I love the emotional support letter that was given from this company. I’m using it for the apartment purpose. She looked at it and said okay looks good. And my baby girl was able to be with me.

I think this company is great! It is not a scam and they all have been so helpful. I am ecstatic that I am able to have my kitty stay in my home!

I searched around and asked so many of my fellow ESA owner friends to find a respectable and legitimate service to get the documents I needed in order to travel with my dog who offers me a level of comfort and calm that is indescribable. After reading hundreds of reviews filled with false promises and outright lies (99% of which were not even located in the USA), I finally found American Service Pets. The process was very easy to follow and didn't wear me out. Further, the cost was very in line with what I expected to pay maybe even a bit on the less expensive side. The folks called me and offered assistance in the event that I had any questions. I received all of the documents I needed for the airlines and the documents that I needed my vet to fill out. It made the upload to the airlines so simple. I neglected to include a badge when I ordered, initially, so I sent them an email request and they took care of everything for me. I am grateful and very pleased. I would highly recommend American Service Pets for all of your ESA needs.

Very happy with the process and services provided. Was able to travel with my emotional support dog without any issues at the airport. This company is very professional and responds quickly to questions.

I am very happy with american service pets. My 13 year old pet had to be put down because of cancer...less than 4 days later on our 25th wedding anniversary I broke both my arms in an accident from a fall. When I had a CT of my head, they said I didn't have a concussion but had cancer. That was three strikes in less than 7 days. I was a complete mess. I longed to have my pet back. We happened to buy another pet from the same breeder as our late dog. During my healing time with both hands in casts (unable to feed, cook, drive, clean, dress, bath, etc) and having tests and treatments for cancer - It was a real comfort to me being able to have my pet fly back and forth with me while I visited my parents in NY and lived in FL. People who think emotional support pets are a joke - have no right to judge. They do not see the inward pain people suffer. Taking a pill is not always an option - I need the strength and support my pet offers me when I travel or choose to stay home. My oncologist, primary care doctor, orthopedic doctor could not help me emotionally - I didn't need another doctor nor could I afford another to tell me "take these pills". Thank You American Service Pets for helping me to travel with my emotional support pet - who may I add - behaves better in public and on the plain than most children do!

Legitimate, professional, congenial with beautiful documents including certificate, letters, IDCard.

The questions asked are reasonable when applying and I was emailed various times so I was not worried and I was able to keep checking my application status and my physical papers and Id card came at good timing.

I absolutely love my emotional support animal. I received everything I need, the vest, card, and certificate, airline information. I spoke to a representative confirmed all my questions and it was so easy and fast. I’ve told many dog owners about American Service Pet, they were so excited to hear how fast the process took and how they can call or email you. Get ready for more clients joining. Not hard to read what is required to make your dog an Emotional Service Animal. I’m so glad I did this for me and my 40lb rescue Benz. He is ALWAYS by my side. I don’t know why these people are saying that this organization is anything but very helpful, honest, and aboveboard in dealing with clients. I’ve dealt with them on a few occasions and have been very happy with the results. Before you believe bad reviews do more research. The people that left the bad reviews were more than likely shady people trying to pull a fast one with using American Service Pets and got caught and was refused service.

I have now used ASP for two years to keep letters up to date for my emotional support dog. They were very timely and professional, both with the initial certification, and the renewal one year later. Their fees are reasonable, and the certification letter they provided from a local health professional has been honored by every airline and landlord I've encountered to date.

I have recommended AmericanServicePets to both family and friends, and will continue to use them moving forward!

American Service Pets has helped change my life to able to keep my pet in my home. My landlord change the rules to the apartment with a new contract and gave me 2 options. Either give my pet or get evicted. I suffer from severe anxiety, PTSD from past abuse and manic depression. My pet gives me a reason to get up and get outdoors, when I'm sad she's always there to give me a smile and when I'm scared, she makes me feel safe. I called Petco but they told me service dog training would take 17 weeks and I'd have to wait until the following month to enroll her. My landlord only gave me 72 hours to provide everything. I was devastated, shaking, crying and terrified. My pet is like my child, I didn't have enough money to move and I was preparing to live in my car with my pup. I was looking online for solutions and American Service Pets popped up, they had great reviews. I was a little hesitant at first but gave it a shot. When I called (mind you, I was still crying) the woman on the phone was very sympathetic, sweet, professional and answered all my questions. She asked me questions for the evaluation and I told her I needed it within 2 days (one day had already passed) she set me up for asap evaluation. The very next day I got my approved letter for my baby! My landlord tried every way to debunk it but couldn't, she called all the numbers, looked up the license number and everything. Since it was legit she had to allow it (she wasn't so happy about it) but now my puppy and I are safe and sound in our home. Thank you American Service Pets!

I had a psychiatrist note already but with all the rest of the information, certification letter and coat it makes it much easier to bring my baby with me. Now I can leave the house more helping my physical health and mental health.

It’s true that support animals are different de service animals. They are not pretending to certify service animals. Support animals are also very important for many people like me in order to maintain our mental and emotional health. Very easy process, and awesome customer service. I had many questions and they were very knowledgeable, and fast to respond. I received my letter the next day and couldn’t be happier.

This company is not a scam as some have suggested. The psychologists they have on staff all are licensed and caring. This company supported me and gave a valuable service. Those of us with certain emotional disabilities need to be with our animals and this service provides a way to do that. Teleconferencing with a licensed doctor is much more convenient and less stress-full than scheduling an office visit. This company provided the service in an efficient and professional manner and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!!
