.Tell us why here...

I am attaching two screen captures that show that I did in fact cancel this hotel room. One of the captures shows that it was canceled on January 29 at 12:27 PM... less than a half hour after I booked it. Orbitz only called this place of business on my behalf because I was not issued a refund. The room was already canceled at that point so they did not call for that purpose. I am feeling very upset with this response as this room was clearly canceled right away and it is the business' fault for not leaving the room open to be rebooked. I did the right thing on my end.

Review: I called the hotel to book a room and asked that since it was already2am if we could have it until the 17th she said yes so we booked the room my credit card was given to hold it.when we arrived at 2:36am on the 16th my boyfriend whos name the room was in talked with [redacted] and paid $64.99 in cash. When we asked for a reciept she said that since payment was made with cash we couldnt get it until check out. A couple hours later the phone rang they were telling me it was check out time. When I went to the office I spoke with the manager named [redacted]. She was vety rude and kept saying that the girl that had helped us was new. I asked for my money back because I never would have stayed if we were only getting the room for a couple hours. She refused and started yelling she said she was going to call the cops. When the officer got there he saidvhe couldnt do much I would have to call corporate office. So we got our things and left. I was even more mad when I went to the hotel site to file a complaint and looked at the reciept the new girl checked us in she had also put he date wrong we checked in on the 16th not the 15th. The manager was rude and didnt even try to resolve the issue instead she called the cops like I did somthing wrong. I feel taken advantage of and robbed for my money.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. I would never have paid for the room if I knew I would only be having it for a couple hours. The staff is rude and inconsiderate and god forbid there employee makes a mistake because they wont try to accommodate you or make it right. Worst customer service I ever had

Review: I booked this location by mistake and realized my error 5 minutes later. I then canceled it to book a different location for the same hotel in Madison and was denied a refund. I literally had this room booked for all of 10 minutes and they took $60 from me for it. I will never, ever book a room with this hotel ever again. It's very shady and unfair to take that kind of money as a result of a ten minute error. This company/ hotel has no regard for the customer. I have spent many years working in the customer service field and would never treat a customer this way because I would want to keep their business and not appear so shady. I would like a refund.
